Nurse and office staff were friendly and professional also.

I been a patient of Dr. Riegle for about 8 months. He is easy to talk with and seems to care about my health. He got my BP under control quickly which is the reason I went to Reid to start with. All of my visits have been pleasant and I always left with any questions answered. I highly recommend visiting Reid and Dr. Riegle. Never had to wait longer than 10 or 15 min after I checked in.

Dr. Riegle has always been extremely wonderful to see and the facility and staff have been extraordinary

This was the least amount of communication from the cardiology department. I called and left a message with no response from them.

He doesn't listen and doesn't take about other options to help me

He was very good with my husband and we had some other questions and he answered them very well.

I have trouble communicating with my previous Dr., but did not have a problem with Dr. Shannon he actually listened and explained things to me I am very pleased with him.

I like this Dr. office very well everyone is nice and polite and helpful. I also recommend one of my friends at work and he also has good things to say about Reid.We have the same Dr. Thank you all so much for great treatment.

Dr Shannon was very concerned and listen to my concerns. He was caring. And knowledgeable.

I truly am just so happy with the Dr. here he is the best Dr. I feel in this state. He is better than any I've seen yet I've lived here 5 years and in Muncie most my life but none I've ever seen has been like this one and I'm so pleased with this whole group as well.

Had an initial visit with Dr Riegle and was very impressed with him and trust his knowledge.

He didn't say what it was I told him and he kinda disagreed with me but he gave him an antibiotic so I was happy.

First visit was a good experience. Staff cared to listen and understand what I have been dealing with and what I'd like to recieve in near future. We will see where it goes from here.

I have the utmost confidence and trust in Dr. Shannon Riegle. I'm hoping and praying that Reid leaves his office here. I have referred 2 more patients to him and they both like him very much.

I went there for help. Drs are supposed to help. This was a complete waste of time and money.

I wish they could access all the medical facilities locally. Why have an office in New Castle and not be able to access the hospital or other medical facilities locally!

First time visitor to the Reid Healthcare facility and was very pleased. Doctor Shannon R. helped me to understand my diabetes problem. He formulated a plan for fighting my disease that made sense and obtainable. Look forward to working with him in the future. Overall good experience! ?

I had to wait for about an hour to see the Dr. But once I was seen Dr Riegle was great and listened to any concerns I had.

Simply put an Awesome Doc! Good listener . Communicates Plan of Care in succinct and empathetic manner.

They made me feel like I was important.

He didn't help me at all, all he did was talk about my weight and weight loss surgery

I don't see the sense in filling out the forms before you see the doctor. It seems as though they mean nothing other than something to keep a person occupied while waiting. Save a tree!

This was my first appointment with this doctor. He was kind and helped me feel more at ease than most doctors.

Wonderful

We were disappointed with our appointment. We felt like our time with Dr Shannon was rushed. We are willing to drive an hour and 20 minutes to see the doctor because of the relationship we've developed and the care we've received in the past. This time we left feeling frustrated and like we were an inconvenience. xxx commented that he felt like the doctor we saw at the urgent care on Sunday spent more time with us and did a better job of explaining things.
