This is the best doctor I ever had in America. I been here in America since 2012 and this doctor showed more care and concern than any doctor in the 14 years I been in USA. She is the BEST doctor.

Visit was running a little late..that went ok..after leaving and later in evening..i got on my chartand was reading notes..with 3 layers of clothes i was "obese". Never been told that before, but it wasnt said to me but written in my chart. With hypoactive thyroid and meds perscribed are not working with my system..and telling her Im always tired/ drained. Ill definately have to push harder to get this obese fat off..

This was just my first visit. It takes a couple of visits usually to establish a relationship that is more satisfactory than the initial meeting.

She was very attentive to what I said and my concerns.

Parting ways with this doctor. Unwilling to listen to other views or medical studies and thinks she knows everything, does not want her knowledge questioned. Was unknowledgeable about male testosterone. Initially made me get a MRI because she thought I had a pituitary tumor since my levels were so low, 90's. That was unfounded. Then started such low dose treatment that my levels mostly remained in the 90's. Now wants to stop treatment and refer me to a hematologist because my red blood cell count is high, but records show it has historically been high for years, nothing new. She is adamant that testosterone definitely causes polycythemia but there are medical studies showing it does NOT and data has been inconclusive. Dr. Kretchman remains very rigid, unwilling to see or hear other views. Not easy to work with.

Dr Kretchman was wonderful with our daughter and alleviating fear she had prior to the appt. She explained everything in detail and made sure she understood and answered all her questions. She left feeling much better than when she went in. Even her nurse Dena was absolutely fabulous explaining everything before discussing it. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of an endocrinologist. Excellence from beginning to end.

Dr. Erica Kretchman is an Endocrinology expert! Her wisdom and knowledge far surpass that of every other endocrinologist I've had before in other offices and cities. Her experience is invaluable because she doesn't just KNOW about diabetes, she LIVES it personally and can relate to other diabetics in a way that a non-diabetic doctor ever could. I'm thankful for her, and I thank you for having her at your hospital.

Doctor kretchman really knows what she's talking about. She is always super kind and really knows what I need.

I've known Dr Kretchman for a few years now and she has been extraordinary in my on going treatment/ journey. I would recommend her & her staff above any other.

She is too much of a dictator , expecting me to Follow orders without questioning or thinking for myself. She did not seem to listen or care about my reasons for doing things differently or that I have had osteoporosis since I was 50 and have had a half dozen falls and have NEVER broken a bone. She did not ask about my diet or exercise or why I felt it was important for me to take some iodine.

This office is a great asset to Reid and the diabetes event last night was tops!

I've been seeing Dr. Kretchman for more than 2 years if not longer and I've always been treated with respect and she and her staff listen to my concerns and answer my questions. I also like the option of going to the Winchester office too. The Winchester Community and surrounding areas needed a closer place to go to see specialists. It's nice to have doctors who know what they are talking about and are able to help as well as actually listen to what I have to say. All I can say is keep up the good work.

Great trust in my Dr.

The Dr. had a condescending disinterested tone, made big speech about wanting to unload drugs and devices on me, and, when I tried to voice concerns about the drug she wanted to prescribe, since Mom has issues with it and I might too, she steamrolled me. Made me feel like I had no say in my medical care and, quite reasonably, peed me off.

In my years of experience visiting this office I am more disappointed with each appointment. I do my best to research my own condition of type 1 diabetes to empower myself because the providers have fallen short in providing the necessary treatment and passion needed to be on board for me advocating for a disease I despise. I have had to push the providers to follow through with actions and initiate questions that they should be asking me in regards to my health. I believe this office is entirely overrun with too many patients and this could be one reason for the inefficiency and important things are missed in my case. All feedback is important and while a majority of my response is negative it is important I introduce some positive. There are several fantastic employees who have been very helpful during my interactions with this office including the phone nurse, Jason, Dina (Dr. Kretchman's nurse), and Annie Duke's nurse (I cannot recall her name).

I really enjoyed the appointment. I was at ease with the Doctor and her nurse. My anxiety level immediately decreased and I came out of that visit more knowledgeable about my diabetes and what my next steps were

I had a blood test for thyroid and the results were ten times above the normal range. I haven't heard back on any change in my medication, Synthroid if it was necessary.

I waited 9 months to get in for this appointment and 50 minutes to be seen. She had wrong information on my health issues from the beginning. I didIn't feel I was much of a priority from the beginning. I don't go back for three months and then I see the PA.

Dr.Kretchman is one of the finest doctors I've ever met. I respect her lmmensely. She thoroughly explains everything, listens attentively, & genuinely cares. I appreciate all she has done for me, & I completely trust her with my care.

First visit with this doctor and she was very knowledgeable, thorough and obviously has a "patient first" approach as we discussed different aspects of my wife's condition. She made sure we fully understand the information she shared with us and asked on more than one occasion if either of us had any questions. She provided me with what appears to be very well thought out suggestions on how to help improve my wife's situation. Overall an excellent first impression and confidence in this office to provide my wife with the quality care she needs and deserves!

Dr. Kretchman always gives phenomenal care to her patients! She does everything in her power to educate the patient, and offer tools to manage their diabetes.

Didn't see the NP

My Doctor is friendly and approachable. The staff talks to you tells what they're doing when they leave the room and that they will be back with answers to your questions. You know that the Dr will be the next person in the room and that happens. Staff returns when Dr leaves, ask if you have anymore questions, takes you to person that makes a return appointment & hands your after visit summary.

I was referred to this provider in the summer of 2022 so it was almost a year before I was able to get an appointment. However the appointment itself was very timely, informative & I felt like I was listened to and asked questions about so that they could really get an idea of what needed to be done next.
