why dermatology leaving the Reid system?

I just hate the fact that Reid will omit Dermatology as of Nov 7.

I would not recommend this provider because she is Leaving Reid Hospital! Come on Reid I've had 3 Different Drs for derm issues in last few years, now you are getting rid of this specialty in Richmond! Makes a person really want to move out of this town because you have to travel out of town for so many specialties! You need to do better for our towns people! Especially elderly people don't wanna drive an hour to see a dr! Change your goals from profit to convienece, quality and consistent treatment of your patrons!

Why is Reid doing away with dermatology dept?

Jessica Jones did an excellent job plus so did her assistant. I have no complaints with all of the dermatologist that I have seen at Reid but I'm very disappointed in Reid. There's something wrong wrong with your system that you can't keep one of these excellent Dermatologist. So therefore, since you're shutting down the Dermatology department, I will be going to Muncie. It's sad being such a big facility that you can't keep a dermatologist doctors there must be an underlying problem with Reid Health. I do hope you get this straightened out soon because it really disappoints me and so many others you can't keep excellent Doctors and Staff. Concerned Patient, xxx

This is the best dermatology experience I've had and I was informed they were closing it which I'm quite disappointed in.

I am very sorry to see to see Dr. Jones leave. I really like her. I am also sorry that she will not have a replacement as a local Reid dermatologist was so convenient.

I was able to schedule a new patient appointment to establish a dermatologist, however, upon seeing the doctor, I was told the practice is closing. I wish I would've been informed before my appointment since my intent was to establish which was made known at time of scheduling. Someone should've reached out to me and let me know so I could have established care at a different practice.

I am upset about trying to pay. My husband ran our card and it took payment. It didn't with mine, said declined. I know.it shouldn't have been. Just days before, we paid off. Then your computer system went down . Said we pay on line. On way home I had series of questions to set up my account. Had all sorts of questions of gerri g new car, my license plate, and last 4 did gets of my cell. When I hit none of rhe above, it didn't allow me to go any further. Guess u will need ro bill me as I couldn't get payment made

Keep Doctor Jones at Reid Health!!

Dr Jones is exceptional. She took great care of my daughter and I would highly recommend her services.

You should offer Dr Jones more money to stay in Richmond. Now I will have to drive to Muncie to see her.

We need to keep Dr. Jones in the Reid Health network if at all possible. She is excellent!!

Being seen on time is unheard of these days! Nice! Provider and staff very helpful and did not hurry me.i felt I was important to Jessica. Now.... if Reid would do away with different doc seeing you every day during hospitalization, that change the meds daily and have no idea about your history and will never see you again!! This makes me very fearful of any hospitalization. Not in patients best interest. Must be money saver for Reid!!!!!

Dr. Jones is a real jewel! Her demeanor is professional, engaging and caring. I moved to Richmond from Dallas where my wife managed medical clinics so I was fortunate to have my pick of great GPs and specialists. Dr. Jones rates right up there with the very best medical professionals I used while in Dallas (for 30 years).

Dr.Jones is one of the most caring physicians at Reid. Hopefully Reid will be able to keep her!
