This visit lasted 10 minutes and took me 30 minutes to drive to and 30 minutes to drive home!

I found it odd that when the staff member setting up to draw my labs, placed all the items (tubes, tourniquet, butterfly needle, etc.) on the rolling stool that all the providers/staff "sit" on. Although the items were in new packages (other than the tubes) I felt that having everything on there was very unsanitary/and non-sterile environment. even though she wore gloves, the gloves were still touching the stool as she picked up the items. I would have felt better if she would have had a stainless steel rolling table or something that no one has been "sitting" on. Or maybe if she would have disinfected the stool first before she laid out all the items, that might be ok too. Other than that. The staff member along drawing my blood was very polite, profession and kind.
