Everyone was very friendly and Dr was very good at explaining everything. I had met him before and he explained everything so we could understand it.
No signs posted for some doctors office. When giving insttuctures-- no clear explanation as to whether it is building 1-2-3---same room numbers in both buildings~ confusing
Everyone was kind and professional
I appreciate the staff and Dr. McGinty taking the time to answer questions and address my concerns.
You have a real jewel in Dr.McGinty Please keep him
The dr was rude and didnt care about the patient and ignored any of their concerns. The staff besides the dr was wonderful.

I was seen via telemedicine and was very. Satisfied with this service. I was very unsatisfied with my experiment at the Richmond Reid office and will not return to this office. The staff was rude and I sat in the room for 56 minutes after the visit before being discharged
RCA physicians display genuine concern for me and my health.
Had to wait too long in room to see doctor.
The staff and Dr. McGinty were excellent!
Everyone very thoughtful and helpful.
Very satisfied with our first meeting
Dr. Fain and his staff are very professional and courteous. Dr. Fain takes the time to listen to my health concerns and always provides excellent care. I would highly recommend his practice. Dr. Fain and his staff are top notch.
While most of the interaction was favorable~ I left confused about any treatment or lack of same.
The staff was respectful and nice.
Dr. McGinty is a jewel!!!!
We are sending our son to you as we feel you do a wonderful job.
Great team of people!!!!!.
The call-in telephone system as currently configured does nothing to enhance patient to office communication. Recent CALLS to question ambiguous NEW heart medication concentration and dispensing rate~ resulted in continuous circle without getting ANY answers nor talking to a human being. Does not a heart bypass patient deserve an answer to this question? Should the computer answering system be reviewed for relevance and update? Should the patient be $1 in ALL communication efforts? YES YES and YES.
