Dr.Vail was very personable and very friendly. Did not rush me sat and listened and explained everything in detail to us even asked my husband if he had any questions. My husband works for REID also and he even told him that he was one of the best doctors that he has met and he was glad he was at REID.

I was treated with the utmost respect and in a timely manner. The staff made me feel at ease as usual.

Great Doctor

Dr. Vail is very knowledgeable and is careful to explain what can or will happen. He makes sure you know what to do if it does happen. He is very pleasant and knows my medical history. If I need an infectious disease Dr. again, I am sure it will be Dr. Vail.

Dr Vail did a great job explaining everything about xxx's situation to both of us, including information we weren't aware of regarding her issues. He simplified complicated medical jargon and test results and explained in a concise manner his recommendations for treatment, which eased my mind.

I think the staff always went above and beyond in my care and needs. Felt very secure while my care was given. Can't thank them enough!

The best Doctor of ALL the doctors we've been in contact over all the past years

clinical notes document findings that were never performed, eg auscultation of lungs. The provider's only physical touch to me was shaking my hand on the way out. Appears to be a pervasive problem since has occurred with other providers. Saying things were done when they were not is untruthful to say the least.
