Dr Kretchman and her staff are always so polite and seem like they are happy to see you. Kretchman connects with her patients in the best way.

Dr. Kretchman and her team have been exceptional to work with and have greatly improved my quality of life during the time I've been a patient!

All the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The assistants are especially nice and so is Dr Kretchman, Carlie and Tracy. Tracy met with me personally on 2 occasions to assist me with my omnipod. She was so patient with me. The only thing I would suggest is that the ladies at the front desk be more welcoming. They do not seem to be happy at their job.

When I called for an appointment the first date that was available was more than seven months later! I asked to be put on their waitlist but was never contacted. I had to wait for the date of the original appointment to see the doctor.

Reid's Endocrinology Office is absolutely amazing! I would recommend Dr. Kretchman and her team to anyone in need of endocrinology related assistance.

Dr krectchman recommended medication but insurance won't cover to help with weight loss and other problems so I just quit eating I figured if I can't get medication I just quit eating this should take care of weight loss problem other than that very satisfied with Reid

I just want to mention how wonderful Dena (LPN - I think) was!! She was calming and fun. She checked in on me to make sure I was doing ok. I was nervous the first time I did this procedure - Dr. Kretchman calmed me that time. It could be that I knew what was going to happen this time plus I put on my 'big girl pants'. LOL But Dena helped with my anxiousness! Dr. Kretchman was calming also. I would recommend this office, this team 100%!!

The doctor was polite and respectful, but she does speak quite rapidly so I had to repeat her directions to make sure I understood fully my new health plan. I would recommend her services to anyone. She knows what she is doing and that gave me confidence in her.

Had a virtual appointment scheduled at noon. Finally doctor got on at 12:30 after no notification that she was being delayed. And I was late back to work because of her tardiness.

Dr. Kretchman listened attentively as I went through a long list of issues that I have going on. She ordered a ton of bloodwork to further investigate possible underlying conditions that could be impacting my current health. I am so thankful for her. And the staff were all amazing!

Front office staff should pay attention to people coming in for appointments. I arrived early and no one was at the check in desk. Other front staff could see I was waiting and didn't move. After about 5 min I went and sat down. Another patient walked in a bit later and was attended to. I was finally able to be checked in after them. They need to be more pleasant as well.

Dr. Kretchman is absolutely amazing! So kind and compassionate! She took extra time with me and I felt so much better after the visit. Very thankful to have her on Reid's team!!

After seeing my Lab results today, I think I know why I feel so bad but don't know where to go next. Today my sugar was over 200. It's never been above 120, my Blood pressure was normal when I woke this morning but dropped to 101/60 with a heart rate of 94, the same time my sugar went up. I don't know if the increase in Levothyroxine to 100mcg is the problem or if something else is going on. Dr. Kretchman if you can advise me on what to do, I would appreciate it.
