The Doctor and staff make us like they care about us and we are not just dollar signs

I'm pretty upset you are not accepting my insurance.

I feel Dr Marsteller and his staff are excellent. I never feel rushed and always feel that each person listens to everything I have to say. Dr Marsteller specifically answers all of my questions and gives me other areas to research.

1st time at this office, have been seeing the Doctor many times before in Brookville. Going to the present office is much better, it is less than 5 minutes from my home. Will be continuing to see him at this office.

Scott Marsteller isn't a good Dr. He doesn't listen to anything you try and tell him and I wouldn't recommend him to fix a sick dog. At least not anymore he started out great and now it's like he doesn't care whether people live or die.

Great staff at Dr.Marsteller

I have some history from my son's Dr as a child through age 22 that I need to have sent to this doctor.. I plan to work on that before the next visit.

He shows a caring heart to the needs of his patients.He does a great job at going over everything.

People just need more time to talk to there doctors. All doctors don't take enough time to talk with their patients. We have things to talk to our doctors about, and we have questions , but all doctors don't have, or take the time to discuss these questions, and worries. For the prices doctors charge nowadays, they should give us the time for these concerns.

Dr Marsteller, is a great and professional Dr.He takes time to listen to your concerns.. He will find the best treatment for you.. He sent me to the right place,went there was a problem with my kidneys that showed up. I was diagnosed with kidney cancer..He very well could have saved my life...I am now scheduled for kidney surgery to remove the mass.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a Reid office. I was promptly greeted by a smiling face! Vi is always such a great face to see first, always has a smile and would put any patient at ease with her kind demeanor. I was taken back for my appointment well before I was even scheduled. The employee who took me to my room was wonderful and polite. Dr. Marsteller is always great. Thorough but quick. Great patient care from all members I encountered today at my well check.
