Everyone is very nice and professional

My care provider is Dr. Marsteller, and I have been with him for many years because I trust his judgment and his expertise and his knowledge. I am 62 years old and I have seen many doctors over the years, and In my opinion, He is The best doctor that I have ever been with by far.

Scott Marsteller is incredible. Not only does he have the knowledge and insight, but his ability to build rapport and set you at ease is like no other doctor I have ever seen. Once rapport is built, it's easy to communicate issues and to get a plan together that fits you.

Even with this doctor for years. Understands me and listens to me. I have been a paramedic for over 40 years. He values my opinion and we work together on my daily care plan. I use Reid Hospital because of my Dr.

Lack of communication

Dr. Marsteller and staff are kind and efficient. Dr. Marsteller takes his time and listens to you. Really helps you to understand what he is saying.

Not only is the Dr great the girls in the office are efficient and always caring and always respond within a super short time...One of the best Drs office I have been to in awhile.

I would like to to be treated more like a person than a number. Reid hospital is becoming to much like a business.and at this point I will be looking for a alternative.

You know I am 51 so I have had my share of doctors over the years. I just love Dr. Marsteller and his whole team. They all make me feel heard and understood. They all have great sense of humors and are compassionate...and that's hard to find anymore. You aren't rushed out like a herd of cattle and that to me is super important.

I had to wait in waiting room 45 minutes past the time of my appointment.Was not to happy about that. After I got back there it went quickly. My only gripe is the time I got there, which was on time and being called back to be seen. Everyone was very nice and polite.

Great Doctor

Dr Marsteller changed my life over 10 years ago, I was overweight, found I was type 2 diabetic, generally in poor health. He gave me guidance, to get healthy and kinda scared me with a prognosis if I did nothing ! I'm 30lbs lighter, my energy level much higher, generally a much healthier person today, cause he listened and I feel his participation in my progress, my wife also sees Dr Scott, I recommend him to all who will listen.

This was a great experience the staff is extremely friendly I was running a bit late and the girl at the front desk was kind and understanding. I'm very comfortable with my doctor. He addressed all of my concerns in the first visit. Experiences like this make a person want to stay on the path of being healthy and doing your regular maintenance check ups :-)

I came away from the appointment with a better feeling about the provider. He appeared to be more interested in my concerns and how to deal with them. The nurse was also very attentive.

He listens and shows true compassion. He genuinely cares and in today's world he is rare.

The staff at Main St Family Medical is at the highest caliber of professionalism. I have never, in all my years of being a patient, had a bad experience. Dr. Mosteller is carrying the practice in a way that is honorable to the memory of the late Dr. Fain!

First time seeing this physician as I needed to get in for a visit asap for extremely high blood pressure.

For the first time in a long time I have hope in overcoming my health issues. I feel like Dr Marsteller took the time to really listen to me!

I wasn't seen had to leave for a medical emergency for my elderly father. I was never contacted for a reschedule

Only thing I could say needs improvement is the waiting time. My appointment was for 3:00 and I didn't see the doctor until 4:05. However the MA and the doctor were very thorough and helpful. The doctor explained things very well and the MA went out of her way to make me feel comfortable.

I had to wait an hour from the time that my appointment was suppose to be to see the doctor.

The doctor didn't come into see me until 45 minutes after my scheduled appt. He also didn't share my specific results from bloodwork like my previous doctor or look in my ears or throat as part of exam. He was able to discuss meds and changed two different prescriptions. Not sure about the assistants... they didn't ask the routine questions that I have been asked in the past. After waiting 45 minutes the doctor was in about 15. Not sure I received thorough exam.

Enjoyed Dr.Scott Marsteller very much! He listened to my medical report very much...it is very rare to find a Dr. who listened to you. Wonderful Dr, who went over my surgeries...he knew my medical history very well and was very professional and I intend to continue with this Dr. Thank you for your survey!

Dr. Marsteller and his staff are wonderful. When I was at my lowest point, they were extremely kind and compassionate and did their best to get me back on my feet.

Dr Marsteller is a great dr that is concerned about your health needs. He was my dr several years ago when in Haggerstown at nettle creek....I was thrilled when I learned that he returned to Reid. I hope that he will remain my dr.

Very little waiting time in the office. Meds were ordered and ready at Georges Pharmacy for pickup. One of my better doctor visits!

Dr. Marsteller is very professional. He takes the time to listen to you. He doesn't just see you as a patient. He's very dedicated to his patients and wwill do whatever he can to help him. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was informed that it would be an additional 45 minutes plus to see the doctor. Second time at this facility second Dr. I make an appointment for a reason just like you time is money I had taken off work to go to this appointment but had to work after so it did not fit my schedule! Why make appointments! Can I bill you for my time. Reid sucks and will not get another chance from me. You suck really bad

Dr Marsteller is one of the most efficient Doctors we have seen in awhile, your not just a number you've got a name, office staff friendly and caring.

It was a fairly quick visit, yet everyone was thorough and professional. Just the kind of doctor visit that I appreciate!

My appointment was for 10:00 and I didn't get to see the doctor until around 11:00. I think that is unreasonable! If there had been an emergency, the staff should have told us.
