Dr. Bertsch is the best! Always pleasant and positive. Any time I've ever had an issue or problem he always knows exactly what it is and prescribes what fixes it every time. I could never say enough good things about him. I'm happy me and my family have him.

Dr. Bertsch is an exceptional physician. This was a timely and great procedure. I've never had this type of treatment, and found it better than anticipated. Recovery has been far easier than anticipated as well. Saddened due to the Anthem problems I'll be forced to see another doctor. This has been troubling for our family.

I was rush instead of the provider treatment me like a new patient and got to know my concerns. The medical assistant did not provide right information in my chart and report.

I love this Dr and have been with them for over 10 yrs. But you have dropped my insurance provider and essentially dropped me.

When I left his office, I was angry,, I had sat in his office for 1-1/2 hours for my appt. I am on a walker so my husband drove me and had to wait in the cold car for me. Most of the time I have to wait, but this time was extreme !!

Suzanne LPN comes off harsh and judgemental. She at times seems like a know it all. She interrupts myself and the doctor when speaking. I've asked that I never have her as a nurse when I go to see this same doctor, however she has been my daughter's nurse for visits and I'm not happy. She is very rude, not polite or welcoming. As a nurse myself, I'm disgusted with the way she interacts with people.

I had a medical assistant check me in that I had not had before. His name was Tucker and he was so pleasant and professional. He was upbeat and took the time to make sure I understood what he was doing. A fresh breath of positivity! Dr. Bertsch was his usual pleasant, caring self. He was through as always. Dr. Bertsch is the reason I choose to use this office for my medical needs.

My appointment was for 10:30. I walked out the door at 12:37 I saw Dr Bertsch and he wanted me to have some x-rays Which I did I know stuff happens, but this is a little ridiculous

I will be looking for a new provider due to the fact that what I told him I had going on he didn't seem to want to help me with the issue he told me to quit carbs sugars and cigarettes all at the same time and I told him that I was working on the cigarettes then he said I was Fat and needed to loose weight in order to help with Back pain after me telling him that I had a back surgery less than 15 months ago and I had reinjured it and I now have dgd in my upper spine and fusions in my lower back. I didn't ask for any narcotics or anything else but I just felt horrible being told I was Fat I have had a child history with being verbally abused and called Fat so that didn't help with my mental health and I told the nurse that I was trying to get help with that. so whoever goes to this Dr. I hope they are not dealing with mental health issues or over weight

I have been seeing Doc for over 30 years now. This is the last survey I am gonna do for Reid. If I didn't trust Doc and his wonderful staff I wouldn't still be seeing him.

Reid needs to supply the A1C test equipment so the patient is not waiting for results and properly staff the test lab someone to run it . You have the nice facility and closed it down. Byron You haven't lowered your office visit charge with it not staffed

I am very upset because it took three weeks to get my prescription and my heart was in AFIB for 5 days but the office couldn't explain why this happened. Didn't even get an apology. YOU DROP THE BALL THIS SHOULDN'T HAVE EVER HAPPENED
