The main problem I had was I couldn't use the video chat on my phone. It was blocked and it took me a while to figure it out. I am old school. The phone call was good.

Yeah I have a question why hasn't no one called me back yet when I called your alls office back on the 7th an talked a lady she stated that she would reach out to the doctor's and call me back an still yet so are you all going to see me on the 20th as scheduled or are you going all going to have to reschedule my appointment to get my hearing aid

Dr greeted me by shaking my hand. Instinctively I shook his hand. Fifteen minutes earlier I had refused to shake someone's hand but did the bump instead. This occurred on Monday~ March 9th. Taken aback this was done in light of the CV situation.
I sat in an exam chair that was so badly worn I could see the stuffing. One chair arm was held in place with baling wire (no~ really). The other arm was so loose that it will probably soon need baling wire. If Reid is cutting corners on something as simple as an exam chair~ what else are you cutting corners on? Your good staff should not have to work with substandard equipment.

Because I was a new patient and not in the computer system~ the medical assistant took over 1 hour to enter my information into the computer while I sat in the exam room. This should have been done before I arrived or after I left. Having worked in the rehab area prior to retirement~ I would have never left a patient alone in a room while I did the paperwork required. This is not good patient care. The doctor and his resident~ the medical assistant and her trainer~ and my husband and I were all in the small exam room and the doctor appeared irritated because it was somewhat chaotic in there. He did an excellent job cleaning the wax out of my ears.
Your team was very friendly and courteous. The doctor was thorough in removing hard to get to earwax. He was very friendly and courteous and answered all my questions. And I he made a referral for an appointment in the future which I have scheduled. Very satisfied!
The system for calling for appointments in the ENT building is very confusing. Calling the correct part of the building and arriving at the correct part of the building is confusing.
Everyone has been great so far on my 2 times I've there. Only thing I would look at is on my first time not being able to walk very good and having to walk all the way to testing and seen no wheelchair in area. Just something to look at.
Dr. Bauer is a friendly and apparently competent ENT physician. I approved of his choice to delay surgical treatment in order to give medical treatment time to accomplish the same goal.
My mind was relieved no tubes for my grandson. Thank you
