I was very frustrated with the check-in process. I did everything in mychart and I get there and I still have to answer all the questions that I went through on my chart. What good does it do to use MyChart if you're not gonna take advantage of me giving you the information you're asking for prior to my visit. Yesterday I reached out asking for someone to call me from Reid Health. So far nothing.

My Audiogram was scheduled for 1:00 and Dr Bawa at 1:45. These visits should have been reversed as there was no referral to do Audiogram. Thus saw Dr Bawa about 1:15 [he made referral].Then waited over a half hour for Audiogram, then back to Dr Bawa for post test review. Everyone was very nice though!

I was a little apprehensive about going to a new doctor, but the nurse was nice and friendly. She put me at ease. Dr. Bawa was friendly as well. The procedure was not easy, but he was patient with me and we got through it. I would recommend this doctor to anyone I know. I am sure that a lot of people in Greenville isn't aware of the services that are available at the Reid office on Jackson Street in Greenville, Ohio. I was very happy with the care I received. ?

I was glad he finally listened to me after 2 wasted Ready Care visits and not so good ER visit all for the same issue.

I would say the richmond office is more organized than the new castle office. My son always gets to see his provider in Richmond unlike New castle where they always try to make him see the NP. The major complaints that I have are with the software programs that reid uses. It should not take 10 to 20 minutes for employees to try to schedule appointments due to the programming issues that reid has. The other issue that I have is dr bawa wanted to see him back in a month but we couldn't get him in for about 6 weeks with audiology and ent.

Dr. Bawa is a fantastic person. He's been my ENT doctor for approximately 20 years. I wouldn't like to have to go to any other ENT period!

Have always enjoyed Dr Bawa. He's caring and concerned and can do a scope like no other!

Dr.Bawa is amazing, what I am upset about is we got to my daughter's appointment at 1:45, her appointment was at 2 pm. We sat and waited as everyone checked in and went back. By 230 I went up to the front desk and asked when we would be seen. Come to find out they never fully checked in my daughter. We didn't get seen my the provider until 250 and the visit lasted no more than 2 minutes. My daughter is 3, she was getting very frustrated and tired of sitting around which caused more stress on both of us.

Dr Bawa took a lot of time explaining the procedure to my wife and I and made sure we completely understood all that was required. Afterwards he asked my wife what she wanted to do and she replied she would listen to his advice...which was to put off doing the procedure because of all the pain and possible complications that could arise. My wife and I both agreed with the doctors recommendation and will treat the cartilage on her left ear with cream that was provided by the dermatologist. We are thankful the doctor explained things ahead of time and gave us an option about the process.

Everyone was friendly and courteous. I have to wait to be seen by a surgeon and unsure how long this will take. I was happy with services.
