This annual exam was done by phone. I am always very satisfied with Dr. Hornak and staff.
I love Dr. Hornak and will go where ever he is. I also will be following my surgeon~ Dr. Kuhn. If I need surgery~ I will go where Dr. Kuhn is
they do a great job with everthing on thank you so much all you do
Dr Hornak is a very courteous and considerate person !!!
My doctor is great but waiting 1 hr. & 45 minutes is absolutely ridiculous. If I didn't have concerns to discuss I would have left long before.
We waited so long in the waiting room that by the time we got in to see the nurse~ my husband was completely exhausted and had to be taken to the emergency room.
thank you for helping me....God bless and keep up the great work..
My only complaint is I originally had an appointment scheduled for Dec. 16. The doctor's office called to cancel it and said the earliest they could get me in was after Jan. 1. (My appointment ended up being Jan. 28.). I was hoping to get it in before the end of the year since my deductible was paid for the year. Because they couldn't~ I will now have to pay the price (literally and figuratively) for the appointment being changed. I was a bit aggravated.
Too many questions on follow up. I almost quit during survey but wanted to get this comment in but that's my primary reason I completed. Select 4 or 5 questions that give direct info you need. If more needed then create 3 or 4 different surveys with different info needs.
Best Cardiology team around
Dr. Hornak is very thorough and caring.
I appreciated Dr. Hornak quoting scripture! :-) He is a good man!!
I have known Dr Hornack and Angie Hornack for years past! They are great Patient Providers!!
Dr Harman is professional and reassuring.
Dr Hornak answered all my questions and took all the time with me I needed
OUR APPOINTMENT WAS FOR TELAHEALTH AT THE HAGERSTOWN FACILITY
I waited 1.5 hrs in total to talk to the Dr. for less than 20 min. While talking to the DR. he took a personal cell call which in my opinion demonstrated both a lack of professionalism as well as disinterest in me and my medical issues.
Had to reschedule because of waiting time beyond scheduled appointment (45 minutes) and having dialysis scheduled after appointment which I could not be late for. Original appointments were 1 1/2 hours apart.
My appointment times were changed twice. The second time someone called and left a message that my time needed to be changed and told me to call the office. I never received that call. My husband picked up the message to remind me about that appt. I showed up at 3:00 and was informed my time had been changed to 12:45. I don't think times should be changed unless someone actually speaks with that person. My annual appt. was changed to 2 mos. after first scheduled.
Excellent provider. Love my Doc and the whole staff
This last cardiology visit was an exception~ not the rule. We waited for about 1.5 hrs in the exam room for the doctor. The cardiologist was awesome when he arrived and all went smoothly. It just seemed to be an acceptionally long wait.
