I really liked Doctor McKellar he told me more about my foot and what to do to make it get better. I would definitely go see him again. It was my first time seeing a podiatrist.

The doctor told me about a service the facility offers that will benefit me in the future.

Dr. McKellar was very good, thorough ! Explained things with clarity. The nurse who helped with the boot seemed uncaring and in a hurry.

Everyone there was absolutely perfect & far exceeded what I find the current medical standard of care to be, & even exceeded what I believe the standard of care SHOULD be. So I am more than happy with the treatment my daughter received, & so is she. Everyone was incredibly polite, professional, & friendly, like the lady at the front desk, to the nurse who was beyond wonderful. She was so professional, empathetic, caring, & knowledgeable, plus she went way out of her way to make our visit as pleasant as possible, even going as far as to give my daughter a GIGANTIC bag of gummy bears that had to have cost at least $5 or $6! To the Doctor, Who was incredibly professional yet relatable, knowledgeable, empathetic, & unbelievably patient. My daughter was in severe pain & they were having difficulty getting her toe numb enough to perform the procedure. The doctor took as much time as necessary (needing to return to our room at least five or six times) to make sure that she was fully numb before proceeding. And still with all of that, he did not make us feel rushed, or like we were a burden, or like he was in a hurry to get rid of us at any point. In fact quite to the contrary, he took the time to give us detailed answers to every single question we had, & made it clear that he would spend as much time as he had to, no matter how long it took. He made that point so clear by not only his words, but by the fact that even though it was already taking forever to get her numb, he waited incredibly patiently while my daughter took a freaking eternity to decide which of the clearly & repeatedly explained procedures that she wanted to have done. The only way our experience could have been ANY better is if you guys maybe put an air freshener in the lobby... It kind of smelled bad, (reminiscent of a nursing home), but considering the fact that the lobby was full of old people, that might be where the smell was coming from?. That being said, the entire facility was clean & orderly, even down to the bathroom which my daughter specifically said was "very nice". So in summary, I want to think everyone there who took such amazing care of my daughter, & made a relatively traumatic experience, like having your toenail removed, as stress-free, pleasant & non-traumatic as humanly possible.

All personnel were friendly, courteous & professional! Scheduling appt next year was efficiently performed! Dr McKellar was thorough in examining & explaining. Appreciated his comment about Podologist who cuts my toenails during pedicure & will share it w/her!

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The nurse was informative and kind Dr MCKELLAR was efficient, considerate. Post care information was given in written from as well as verbal.

A good experience

Went in for a evaluation. Was glad that a procedure was done at this visit and not have to make a 2nd trip. Had to return for a small follow up issue. It was taken care of on that visit.

Nail tech was personable and knowledgeable

After going to my primary didn't get any answers. I called Reid podiatry right away got me in.

The entire Reid Podiatry team was kind and professional. They explained everything so that I could understand and see a clear path to my recovery.

We have always received exceptional care.

Every one was really nice and made me feel like they cared abput my health, and giveing me all the iformatio I needed.

I had previously went to urgent care and they told me my foot wasn't broken or fractured. After almost 3 was it was only minor improvement in my injury. I went to see Travis he listened carefully and was quickly able to to me that my foot had been actually fractured this while time!! Never again will I return to urgent care!!

I hope we can get my heel to where it does not hurt. I can't keep coming back every month. I'm getting another pair of shoes which are expensive to try. I'm doing all the exercises he wants me to do with a little relief. Going to try meds again to see how it goes.

Everything was great! The only negative feedback I have to give is that I think there is too much unnecessary texting and communication via email prior to the actual visit! Otherwise very happy.

I went there to get a shot for plantar fasciitis and didn't get one. So that didn't impress me. He just suggested me to do the things I have already been doing and come back in 8 weeks.

He talked to fast and was in a rush

Everyone was professional and polite. All my questions were answered...some before I could ask them! I appreciate knowing about your nail care services and will make an appointment in 6 mos and have that performed before returning in a year for annual check. An ingrown nail was found that I did not even know I had and was resolved before I experienced any pain. Thank you and keep up your good work.
