Everyone at the office are very considerate and helpful.

The audiologist had a second person working with her today. That was great because it helped move the appt along very quickly. They worked together well and cut the time down by a lot. Keep that 2nd person assisting!

Dr. Meckley is very knowledgeable and very caring. She makes a good connection with her patients which leads to respect both ways.

Dr Meckley always listens. She has never acted like she was rushing from one to another patient. She is always friendly, caring. The lab tech is so helpful, explaining the tests. The nurses have always been friendly, kind, professional.

Dr. Meckley and her staff always go above and beyond for us. We love that everything is available there in office such as labs it's like a one stop shop. Reid and the entire community is blessed to have this practice.

Your preregistration is redundant as I get an email and text, don't need both.

I feel visits are rushed. Like there is a timer started when you hit the door. As if you're not allowed to mention anything but what you are specifically there for. When you visit your PCP there are things that you want to discuss with them but that's not encouraged at all.

I have a terrific care provider and I have complete trust and confidence with the care provider.

Pain contract? What a piece of garbage. If your in pain they treat you like a drug attic. Your not allowed to be hurting. If you do then you have to sign a contract..what's this world coming to the way they treat the elderly .
