Outstanding service provided by Dr Q and staff.

My conversation with Dr. Q seemed rushed and his mannerisms communicated he was not focused. I have a lot of respect for Dr. Q. He has always given me easily understood information and he seems to clearly understand his "stuff". My observations through a lot experiences with many medical services in Richmond in the past few years is that most doctors are rushed and short on time. The exception to this has been Dr. Reis, my PCP, who has been a bright spot. Overall the nursing staff and office personnel have been exceptionally helpful and attentive, I'd say Reid's greatest strength.

I was well pleased and he took me off my blood thinners and said he would see me in one year.

The Dr just seemed like his main concern was to get you in and out and not really pay much attention on what you are there for.

Dr. Q is the best. The cardio unit is great.

He is rude,dismissive and arrogant. He thinks he knows everything about MY chronic illness more than i do. Do some research before spreading misinformation. He's terrible. I would not go to him even if i was on my death bed. -10/10 stars

The visit could have started better other then you put weight on . Sucked when your conscious of your weight

I would also like to commend the Reid Emergency Department and Reid Police for coming to assist us when my mother needed assistance getting from the parking lot I to the building. The saw me lowering her to sit because she was unstable. 4 Reid staff responded and provided a wheelchair.

The staff was fast and friendly, and very courteous. Also, very informational when I ask questions.

From check in, to getting my vitals taken, to seeing the doctor, all top notch care.

The staff, besides the doctors, need to lose some extreme weight and appear more professional. For a cardiology department, it should be an embarrassment.

Everything was timely. No waiting. All nurses were pleasant and informative. I like Dr Q.

Wait time was short, and got in before my appointment. But that may be because appointment was at 8:45 AM.

It was a good experience with all parties. The Doctor explained the test results and explained my treatment and why he was choosing the treatment path.

When you see Dr. Q he always listens an explains what to do or what needs to be done . I feel comfortable with my service an my Dr.

They do a very good job at everything that there should do and treat me very good I would recommend them to anybody

The doctors, Dr. malarkey, and the heart doctor, I forget his name. They were great. I really appreciate the visits I've had at this hospital.

Dr. Q and the staff are wonderful. This doctor sits down and actually has a one on one conversation with you. He ask questions and is very thorough. I was kind of worried when Dr. Fleming left, about getting another doctor that gave that kind of quality care. However, Dr. Q has won me over and I truly trust him and feel comfortable with expertise.

Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. Dr. Q is great!!!

I would have hoped that either before or after my procedure that a doctor or a physicians assistant would have spoken to me about what would occur. The doctor spoke to my wife after the procedure but I would have liked to speak with the doctor or PA myself as well. The nurses in the recovery area were great.

The doctor had a cold so he sat across the room with a mask on and was unable to examine my mom xxx. He was only in the room with her for about five minutes so he was not able to examine her and then he said OK we'll see you in a year as far as I'm concerned, it was a waste of everybody's time, but I'm sure I'll be billed for it. I feel that the visit should have been rescheduled if the doctor was not able to examine her, it was a very disappointing visit..

The whole first experience was great from check in to check out. Dr. Quraishi is absolutely amazing.

Dr. Q had a respiratory issue so he did not come close to me & listen to my heart & lungs. I understood. The EKG that was taken showed OK results. I have not been having any cardio issues so I felt comfortable with the visit.

I think the staff and Dr. Q are the best.

This was a great experience and Dr (can't spell his name) Quraishi was the best. He took time to listen and answer my questions. Gave me some things to work on and was just personable.

I really trust him and he said if I had any questions I could text him directly on My Chart which made me feel safe

She was so efficient and was able to diagnose and set treatment plan up. Makes you feel cared for. Have confidence in her. Got test ordered and done two in office and another tomorrow.

They were short staffed today but they still got us back in a timely manner and were very informative and polite. They made me feel like I was important and answered all my questions!

There was not much need to talk about injury prevention, so that was a question I wasn't sure how to answer.

The nurses needed laptops, ipads, or chromebooks with them in the examination room to update or to look up information. They had to go to another room. They had to go very fast. This is very tiring, time consuming, and inefficient.

Everyone, including the front office staff, nursing staff and Dr. Q were very courteous and informative. I felt very comfortable during my visit. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
