The only problem that I've encountered lies in my ability to schedule and receive appointments is a reasonable amount of time due~ I'm told~ to a shortage of urologists locally and nationwide.
After almost an hour~ I was never called in to receive my Cystoscopy! No one came out to say they were running behind. No one said anything after I checked in. I left. No one ever called to ask me where I was. No one called the next day to ask anything. I'm seeking Urological care outside of Richmond - just like I did my Cancer care.
When making apt for following yr. I do believe that it would be a big help to notify client further in advance as reminder of apt. and the test papers. I am sure I am not the only one that has trouble keeping track of apt that far in advance. Email could be used. Thanks

I had a scheduled appointment in January. It was rescheduled four months later and I do not like that. Should have been much sooner. I had a problem and was in need of either seeing my doctor or at least getting an answer of his opinion. When I called there was a choice of 1~2 or 3. 3 being the nurse. When I informed her of my problem~ she told me that Dr. Siegel did not handle that situation and go to the clinic. Well you should tell your nurse that Dr. Siegel does handle what I needed.
Very friendly staff and professional doctors.

I will not be seeing this provider again. He was curt~ rushed in the less than 5 minutes he spent in the room~ and really didn't address any treatments other than the one I am on or tests to determine the issue or cause of my medical situation. He had a form for me to complete~ which I did. One of the questions dealt with quality of life which I indicated that I thought was not good. But he did not address this before he rushed out of the room. I felt that my visit was a waste of my time. I will be seeing another provider in the near future.
Each time I have visited~ the procedure room floor doesn't appear clean. Appears to have areas that have just been "wiped up" and are smeared looking----not washed up well and sanitized. It makes me wonder~ also~ if the toilet has been sanitized from the last ill patient. The infection control issue does bother me.
When you try to call to get prescriptions called in for refill or questions takes at least 24 hours before they will call back.
Everyone at Reid Urological Care is awesome. They are friendly and more than willing to help. The front and back office staff are awesome. We can joke around and have fun~ It makes feel more relaxed. Thanks you guys rock.
My wife seeks input through her MYCHART and never gets a response. Also~ has left messages on nurse phone line and doesn't get a return either.
I have had unsatisfactory exerience with the lab. I have driven 1 hr to Reid for lab work on 3 occasions and the lab would not take my speciman and sent me home. However the urological care service have been very good.

I like it when the Doctors or Nurses close the visit by asking "are there any other questions or concerns you have?"

Was told I would get a call Friday to set my MRI and etc schedule.No one called !I just switched to Reid Advantage ~Hope I am not sorry I did this as they said I would have to be approved for my procedures???

The wait for a urology appointments is way too long. Thankfully this was a follow-up appointment scheduled long ago. The providers are great~ they either need more providers or turn down some referrals.

Excellent care and nursing staff was extremely friendly. I will be recommending GEMs for the nursing staff at ROSE that took care of me.
