The Dr & staff are always very courteous and friendly..helpful and explaining what to expect next. So glad we are able to keep Reid in network!

Dr. Martin E. Munoz is the most friendly, patient, kind, amazing pediatrician my children have ever been to! Our entire family loves him! Our children look forward to seeing him every time we go even when they're ill. They've seen him since birth. He's a wonderful doctor and all the nurses as well as the staff are all extremely nice and friendly. Such a wonderful establishment!!

The lady that checked xxx and his father in was very rude. An older lady. When it took xxx's father a minute to remember our address, she made comments that made him upset and feel as though she was saying he didn't know anything and shouldn't be there. Our experience with the doctor was great but front office staff was very very poor.

Dr Munoz had always been a trusted advocate in the care of my children. He communicates well with them and with me. He is always professional. He is thorough and gives us honest, knowledgeable information. His nurse Taylor is great as well. My kids love her. She's helpful and efficient.

Absolutely adore Dr. Munoz and his staff! They always make my child feel safe and actually enjoy the doctor. As a mom, I greatly appreciate it! And Dr. Munoz always reassures and checks in with me regarding my postpartum depression and other concerns as a parent.

Dr. Muñoz is the best pediatrician my children have ever seen. I wish he would have started at red when my oldest child, now 18, was a newborn.

My only complaint would be that the staff who check you in and out were not very courteous or professional. I overheard one lady making what sounded like her own medical appointment on the phone. I'd checked in advance of the appointment to save time, but it really didn't save much (if any). I had to verbally consent to the medical release details I'd added. Perhaps your system needs to be more intuitive so can it remove old data when new data is added. Dr. Munoz and nursing staff were prompt and courteous. We were very pleased our actual visit. Please put some books, toys, something back into your lobby for kids. The wait, even if minimal, is challenging for kids.
