This group is much too busy to recommend to others. For myself, I had to wait 3 months for an appointment after my ENT referred me. Now I've had an informative appointment where everyone is lovely and polite, doing everything right. A procedure is found to be necessary. Now I have to wait THREE more months for the procedure. For anyone, a 6 month wait for help is unacceptable. As a Stage IV cancer survivor (so far), 6 months is an outrageous amount of time to wait to find out what's wrong. Thank you for reading this.

It was a video call! We Could not hear the doctor at all. We had the phone up at our ear. And even had on speaker and still could not hear the Doctor talk. Even told the doctor that we couldn't hear and it didn't get any louder. And we had our volume all the way up.

Dr Raza was very friendly, approachable, and patient with my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all and he assured me he will be there for me if I have any concerns or questions in the future.
