Everyone was friendly and listened to my questions and comments. Answers were given and made clear. I was recommended to this group by another patient.

It was a video call! We Could not hear the doctor at all. We had the phone up at our ear. And even had on speaker and still could not hear the Doctor talk. Even told the doctor that we couldn't hear and it didn't get any louder. And we had our volume all the way up.
