Was very well mannered and showed concerns on my jealth
Everyone was friendly and acted like I was important.
Kyle was very nice, fixed r problem with hearing aides, gave us a great explanation on how things work . We r very much satisfied & would go back.
Just met Dr Langfitt for the first time and really liked him. He didn't know my history well enough yet as we were new to each other. He asked me lots of good questions pertaining to my situation and sent an email pretty quickly when I didn't expect one for a few days lol. The only bad part of my visit was waiting an hour before being seen.
$65 seems high for the limited time and effort is there. Also, he said the right hearing aid was not working and recommended it be sent away for repairs at a cost of $200+. When I put it back in my hair it works fine
Very thorough, my hearing test was excellent. I have had many and this was very good. The discussion on hearing aids was helpful and Kyle Langfitt was very thoughtful and knowledgeable.
He was thorough and professional.
The provider said we had to wait until MARCH 2023 for a hearing test! VERY UNHAPPY about having to wait this long. I would expect better from Reid Health.
Professional pleasant informative
I was very worried about loosing my hearing . He was kind, patient and thorough. I felt very comfortable with him and trusted him immediately.
Very well done exam
Very thorough
Very helpful in calibration of hearing aids and advising use and follow up if necessary.
Kyle Langfitt
I thought all involved in my visit today were great. Extremely attentive to my concerns about my ear. I was happy with my visit, from Tiffany to Dr. Bawa to Dr. Langfitt. Thanks!
No injury was involved. Thorough examination. Complete explanation of possible problems. Very happy with professionalism.
It was fine did not pressure me to to do anything
Kyle Langfitt (introduced as Dr. Langfitt) did an acceptable job when he was in the room - it was bizarre to be told at the start of the appointment that he was watching and listening to us, but he was not in the room with us. The reason for my poor feedback is not necessarily related to a person, but rather to the process that has been my experience at Reid Audiology. If I can summarize the lacking process - it felt very much like what I would expect if I was buying a used car. Definitely not on par with the Reid Health standards. Examples of the process that was sub-par: the hearing aids were hanging (magnetically?) to a cabinet door(?) Why not present them professionally with pricing guidance in place? The "service fee" - totally buying a car with this one. Lots of time spent on the value of that service fee with multiple references to "testing the hearing aids once they deliver to ensure they are not lemons". Logical follow-up question couldn't be answered: Do you find a lot of hearing aids that don't work with your inspections? No one had any idea. Um... how much am I paying for that inspection that might or might not be needed? And how important is that inspection if no one knows how often the inspection finds a manufacturer's issue. Now, I'm not suggesting that you stop inspecting the hearing aids - these are medical devices. Oh - and I'm paying over $4,000.00 out of pocket for the pair. Yes, you should ensure that they are working before you send me home with them. In a nutshell: please revamp your process. It is more than a little weird to leave a Reid Health visit and feel like I was just pitched an additional week of Wyndham vacation ownership. Or I was just pitched a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Or that I was just "pitched" anything. I have no doubt that I'll be happy with my hearing aids - but my comments shared should communicate that I was not happy with the process of acquiring my hearing aids. Reid Health does so much right - you have so many great practices to model after: pick one and revamp for this practice.
Great service
I saw a student instead of the doctor. She said she was being overseen, but I had no contact with a doctor. I trust her competence. I am scheduled for a consultation to get hearing aids. It is a big deal for me, and I want to get it right the first time. I hope the consultation clears up all the questions.
A trustful relationship is built over time and this initial experience was a good start. I would continue to rely on the support & care from the staff for hearing issues. The doctor seemed knowledgeable and confident in testing, information & advice. He has a friendly, concerned manner and took time to answer all questions.
Excellent, pleasant, knowledgeable!!!
The doctor had no reason to know my medical history as I was there for a hearing test which is entirely different than other medical problems.
THe people were friendly and helped me outwith everything and the place was very clean .the people at the front were so helpful and very pleasant to talk to. the atomaspere was great . I will be getting what I need and that will bevery helpful Thank You very much
Everything went well from Cora checking me in to seeing the doctor! Thanks!
My care provider was very good at explaining everything he was going to do a head of time and during each test. He also explained the results making them easy to comprehend
