Dr. Bawa cleared my ear channels so that I could hear almost clearly again (I'm 86). I was very impressed and thankful for the treatment.

Dr Bawa is always very through explains everything in detail. I would not trust another provider with my care. He never acts rushed. Dr Bawa is top of his game. My friends husband is going through a very difficult time with cancer and he sees Dr Bawa for something else and not getting answers from his doctors While they were there he mentioned to Dr Bawa what he was going through. Dr. Bawa had his girls get his records and he went over everything explained things to him. They could not believe he took the time to do this. He has not been able to take anything in by mouth 4 months and couldn't get any of his other doctors to answer his questions. He felt so much better after talking with Dr Bawa. He was just beside himself. So just because you go to a bigger hospital you don't always get the better care. Hats off to Dr. Bawa for giving this man some answers and peace of mind.

I was very frustrated with the check-in process. I did everything in mychart and I get there and I still have to answer all the questions that I went through on my chart. What good does it do to use MyChart if you're not gonna take advantage of me giving you the information you're asking for prior to my visit. Yesterday I reached out asking for someone to call me from Reid Health. So far nothing.

My Audiogram was scheduled for 1:00 and Dr Bawa at 1:45. These visits should have been reversed as there was no referral to do Audiogram. Thus saw Dr Bawa about 1:15 [he made referral].Then waited over a half hour for Audiogram, then back to Dr Bawa for post test review. Everyone was very nice though!

I was a little apprehensive about going to a new doctor, but the nurse was nice and friendly. She put me at ease. Dr. Bawa was friendly as well. The procedure was not easy, but he was patient with me and we got through it. I would recommend this doctor to anyone I know. I am sure that a lot of people in Greenville isn't aware of the services that are available at the Reid office on Jackson Street in Greenville, Ohio. I was very happy with the care I received. ?
