I understand fully that's hard for me at times

This was the first time seeing this provider. It was a last minute appointment that they graciously squeezed me in. . Provider had no real time to review my chart prior, but listened to me and rather than rush a treatment or diagnosis, asked for time to thoroughly review the chart and get back with me. I greatly appreciated that response. He was very friendly and respectful. Definitely and asset to Reid Health.

He was very attentive to my questions and very good at explaining. He and his nurse and receptionist were very personable and respectful

Great Doctor

Dr. Vail is very knowledgeable and is careful to explain what can or will happen. He makes sure you know what to do if it does happen. He is very pleasant and knows my medical history. If I need an infectious disease Dr. again, I am sure it will be Dr. Vail.

Dr Vail did a great job explaining everything about xxx's situation to both of us, including information we weren't aware of regarding her issues. He simplified complicated medical jargon and test results and explained in a concise manner his recommendations for treatment, which eased my mind.

I think the staff always went above and beyond in my care and needs. Felt very secure while my care was given. Can't thank them enough!

The best Doctor of ALL the doctors we've been in contact over all the past years

clinical notes document findings that were never performed, eg auscultation of lungs. The provider's only physical touch to me was shaking my hand on the way out. Appears to be a pervasive problem since has occurred with other providers. Saying things were done when they were not is untruthful to say the least.

Definitely a good experience.
