Very Helpful staff
Although I waited over an hour to be seen~ I didn't really mind. I felt lousy and it gave me a chance to relax. Plus~ Dr. Haist is always so nice to me when I come in. It's like visiting with an old friend.
Extremely disappointed in the amount of time I had to wait.
Dr Haist was amazing. He was very thorough. He took my concerns and addressed them~ he was proactive it treating me and he followed up the next day.
This was my six month follow up to my stent insertion. All is well!
Dr Haist is a GREAT cardiologist. His manner and care are deeply appreciated by me and my wife.
Thanks to Dr Haist and associates for the excellent care. I am always treated with the utmost care and respect. Thank you~
always a pleasurable experience to visit with the staff at Richmond Cardiology.
I was called the morning of my regular visit with Dr. Flemming and was ask if I cared to see Dr. Hast and I said that would be ok. Biggest mistake I made that day. I arrived early as I normally do for the appointment and I ask if he is on time. She states no he is in a procedure and she should have not made my appointment she had overlooked he was doing a procedure. She ask if I wanted to wait I said for a bit my husband is in the car. As I went back up to go and make new appointment after almost an hour waiting they call me back. So I ask nurse how much longer and she states he has one ahead of me should not be long. So I wait another half hour and just decide to leave. The girl says he is doing transcripts of his last patient and I say no leaving~ my husband has been in the car waiting way to long now. Will never let them change me to another doctor ever~ I never have had to wait long with Dr. Flemming. They should have never overbooked for this Dr. Hast period~ It is excusable.
They are all great
I think Dr. Haist is a very good doctor and explains things very thoroughly.
I am thankful to Dr. Haist for saving my husband's life. Dr. Haist encouraged him to have a heart cath done and they found a "widow maker" plus 3 other blockages. After my husband's open heart surgery~ Dr. Haist encouraged me to get tests run on myself. I passed the tests. However~ the results of the tests were not sent to me. If my family doctor was supposed to give me the results~ he didn't~ so I had to wait a month or more to see if I was okay. Communication needs to be improved.
I don't understand where you get updates on mammograms-pap test and other testing because I have had these done and your report says I haven't. I have had a complete hysterectomy and not happy with the reason I need testing when I do have them done
Dr. Haist is very thorough and very nice. He was also wonderful with my husband who recently had open heart surgery. However~ I went downtown to the Reid Health finance office to pay for my calcium score test~ but then Reid build us. My husband had to call to straighten it out. The person on the phone acted like this happens all the time. It shouldn't.
I want to make sure Dr. Haist got my phone message left Friday that I had not heard from Dr. Hermiller's. office yet
A patient should not have to wait at the reception desk for the staff to call insurance to see if the patient is allowed to see the doctor. Pre approval should have been done prior to the patient walking in the day of there appointment. They knew I had a follow up that day. When I questioned the staff what was the issue seemed it was as secret because I had to ask several times.
My doctor wouldn't listen to what I had to say. He already knew everything. Could have done the same visit with out me even being there.
it was a waste of time they did not call the pharmacy out of pills over aweek went to get CDL clearance nobody there has a clue ben back twice where I work they said they would just get someone else had plenty of time until they canceled my app.they were supposed to call heard nothing CDL RAN OUT thanks
Need to listen to patient.
