The first pediatrician I took my daughter to at Reid Pediatrics was absolutely horrible and I thought about transferring to a whole new place but I thought I would give another pediatrician a try before I left and Dr. MUNOZ is the absolute best doctor I have ever had for the kids and just on general. He went way above and beyond to listen to us and our story and actually cared and he gave the best information and treatment I have ever seen! He is the only reason that I will stay at Reid! HE IS THE BEST DOCTOR AT REID HANDS DOWN!

This was our first experience transferring care from Pam Rodgers to dr. Munoz he interacted with my child and included her in conversation which I appreciated. He seemed very thorough and his nurse assisting was pleasant too. Getting to get an appointment was a bit longer but overall worth the wait. Super polite respectful and calm provider

Dr. Martin E. Munoz is the most friendly, patient, kind, amazing pediatrician my children have ever been to! Our entire family loves him! Our children look forward to seeing him every time we go even when they're ill. They've seen him since birth. He's a wonderful doctor and all the nurses as well as the staff are all extremely nice and friendly. Such a wonderful establishment!!

The lady that checked xxx and his father in was very rude. An older lady. When it took xxx's father a minute to remember our address, she made comments that made him upset and feel as though she was saying he didn't know anything and shouldn't be there. Our experience with the doctor was great but front office staff was very very poor.

Dr. Munoz was very understanding of how sick my daughter felt, and was honest with us and was very good with her.

Dr Munoz had always been a trusted advocate in the care of my children. He communicates well with them and with me. He is always professional. He is thorough and gives us honest, knowledgeable information. His nurse Taylor is great as well. My kids love her. She's helpful and efficient.
