Good experience

I was ok with the doctor who I was seen by. However the lady who took me back to do my vitals and ask questions needs to find a new job. When she took me back to my room and was asking questions about my pain she would ask where does it hurt I said all over my back she then kept asking what part as I had to keep repeating myself all over. She got mad at me because I was getting up set over some of the questions as I was answering first of all I'm in severe pain have been bounced back and forth between differn't doctors killing myself with Ibuprofen so at this point I'm not going to be in the best of moods. She then stated she could go get somebody else to finish which would have wasted more of my time very unprofessional on her part. If she as a nurse can't understand when people are in pain and have been bounced back and forth with doctors that their not going to be in the best of moods she is not in the right job definitely does not have the personality for the job.

Dr.Williamson is one great doctor I see his bed side manters are the BEST. Where has this doctor been we need more doctors like him he go's over your test results with you before he decides anything is done.He is just one caring doctor I love that from a doctor with everything I have going on. Everyone is very friendly and helpful

The person who greeted me seemed unfriendly and, if not hostile, not interested in being helpful. I feel very cautious about any further assessment until I have dealt with this practice more. I did not immediately like them and I will move forward only if my sense of being heard improves.

Dr Williamson is absolutely amazing. He goes above and beyond every visit to try to come up with ways to make me feel better. He is always very pleasant he shakes my hand he listens to me he is very kind he listens to me he is very kind. I know that when I go to see him I will get answers or he will find them for me. I would like to nominate him for a GEM, because he always goes above and beyond every single time to do everything he can to help me. Once again he is an amazing doctor and most importantly an amazing person.

I really enjoyed watching the interaction with the physician and the nurse. They seemed to work well together and the nurse was very knowledgeable in what also needed to be done.

I love the care I receive from front desk staff to the Doctor. My nurse is always sweet, caring, and listens to me. Always smiley when I come here! My Doctor is amazing. My issues are not resolved but he has managed to help me feel 30 to 50% better overall since I started coming. The focus isn't on masking the pain, but figuring out the cause if possible and then helping me make plan of action to RESOLVE the problem or teaching me how to Prevent certain pains from starting. most Importantly I feel listened to.
