I felt better about my a fib after talking with Dr. Haist. I am having some tests run and then I will meet with him on the results and follow-up. I felt much better after meeting with him, I am just still concerned about whether my problems will go back to normal. I am concerned about my therapy and whether I am overdoing.

Waited over hr for Dr. When come in checked heart with stethoscope said meds working in no more than 5 minutes. Asked if had ablation said yes a while back didn't do anything said I had to many small and 2 lg. Arithimas . I feel he should have known all this.

I did not completely understand what all he was explaining to my husband and myself.

I don't feel as if I was heard.

He was more than 45 minutes late and I was the first appointment. He spent only 10 minutes with me and told me because I was being treated for one thing it required me to be on this other med. He did not discuss my options making it seem as if there were none.

Allowed us to be seen after having confusion about appointment time. Concerned about an issue that seemed to be occurring and wanted to keep ahead of it

Overall my visit was fine. I waited pretty long in my room after the doctor left. The thing that I was most upset about was that my follow up appointment was scheduled without consulting me about date or time. And I wouldn't have even known about it had I not stumbled upon it when I was in my MyChart for another reason.

I found him to be very knowledgeable and nice. He explained things to me he felt were a concern and suggested a plan of follow up care. The nurses and other staff were very helpful.

The experience was very good. A suggestion would be this medical facility should have longer hours - maune open until 6:00 two or three nohhts and opem until 12:00 noon every Saturday. It is an excellent facility and staffed by excellent people.

I was a new patient so did not expect Dr to know my medical history. I was really impressed with the friendliness of the staff and Dr so much so I am wanting to me all my medical Dr over to a Dr in the Reid Health system. I am looking for a urologist now.

He seemed to decide what was wrong and was completely stuck on that. Even after he did an examination and said that he would never think I would have what he wanted to treat and test me for? One of the medications will cause you to be very low on something and you have to be tested every week to 2 weeks. That's because it can and will cause Heart problems??? Even death. I'm already low. I.... don't feel very trusting right now. I guess we'll see.

He took the time to explain things to my husband and myself. He appeared to care about what I said and looked to calm my nerves and concerns about my current issues. I felt very relieved after this appointment, as I was afraid to go to the appointment in the first place. He calmed my nerves. We still don't know what is wrong, but have some indications. I loved that he was very direct in my care plan so that I know what to expect going forward.

I waited for 40 minutes on him for the video chat. He was attending to a patient having some serious issues apparently. If that was the case, I'm not going to complain. But it was very frustrating at the time. I didn't know if the problem was on my end or what. I wish someone would have called or texted me to let me know that there was going to be a delay.

Appointment was to be at 9 am dr came in to see me at 9:50am. My time is valuable also. He hadn't read my chart at all . Trying to tell me I had stints which I DIDN'T. Lost most of my confidence at this point.

Like my dr..He sure got me in right away for a stress check and then since I needed a stent he done that acouple of days after the stress test feel very lucky it got something done right away.

Was an 1.5 hr late from the time of my appointment. Said he had an emergency. Wish someone had told me instead of just left me sitting in the exam room. Was sent a pre checklist by email before appointment. Could not fill it out because it required a mobile phone number. I do not have a mobile phone. This question should be optional.
