Dr Dab is one of the best. He takes his time with you and he really listens. He makes sure you understand him before you leave. I'm glad he's my doctor.

He was personable, professional and approachable. Rare for many doctors these days. Showed concern and scheduled follow-up testing for a potential problem, with an explanation of why.
MRI staff was terrific! Listened closely to all my questions and were very considerate of my claustrophobia. They got me through the MRI of my shoulder with very little stress! Thanks ladies!

I truly like Dr Dab. I had a phone visit back in the spring. Did not like that. He wanted to SEE me in 3 months which was July. We made an appointment. In July I was contacted that they had to change my appointment. Fine with me. They said the next available appointment was not till SEPT.29! That was certainly different than the 3 months the Dr requested. We have this problem all the time at RCC.
Dr. Dab was great and I'm very much trust his advice and believe he is giving me the best possible medical care.

My experience with Richmond Cardiology~ going back to my heart attack in June 2019~ has been great... the service I received was life saving in my case... my only concern was with the billing department at Reid - I was turned over to collections even though I'd been making monthly payments... my account was actually turned over to 2 debt collectors and I've been making payments to 2 debt collectors...
I never feel satisfied with Dr. Dab. I feel he rushes in and out.
Dr. Dab is just the best!! We are asking that he get a gem reward from us on the excellent care he has given. He is very caring and it shows. We just love him and thank him for his good care.
My doctor was attentive and thorough.
My questions are always answered by Dr. Dab and the girl who prepares for the doctor or runs an EKG.

Dr. Dab and his staff are always courteous and friendly! It's nice to know my doctor is on top of my care and even recognizes me in the hallways outside of the office setting.

The EKG machine (or peripheral parts of it) used did not work well. The nurse/tech (not sure of her title) had to keep adjusting 2 of the leads. What has taken 2 minutes in the past took almost 10 minutes. Not complaining about my time. She was very patient~ checked on me~ as I was breathing hard lying back with a mask on.
It was so much easier for mom. She is 91 and it's hard for her to get out.And of course during this pandemic~ I would not have taken her out anyway.

The telephone call with my doctor was okay but not preferred. Obviously~ there is no real examination with this method. Regarding billing~ I do not yet have any idea what the cost for this appointment it. Since the services provided and the time involved are much less than with a conventional appointment I would expect the fee to be considerably less. We'll see!
It was not an office appointment~ it was a phone appointment due to the coronovirus situation~ which is why most of the questions were not applicable.
