Dr. Bawa is fantastic, his staff , ALL were wonderful! As a retired Registered Nurse I can speak with the upmost honesty in saying- great job hiring Dr. Bawa! I've not been this pleased with a physician in many many years! Don't let him go! In fact he deserves a RAISE! Tones of physicians do NOT have the fabulous bedside manner he does! THAT is what keeps patients coming back!!

I felt very comfortable they made my daughter feel comfortable. When they mentioned doing a scope in office she felt uncomfortable and asked to go to the waiting room but wanted to return. They let her go on out and when they were finished they went and got her from the waiting room. I appreciate how much they listened to me and had a care plan in place quickly.

Dr. Bawa is absolutely phenomenal! The nurse Tara was able to get my son in on the schedule last minute, and Dr. Bawa did a thorough exam. I appreciated him listening to my concerns and taking care of my son! We also saw the audiologist today and she was wonderful! Overall great care today from ENT/audiology!

Appt went smoothly. He noticed something and provided extra support to check on it.

The computer check in is screwy. I can't enter my primary care provider - doesn't recognize him. When entering for precheckin I ran into the same problem. I don't even know why they keep asking this if you can't enter it. AI is irritating.

If you went to anybody else you would perfer Dr. Bawa. If I didn't have Dr. Bawa I would walk out and not come back.

Dr Bawa and his staff were wonderful. He took the necessary steps to assure us that the mouth fungus we recently discovered xxx had did not have any impact on xxx's throat. He also provided helpful advice on how to continue to help rid the fungus from her dentures and prescribed lozenges to help with xxx's mouth issues. Very caring and professional and compassionate staff.
