Dr Bauer took care of a problem i had in my nose area and i am so glad he fixed this problem...so glad i went to him...he continued with follow ups and now i am breathing so much better...wish i saw him years ago for this problem.
He had a wonderful bedside manner. Very professional
Having my hearing and nose check by Stacy and Dr. Bauer was one of the most kind and excellent treatment I believe I have recieved in my entire life. They were so caring and kind. Dr. Bauer is an amazing Dr. He is so very kind and assuring. I trust him and would recommend him to anyone needing an ears nose and throat specialist.

They fixed me up and got my hearing aids sent in for repair,.. and gave me a set to use until they get back. So now I can hear again ??????!
I've never had this kind of procedure done and I thought that it was getting infected. So I was very concerned. I had an anchor put in for baha. My regular Dr Bauer does understand my concerns. I want this to take properly. I've never had this done before. I went totally deaf in my left ear so I have great difficulty as it is. Maybe where this doctor comes from it's different. But to me this is all new and I did not like how I was treated by her. She needs to have better bedside manners. To understand where the patient is coming from.
The people was very nice
They were very considerate, nice and listened. The day after being there i started feeling better.Its 5 days later and still doing better but there is still more they need to do. Ill be seeing him again in a month. I am thankful for the treatment thus far !!!

Didn't care for the way the doctor treated his staff. The packing that was put into my nose fell out.

Seems like a money making machine - one appointment after another but issues not resolved.
This dr spent about 3 minutes with my child and instantly went to surgery. No exam was done. We went in for a foreign body in her nose. He said he did not see it but was still immediately apt for surgery. I will be getting a second opinion and follow up care elsewhere.
It seamed like he was strung out on drugs or something. Myn care taker thought so also.
Waiting was over an hour. Proceedure was less than 5 minutes.
Friendly, relaxed. Felt safe.
While I didn't get what I wanted to hear, I did get information that will help me. I am confident I am on the right track.
I am always pleased with Dr Bauer he is very understanding and always goes above and beyond to help me. He is a great physician.
I was impressed during my visit to the allergy center today by what a great job everyone is doing in spite of the difficulties in attempting to deal with the pandemic conditions
The doctor explained very well what he was going to be doing. The nurse was nice and made me feel welcome and told me if I had any questions don't hesitate to call

Dr.acted like he was in a hurry, spent less than 5 min. with me, told him about frequent nose bleeds, he said my nose looked fine and that he'd see me in 6 months, very disappointing , did nothing but look up my nose and send me on my way
My only problem was that I arrived 10 minutes early, then sat in the waiting room after I was allowed in the building for over 30 minutes. My experience with Ortho Indy was if you had a 10:00 appointment, you were seen at 10:00 or even earlier. That was not an isolated happening, it was my experience over 10 visits to Ortho Indy. Other than the waiting the visit was fine.
Our appointment was rescheduled and we weren't notified. Cost us a transportation fee for nothing
The exterior entrances signage is confusing. I knew where to enter but if I just relied on the signage I would have been entering the wrong side. This seems to be a theme with all the Reid buildings though.
Dr. Bauer was very considerate~ kind and understanding in his manner of interacting with my son. I appreciated his concern. It is quite obvious how knowledgeable he is in his field.
No personnel or facility concerns. The care provided~ staff and physician were all really great. The only issue I have is when reading over the printout of my visit the Reason For Visit included a symptom that I did not have~ have never had and don't understand why it was included. The electronic medical records are INACCURATE and extremely hard to correct AND STAY corrected. I work in the medical field and this is a VERY common issue. It concerns me as a patient and as a health care worker that patient's chart misinformation is rampant and only getting worse. Voice recognition dictation systems create MANY errors and proofreading and corrections are also almost non-existent. As a former transcriptionist I had a sense of pride in knowing a document with my initials on it was done to the best of my ability. Also~ if any errors were made they would be quickly corrected and an amended document would be included in the patient's chart with an explanation of the correction.
Was seen same day when we called. Knowledgeable about his issue and ordered appropriate treatment. The medical assistance as amazing.
I was very disappointed that they didn't have my CT sinus scan when the provider sent it to them twice. If it was a technology issue Reid ENT should have had the scan overnighted to them prior to my appointment. Since my doctor didn't actually see the scan before the appointment~ I don't have full confidence in his diagnosis. To his credit he was not happy about it either and told me that he would inform me of his full diagnosis after he has seen the scan. So now~ I wait.
They were very nice. They explain things to me. I haven't gotten someone to be able to help me like that since NY in school when I went to a mainstream classes. I went to a program for the hard of hearing/ deaf. Speech classes from 3 grade to 11. Wore what they called phonic ear/ interpreter/ note taker. I know my skills are low due to my hearing loss since age 6 I think. My hearing has impacted my live in so many ways. So I'm so grateful that they will try the baha to help me.
