What a fabulous first ob-gyn appointment!! I was nervous, but everyone was so kind, professional, efficient, and helpful! I was very impressed with the facilities and the ease of everything! I feel good about choosing Reid!

Every office I went to today (Obgyn, X-ray, neurology) was friendly, efficient and professional. To had three appointments in one day. I thought I'd be there all day, waiting, and be exhausted. It was the opposite. I was in and out of each office easily in less than an hour. Thank you

She was no personable , she didn't introduce her student that was with her. She didn't tell me the heart rate amount , and told me i was Good to go when i still Have to see someone else

After having my vitals taken no one entered my room for thirty minutes. I had to go to the desk and ask if they had forgotten about me. It's completely fine that the provider was busy with other patients, but it would have been nice if someone could have updated me about the wait.

It's a very busy office and the wait was at least an hour, but I understood given how busy they were. Not sure how many Doctors were working.

I am so pleased to have Martha Fagan as my doctor. She is pleasant and listens to any concerns and takes her time. She is tops!

I arrived as requested 15mins before my appointment and The wait time in the waiting room was 15mins after my scheduled appointment time. Then of course the wait in the exam room made my time in the office in total over an hour and a half.

this gynecology experience was not good. Things were not explained to me before they were done. she was not thorough, she did a vaginal exam without warning. inserted speculum without warning. and removed my iud without warning. unacceptable, felt frightened by the lack of communication.

I saw Dr. Fagan she delivered my youngest almost 11 years ago and I always have trusted her opinion and feel very comfortable during a appointment with her. She listens to my concerns and tries to help in every way possible in my opinion!
