I was very pleased with Dr Bawa and his Staff!!
I didn't have any issues with the staffing group or with Dr. Bawa. All the people I came in contact with were very polite and were attentive to any needs I could have during my procedure. It is nice to go to an office where the staff and the Dr have a nice personality like this one. This is why I came back here for another procedure. It makes a patient feel more at ease.

After 4 years with absd I decided no more Botox no more cincy trips I just want a wonderful orthologist that I didn't dread the drive and I found all that and more with Dr. Bawa and his super sweet staff ?? This man for some reason puts me at rest and I can find a lil peace in all the craziness of sd !!
I seen Dr. Bawa on a referral from my family Dr. I was extremely satisfied with the Dr. and his staff. I was very thankful he agreed to see me on a referral.
Everyone at Reid ENT is so thoughtful and nice. It does take a while between appointments but Dr. Bawa is only in the Greenville~ OH office one day a week as a satellite office so it's understandable. I love the care I receive at this office.

Reid ENT IS GREAT! THE ENTIRE STAFF SHOW THEY TRULY CARE. Dr. Bawa was excellent and took time to listen to me and explain his plan of treatment.
Dr. Bawa knows how I was such a chicken to do the scope. He insured me ..there was nothing to worry about...even tho I was in such a panic...he help me thru the procedure and Crystal his assistant....held my hand ..tried to keep me comfortable...afterwards...the Dr was right...He was so gentle and super fast!
We went in for my sons allergy shots. We waited for an hour before we even got called back. The nurse was very nice and apologetic. Apparently a new double check system has been put in place as well as documentation. This may be needed~ but increases the wait time. We already have to wait 20 minutes after the shot is administered. What used to take 30 minutes took 90 this week! When school starts my son needs to be able to get in and out quickly and get back to school. With limited morning hours available our hands are tied~ but the school/teachers will not be happy.
Not sure which visit this survey was regarding. I had 2 visits at ENT office~ 1surgery at the ROSE center at Reid. All three have very professional and courteous staff. We were impressed by their competency of the procedures performed.
We have been coming to the Reid facility in Greenville since it opened to see four different groups. They are all very helpful and thorough. Hope it stays there forever. Thank you for your care and concern.
I feel that my follow up was unnecessary. The information given to me could've been relayed over the phone. Even if I had had questions~ they could've been answered by phone or email.
I had to wait a month + to get an initial appt. I can't believe I have to go from June 18 clear to Aug 6th to get this matter taken care of because the Greenville office is not staffed enough days of the week. I wouldn't mind waiting a while~ but this is almost unbearable.

The person who checked me in at the front desk was very friendly.The MA listened to my comments and I know they were passed on by her to the physician.
Very impressed with the ENT office. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
I do allergy shots. Marsha that gives them to me is superb! Wonderful lady !

Very tricky front entrance doors to the main lobby. Every time I visit the ENT facility~ I walk up to the wrong "window"~ thinking it's the door! Wierd architecture~ making the front main entrance door disguised! Oh~ yeah~ one of the three windows has a small sign on it that says "entrance". Very thoughtful.

I felt Dr. Bawa should have talked to me more about the prognosis and a better understanding of the cause. If I had not read the test results from the "My Chart" program before my appointment I would not have understood anything he was reading to me. Thank goodness I have 2 nurse friends that told me before hand what my prognosis meant. He wanted to know if I had any questions while he was walking to the door. He was in and out in about 3 mins.. just FYI..
The Doctor could not open the CT scan that was transferred from another provider. So I personally went to Indianapolis and got an electronic copy that would open on my computer~ brought it to Reid Ent on March 28th. Got a call from your office on March 29th that Dr. Bawa had looked at the CT & said I would be a candidate for Sinus Balloon Surgery. I agreed for this to be set up & was told I would receive a call from Dr Bawa's surgery. Coordinator. I have yet to receive that call as of 4/5/19. I left a message on the appointment line machine at your office on 4/4/19. Have not received a return call. I feel like I have been put in the trash can . Where are you folks?
Was very disappointed That the doctor did not take care of the problem as I called to make the appointment to remove the cyst~ not reschedule and pay an extra $70 co-pay! I have been dealing with it for a year and a half.

in 12 months~ probably 10-15 appointments and lots of test trying to uncover what is going on with me~ this appointment felt the most like i was being listened to~ first~ by the medical assistant~ and 2nd by the doctor~ AND then the decisions seemed to fit~ and everything that was going to happen was well explained. I feel confident that if the source of the symptoms I've experienced is in Dr. Bawa's area of expertise~ he and his team will find it.
I was worked in the full schedule and treated~ without feeling rushed~ by a very competent ENT provider.
Staff were extremely good~ I had to use one of the wheelchairs~I used a bad word~ Google mini had made me mad ~ the 3 words they asked me was fat~ I said No it's fluffy. I don't remember 2nd ?3rd word was something like Death~ I know that I hate that word.I had a stroke ~ lost my oldest son age 37. Thursday February My 1st born Son had severe asthma attack~ and passed away in his oldest Son in his arms ~ so I apologize if I upset anyone.
I had the wrong day but they got me in anyways.Was so glad
Everyone treated me very professionally and were very kind to me.

Working at ENT I usually don't get to experience the patient's experience. I am so happy with the treatment I received~ this just confirms I work in a great practice and makes me love my job even more. Dr. Bawa took excellent care of me.
Michelle in scheduling for surgery was wonderful
I purchased hearing aids last year for $2600 and can not wear them because of a rash in my right ear. I had sinus surgery in September and continue to have the rash. It is in the ear around the ear canal and not in the canal and it seeps and bleeds. The dermotogist gave me a prescription for medicine to clear it up and I got a reaction to the medicine. That's why I went to see Dr. Bawa this last time. I will go for a follow up in two weeks. If I can't get this rash under control~ I have spent $2600 on hearing aids for nothing.
I was only unhappy with how long I had to wait for the provider to see me in the exam room...I had to see two other people before I could see him!
Dr Bawa is very professional and knowledgeable. He always listens to my concerns and is able to quickly put together a plan for treatment. As a throat cancer survivor~ I often have problems relating to pain and swallowing. He always is up to date on my medical history and plans treatment accordingly.
I think all the testing that was suggested is way beyond what is needed. I feel they just want to make money. All I need is tubes put in my ears for constant fluid buildup~ ear infections since I have been a child~ tinitis and balance issues. Instead~ they can't do this until I complete all the UNNECESSARY testing. I have studied this and 2 physicians suggested tubes. I barely got time with the doctor himself. I wasn't planning on ear tests~ hearing test or to be there 3 LONG HOURS. 53 years on this Planet and I have to now go through allergy testing and a CT Scan? No thank you. I will go elsewhere.
Dr. Bawa and his assistant~ Crystal ~ were great! They both were very thorough and made me feel very comfortable.
