The doctor and the staff were very nice. The girls in the front were extremely helpful, nice and pleasent.

There were several things mentioned in "Progress Notes" and "Letter Details" in "My Chart" review that WERE NOT told to me in person at my visit. One statement was false, and another statement will possibly be helpful in the future.
Was a great experience
The doctor spent 2 minutes in the room with me. He said to continue with the treatment I've been using. If what I've been doing worked I wouldn't be there to see him. He plans for a sinus CT Scan and for me to see the allergist. So why did I even seen the ENT doctor?
My experience at Reid ENT was on time and professional.
I gave my symptoms to the nurse and the doctor did not ask me anything about them. I feel there could have been better communication.
Dr Bawa is a excellent ear nose and throat Dr I've seen him a lot over the years he gets down to business and is a straight shooter very compassionate and so is his nursing staff.

I was feeling very poorly. And Dr. Bawa promptly ordered follow-up testing. And started medication for me.
My appt was at 8:20am. I arrived about 10 minutes early was called in promptly. I sat in the lobby until 9:50 when someone asked me if had been helped or was I waiting on someone. I said no that I have an appt which was to be at 8:30. I wasn't very pleased when at least 5 other people came and were taken back immediately and didn't have to wait.
Dr. Bawa was extremely professional and caring and made extra time for me because of my condition.

Dr Bawa was very rude. Did not listen to my issues. Came into room, looked into my ears and up in my nose. Said I had infection and pointed to a graph that was on a wall and walked out of the room. Was not impressed with him or my visit. I felt like I was disturbing him and was taking up his valuable time.

I was sent here for TMJ on a referral from my family doctor. I spent 3-5 minutes with the doctor himself for him to tell me that he couldn't help me and I need to go to a specialist. Pretty bad that he couldn't tell me that before making my appointment because I'm sure they had the notes from my family doctor. It was a waste of time and my hard earned money.
Dr. Bawa was fantastic! He was quick, efficient, and courteous! His office staff was very nice as well. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

I wish the ENT doctor was a little more personable. But I understand I waited a long time and he may have been running behind that day. But a "how are you~" would have been nice. He was very professional and kind otherwise.
My procedure was scheduled approximately 7 weeks out from the time that I scheduled it. However~ I did not receive the phone call to give me the pre-op information/prescription order until one day before the surgery~ although I was apparently supposed to have taken one of the medications that same morning the day before the surgery. Thus~ I did not have all of my pre-op medications on time. I also feel like I was not fully informed about the extent of the recovery process. I was told that "most patients go back to work the next day" and "there will be congestion" rather than being given a detailed description such as "the recovery may be so extensive that you will not be able to breathe at all through your nose for several days." It would have helped me be more prepared if I had had more detailed information about the extent of the the potential post-surgery symptoms. However~ the nursing team has been very respectful and responsive when I have called with questions and concerns.
Audiologists was fantastic. Explained everything. Dr. Bawa I felt did not take my complaints of my hearing and ringing in my ears seriously.

I was surprised that I had to wait so long both in the waiting room and in the exam room. There didn't seem to be many patients.
My provider was in the room for approximately 2 minutes~ he spoke very fast and seemed like he just wanted to move on to the next patient.
Was so impressed by the time the nurse spent explaining just what the test would be like and put my mind at ease.

Dr. Bawa is the epitome of a fine~ caring professional physician. He should be a model for young physicians. He listens to his patients and he referred me to the University of Cincinnati for my unusual vocal condition~ which had been unsuccessfully treated for many years. I feel privileged to have found such a physician.
Based on the information I received at my appointment~ this visit could've been handled over the phone or televisit.
The last two times we scheduled a hearing test~ the person scheduling told us to park at hearing center entrance when we supposed to park at the ENT entrance. With COVID restrictions this caused our wait time to be longer~ as they could not find us in the parking lot. My son is autistic and I was very pleased with how the staff handled our situation and treated us. Thank you!

This happened during pandemic. Many things are different. We've greeted in parking lot~ someone meets us at door~ etc
First visit to ENT and it was wonderful. Everyone was very nice. The hearing exam was very thorough and the ladies answered all my questions. Then I met with Dr. Bawa for the first time and I can't say enough about how nice he was~ how he treated me like he cared about me~ and how he explained my condition to me. I will highly recommend Dr. Bawa and his staff.
