Doctor was very knowledge about my history. Time it took was excellent.
This was a pleasant experience and I got to stay in my home.
It was a video chat that I appreciated because I did not have to go out in the cold. My Doctor was very kind and explained every in a way I could understand. I'm very much appreciate all the staff at Reid.
The surgeon was very helpful and the office staff was great.

I would have preferred to have seen him in person instead of over a tablet I felt that was very impersonal but in today's world I guess that's the way things are going to be no human contact everything over a video monitor
Understand Covid made zoom Dr Visits legal but as a former RN still licensed and educated. There is no possible way to do adequate vascular assessment zooming. Physician knowledgeable and informative but would not recommend a physician dependent on zoom not hands on assessments.
The question regarding injury, I answered no to, just did not apply to my visit.
I think Reid should get rid of all the questions leading up to the drs. visit. Most people will answer one questions honestly...Are there any changes ... I for one go to at least 6 Reid physicians twice a year. I am not going to answer these questions before hand let the receptionist ask me.
Got the information I needed
This visit was by a small I-Pad, held by a very nice nursing assistant. Without introducing himself, she would get on the ground, point the I-Pad at my ankle. The light wasn't too bright, so I really don't think his viewing was the best. Then, he gave me information. I had his assistant go back and show my upper calve. I decided against surgery and will wear the compression sock. I also told him I'm getting a second opinion, probably at IU. His reply was that he was, "the best vein Dr around". Any good Dr would encourage a second opinion, not letting their ego get bruised.
Nice professional staff prior to Dr. Visit. I enjoyed the video chat I had with him.
I waited an hour. The Dr's at Reid can cancel if you are 9 minutes late, but the patient has to wait 45 minutes to see the doctor. ? not fair.

Un happy with amount of time it will take to get tests completed for future procedure. 4 weeks is too long when you are sick.

Doctors need to talk to each other about patiences more be more upto date about medical history

Today I saw Dr J.A.Wilensky, via video Sherry set up in Connersville. I am so very grateful for both of them . Both are very professional and knowledgeable about my care. Happy to have this professional service available in Connersville.
I think I was mostly okay with the visit I was a little upset that it started so late but a lot of that's me being impatient and the travel time there securing it a ride to get there was really weighing heavy on me a lot of anxiety but I think it'll be okay
The dr was very thorough and nice.
Would've liked to have been on the tel a call at the scheduled time but it was an hour later before the doctor came to the zoom call

The young MA was wonderful! I do wish the office would ask when would be convenient for the next visit instead of just scheduling the appointment. I work so my schedule is limited. I had to call and change my appt.
It was my first virtual visit. For that it went well.
The receptionist was very polite. The nurse was also very polite and friendly and informative on her agenda. The doctor was patient friendly, to the point and very attentive. The doctor explained conditions, medications, procedures, possibilities both negative and positive. I was very impressed with his patience caring mindset. A++ he answered every single question I could think of to ask and eagerly welcomed me to message him if I had any questions later. He listened well to my issues with medications and side effects, current and past ailments. He answered all my concerns about medications, exercises and questions that I had pertaining to future possibilities. I didn't know what to expect but, I was pleasantly surprised by his mannerisms, very down to earth gentlemen. I feel that I'm in good hands with a caring staff and a doctor who appears to actually care not only for his patients physical condition but, for their concerns of personal health and lifestyle and any changes. Thus far, I would Highly recommend suite 215 and everyone I've met so far.

we went to the office at the hospital expecting to see the doctor. Instead , we had a tele visit in the office. This was not satisfactory as he could only see the front part of my legs using a tablet camera to view the legs. and we were given no opportunity to ask questions. We will not use him again.
Don't like virtual video; like in person appointments.
Is this for heart doctor or other Please before I even say anything don't take it the wrong way but I waited I don't even know how long in a small room with a nurse and my significant other for him to come on telahealth when he did he really had no clue why I was sent to him beside the referral but he also said I had something wrong with my leg and something else but pretty much said it's no biggie told me to come back in 6 months
Dr. Wilensky was fine. Telehealth format was unsatisfactory for this issue. There are some situations where Telehealth consultations are appropriate but I was uncomfortable having an assessment made as to whether a (relatively minor) surgical procedure was indicated based on live images from my phone.
The nurses I had was amazing there is one I had Tues I wish I could remember her name but she was totally amazing.
I world like to hand a face-to-face appointment rather than a meeting over the iPad.
