My Dr. Out due to pregnancy leave so had not seen this provider. Complicated case and he was on top of it. The nurse immediately took hold of scheduling of Pet Scan and took charge of the situation. Appreciated it all.

I feel comfortable and have confidence in Dr. James Bertsch. I've been seeing him for years, he asks questions and answers any questions I have. I don't have any complaints or doubts in the care I received from him.

I had went in just to get a check up or a wellness check. I felt heard and understood. In all a good visit.

Dr. Bertsch is a great Dr ND he listens to u very well ND talks to u he makes sure u are very satisfied ND I love that about him we need more Dr.s like him he's very patient with u ND the staff are great to along with the nurses thx to everyone works there I'm very satisfied with this office

My experience is always great with Dr. Bertsch and his staff. The Drs. Visit just for refills costs 397.00. After my ins pays I end up paying 194.00??? Reid health is over charging the people. That is a very high charge just to get weighed and change the white paper I sat on and had blood pressure checked and a stethoscope laid on my back. Took maybe 5 mins all together. The over charge is Absolutely ridiculous! Reid needs be an easier on people's pockets. Most people don't have to pay a dime because the government pays for everything. It's the ones that work get stuck in the but and we pay weekly premiums. Give us a break on the Dr. Bill. The question was asked and I gave my opinion because it affects me and many others. Will it be considered I know it won't be. I just wasted 5 mins of my time ,but I put it out there anyway.

My son was being seen for anxiety and depression and the nurse kept pushing bloodwork. That made him visibly anxious. I was trying to give her cues to drop the conversation but she kept going in front of my son, who's only 10, to the point he got upset and scared. It took him making an aggressive comment, before she stopped. It put me in a position as a mom to try and be respectful to her and sooth my son at the same time. I did not appreciate it. And I understand, bloodwork shows helpful info. But he'd had it done about a year prior and it was very traumatic for him. It was something that could've been talked about privately with me, once she saw it was upsetting my son!

During our visit my wife had an episode where she passed out and the care team and Doc was quick to assess her condition and took care of it and her. Can't express how grateful I am but I should have known they would be there for her.

The staff was so nice from the front office to the inner office. They followed up when they said they would too. The building looked so nice and clean.

Just a B.S. visit for prescription refills. Don't understand why I can't get them over the phone.

Was in the room 2 minutes, did not know my history, did not address everything I wanted to address. I see why he is so easy to get into. In waiting room check in staff wrapped in blankets, eating and chewing gum. Whole things was not what I am used to at all

The new building is beautiful.

I am usually seen within 10 minutes of arrival but today it was about 25 minutes. This is not a complaint the waiting area was much busier than usual due to winter time illnesses. They were swamped!
