Excellence

Dr. McGinty became my cardiologist in 2010 when I had a heart attack. I followed him when he left McCullough Hyde and now go to Richmond for doctor visits. He is very personable, knowledgeable and I have complete confidence in me. He only sees me once a year yet he remembers everything about me. If I have a question in-between I can utilize My Chart and know with confidence that he will get back to me. I give Dr. McGinty an A+!

I am in " good hands" with Dr McGinty. He uses scientific knowledge to help me get to the best state of health possible. When I am in the office, I can tell he has given my health care much thought. He is kind, friendly and compassionate along with his knowledge. He is a good Cardiologist.

I should have asked more questions about why I keep experiencing these spells off and on and when to know when I should take these spells more serious. Dr McGinty is an awesome Dr. I just did not ask enough questions.

I hated to drive to Connersville, but it was worth the drive. Love seeing my own cardiologist Dr McGinty,, that knows my history. I found the staff at read Connersville satellite to be very friendly and courteous. The environment was outdated but with my understanding you're building a new hospital and that will be fantastic. But I don't like driving that distance if I don't have to. If I was younger I'd had no problems in driving that distance.

Dr Mcginty provided more information on the Pacemaker and provided information on its impact on myself and how often it sends current to keep the beats at 60

I am xxx's wife,I would think if a Ekg showed a heart attack they would automatically do a heart catheterization on you,normally that means you have a blockage somewhere, instead of Waiting for another heart attack to occur.

I was rushed by the nurse the entire time I had contact with him. The dr interrupted me constantly when I was trying to respond to his questions. I was talked to as though I was stupid. He was confrontational when I said the wrong measurement and insisted I go to an area where a computer was to prove me wrong, even after I said I obviously mistaken. I will not be returning to him or Reid for my cardio issues. Everyone else I had contact with was amazing.

My appointment was changed without my knowledge. This has happened twice over the last two years. My father has Alzheimer's and it is very difficult to coordinate his arrival to appointments outside of his care facility, plus arranging time with my work schedule. I made the appointment according to the day/time I could be there. I've reported this before and apparently it doesn't matter.
