I don't feel like Haist did not listen to me. I am pretty sure i had a heart attack last week. He did not look at me or really listen to me. Here didn't order no blood work. Her food do an EKG but i told him that when i had my heart attacks before there ekg did not show anything and at that time my widow maker was 100% blocked.
Dr. Haist and the staff was great. They listened and answered all my concerns. Most of all, I did not feel rushed.
Takes the time and listens to you, then gives you a strategy (Explains it) to fix what's Ailing you. I feel like he truly cares for my well being!

My first visit with Dr. Haist, as my cardiologist has retired. He had all my history and knew what has happened in the past and recommended the best plan for my future care.
I was treated respectfully and everything that was done was explained to me
I really appreciate Dr Haist taking ample time to explain and not rushing through appointments. However I'm confused if I have high blood pressure why he is waiting for months to treat. He wants me to finish chemo and surgery and I'm to see him after that. So does that mean currently my situation is not of concern? I did not think to ask him this right after the procedure and I won't see him now till next year.
I have always been treated with courtesy and respect by these professionals.
I had heart catheterization Wed. My nurse Cathy. Erin. Betsy. Vicky. ?? Plus the ones doing the procedure made it so easy mentally . Couldnt see their name tags. Dr Haist is the best
In all the time I have seen RCA my provider has never ordered any test to check my kidneys~ cholesterol or anything else related to my condition. One would think that this is important to keep track of.
Was called to enter building immediately upon arrival~ then was surprised to see so many people sitting in waiting room. It was an hour before I saw doctor. I would have felt safer waiting in my car.
A comparison of MY previous and current EKG information would have been helpful. I hope a comparison of my echo informations will occur with follow up. Especially in these times~ THANKS for all you do!
Much better this time around. This was a work in pre op appointment~ and I was pleased on the short wait time.

Dr Haist has been my cardiologist for 25+ years. He is always helpful~ patient & professional and is an expert in his field. He and his colleagues do an absolutely superb job and I am extremely grateful.Thanks~
I waited over an hour in the exam room. When the doctor finally showed up~ he rushed in and so fast I did not get my questions answered.
I normally go to Richmond Office as we live in Eaton.I would recommend that office due to closeness and We really like Dr. Haist and staff!
Can't say enough good things~ Dr. Haist is awesome! The nurses top to bottom were fabulous. My care was very top notch~ very thankful to have these great people close by.. they probably saved my life.??
When the office calls my phone it goes directly to voicemail~ very annoying!!!

don't know why we cant do labs and covid 19 testing at new castle location instend of having to go to two different places in richmond just causes a lot of anixity and fear heart patients have enough anixity already
We normally go to the Richmond Office as it much closer but we were treated very well at the New Castle Office. There just was not an opening at Richmond and I needed to speak to Dr. Haist. sooner Thank you.

Felt very safe at the hospital during this Covoid 19 crisis. Feel you are doing everything possible to look out for the health of both patients and staff. Parking is great now since there are no visitors.
I truly hate surveys sorry but they're self-serving and don't get down to the root of any issues that exist~ if they exist. If you look at all the questions most of them pertaining to patting the organization all the back we're doing a job well done! While this is true in most cases it gets to be nauseating having to do a survey every time you Visit. I'm sorry to sound negative but I am up to my ears in every one and every organization no matter what the field is they just have to have a survey. And I'm just sick and tired of them. Again I apologize~ but enough surveys! What's up a question can answer all of this! " Was there anything that we could do better to make your visit more successful"? Something along this line says everything that needs to be said and allow the patient to comment back. Then you can proceed to delve into where there is a potential issue. Instead of asking how likely are you to recommend our services to someone else?

I had to wait a half hour past my appointment time before I was called to go back to the room. To me that's unacceptable practice. I'm sure if I was a half hour late for my appointment I would have to reschedule.
The staff was great and Dr. HAIST is a fabulous Dr. and human being!
