All the Staff was very professional and listened to my concerns including Dr Smith. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

From our arrival all staffing was professional~ helpful and willing to take the time necessary to help educate us in making proper decisions throughout our treatment/time of our visit

Scheduled to have an MRI completed~ however~ I waited two weeks with no appointment. Called insurance to see if they could expedite the request and was told they did not receive a request for prior authorization. Called office and spoke with office manager. The MRI was scheduled within an hr.
Fix the automated phone system! Better yet~ junk it. By the time we get to speak to a live person~ we are so frustrated that it's had to be civil to that person who is just trying to do his or her job. In just over two weeks of interacting with this office~ I can honestly say that the automated answering system is the most poorly designed~ non customer friendly thing I have ever encountered. You DO NOT have a staff problem. You do have a serious systems problem. Thank you for the opportunity to express my opinion.

The waiting time was long because of a mix up with the time.
Before my appointment~ I sent a message through portal to verify that I had completed all tests rhat had been ordered. The reply I received said that I had. A few days before my appointment~ I received a call that said I needed to go in to lab for blood tests~ which I found most annoying. My time is just as valuable as your staffs. Before I had a chance to go to lab~ i got a very snarky call telling me if I didn't get it done by noon the next day~ my appointment would be canceled. The person that made this call needs some serious customer relations training before he is allowed to man the phone.
I was surprised~ but not disappointed~ that the doctor chose to forego the rectal exam.
