I was there because I lost hearing in my good ear. The audiologist said that he would do an impression of my ear so that my hearing aids would not leK air. That was great but I have to wait 6 months to go back. ENT auctioned my ears. Said that he would see me in 6 months. I went home still deaf. 2 days later with prayer my hearing was restored.

I was surprised to be charged $20.00 for this service. It took about 5 minutes to be completed. I only had my hearing aides paired with my new phone.

The staff and audiologist did an excellent job with testing and choosing hearing aids to order. There were none to try first and I've never had them before. My ear canals are tiny and the aids may not work. Price was quoted and the hearing aid price was refundable if I didn't like them. BUT the price that Reid charges for services promised was NOT refundable (almost $1800) whether I kept the hearing aids or not. This is bad business and I'm going elsewhere which I hate to do because I really liked working with the audiologist!

1. No info needed about my care and treatment: I 'm fine. Hearing aid wasn't holding a charge. Question n/a. 2. I totally trusted the provider with the care of my HEARING AID. Question n/a to MY CARE. 3. Care provider didn't need to know my medical history, while she looked at my hearing aid. but maybe she did. It never came up.
