The only negative was that I was advised to arrive 15 minutes early for my 1:30 appointment which I did. I watched many other people who arrived after me called to go to their respective exam rooms. However, I was not taken back until after 2 pm & was not seen by the doctor until around 2:15 pm.

In response to the first question regarding timeliness of treatment. There was an emergency procedure moved in front of me which is completely understandable.

Dr was one of the best experiences I've had with a specialist, staff was great as well , As far as Reid health goes if the hospital would would work as hard as the staff does it would be an awesome place , you have rescheduled appointments on at least 2 or 3 which made me feel I wasn't important to Reid, also you need to go back to reasonable and customary, which means you except what ever insurance pays , I'm on disability I can't afford the extra expense, just being disability should be explantion enough with seeing my bank statements or anything else ..

I waited way too long in the patient room so I decided to leave. They assisted me back to the room and the doctor came in.

I want you to know that the nurses and Dr. Hornak were all great!!! They were all very kind, very helpful, just make me feel very secure in what is going on with my health and what they were going to do to check my heart. I am very grateful. thank you

It was a good visit, Good Dr and staff, I felt very comfortable.

I am utterly floored that the nurse and Dr really made us feel at home and treated my autistic son like he was one of their own. VERY respectful and very polite. That means so much to me! I guess I am not used to this from a Specialist (Cardiologist). When my son looks at me walking out and says "Mom I really liked them" please know that is amazing! THANK YOU!!!!
