I have seen Dr. James Bertsch since I was a child and he has always been very knowledgeable and a great health provider.

Reid charges me my $25 co-pay, then I get hit with another $9 or $10 after claim is filed, apparently because office visit is higher than Anthem is willing to pay. Just charge me the $34 or $35 and avoid me needing to make 2 transactions.

Dr. Bertsch and his staff had me in fast and took their time with my health care.

I went for my appointment at 250 and I of course had to sit in my truck. Well I had been sitting in my truck for 20 minutes and decided to call in. The lady I spoke with, which wasn't her fault, had told me it would be 20 minutes or longer before they could see me. I had to cancel my appointment and go else where.

Always an excellent experience with Doc. He listens and addresses my concerns and always shows care and compassion.

Mask should be patient choice.

Dr Bertsch and his staff have provided first class, A+++ service to me for over 45 years. I have complete faith in Dr Bertsch's standards of care and absolute trust in him and his associates. Plus, the facility is always clean, organized and covid-safe.

The new medical building and complex is beautiful.

We did a video visit. We had a bit of problem getting connected (due to me not being very techie) but finally was accomplished and received care needed.

Only thing wrong is the nurse never took my vitals but wrote down my vitals that she didn't take. I was really disappointed in her, she really didn't seem to be in a good mood and was short with me

There were different nurses this visit than normal. They both seemed to be really thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciated that!

I didnt have an appointment and he was very busy. He knows my health issues and he worked me in. I was very appreciative.

No complaints about the doctor. The Nurse on the other hand had a terrible attitude and wasn't very pleasant to be around and also was snarky acting when attempting to educate me on something that I asked a question about. Not sure why a nurse would make a patient or parent of a patient feel stupid for asking questions. Isn't that what we are there for?

Dr. Bertsch has been a miracle to me. When i moved back from Nevada out of all he doctors I had to go through to get to the right provider was hard and stressful. Dr Bertsch has been a lifesaver for me. And the staff are awesome as well.

Jim Bertsch is always kinda and courteous. I could not ask for a better Doctor. I feel comfortable talking to him about anything that may be going on with me and he always listens and knows exactly what to do, how to fix it or at least improve it. Fantastic, wonderful human being.
