The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt like they are willing to do whatever it takes to help support us in keeping our daughter healthy, safe, and happy. They quickly addressed any concerns we had and were very thorough in their responses. We raised concerns about breastmilk production and they made sure we had time with the lactation nurse to help us in our Journey. She was amazing as well. We feel very confident with the care our daughter will be receiving

Dr Munoz has gone above and beyond for my son and helping with his dx. We've accomplished more with my sons health under Dr Munoz care than we did with his prior pediatrician.

Dr Munoz was very kind a courteous to me and the father as well as all children present. His MA Bre was very kind and patient with my toddler trying to help with getting measurements of baby. The MA that helped with lactation information was very knowledgeable and respectful. The whole team was fantastic. Highly recommend them :)

We just moved to the area and this appointment was to establish care of a new doctor and we absolutely loved Dr. Munoz. From the second he walked into the room, we knew this was the doctor for us!

Dr Munoz and Bre were wonderful as always. Only feedback was that when the office called and left a message to call back after the visit (for lab results) and I called the number back it took me to primary care office in Winchester without realizing. Then that office staff had no idea who Bre or Dr Munoz was. The phone number was in the voicemail but didn't realize I couldn't just reply to the call which was frustrating.

We love Dr Munoz and his staff. He is so very caring! We were also impressed with his resident, Dr Smallwood!!

Dr. Munoz is such an amazing doctor and human. He always comes into the room and greets his patient and family with such a big smile, hand shake and hug. They are very professional teams.

The resident was too concerned about having my daughter make eye contact and talk to him. She takes her time to warm up to people, and we do not force her to respond in order to please adults. He used a phrase something to the effect of make me happy by talking to me. It's not her job to make adults happy. She is a well-adjusted child in all other aspects of her life. I mentioned that her father and I as well as her brothers were all apprehensive about speaking to unfamiliar adults as children, and none of us have issues now.

Dr. Munoz and team are amazing. He has a way of putting my child at ease and she at times can be very shy and anxious. She really loves him and I feel that he cares about her well being and is just an overall good human! Thank you!

The first pediatrician I took my daughter to at Reid Pediatrics was absolutely horrible and I thought about transferring to a whole new place but I thought I would give another pediatrician a try before I left and Dr. MUNOZ is the absolute best doctor I have ever had for the kids and just on general. He went way above and beyond to listen to us and our story and actually cared and he gave the best information and treatment I have ever seen! He is the only reason that I will stay at Reid! HE IS THE BEST DOCTOR AT REID HANDS DOWN!
