Dr. Peers was extremely rude to my 4 year son. He did well and answered all of my questions but I was there because of my son. He had never acted that way before. Hopefully doc was having a bad day.

I was late in arriving and yet worked in in just a few minutes for the test that I required and the consultation with the doctor afterward always excellent I like the Reid health system in general everyone and everything is excellent and I'm very happy with it.

I was referred by family doctor to ENT due to something she thought needed further attention. By the time I was able to get to the appointment~ the problem had disappeared.

In the last week and a half I've had to call the on call nurse (Tara) with questions and concerns~ she is so friendly~ thorough and helpful in anyway she can be. All of your staff at Reid ENT is so nice and helpful but I always feel she goes above and beyond. Dr. Bauer was out so I did see Dr. Peers they are both great physicians. Keep up the good work!

All of the staff were helpful and understanding with my toddler. Not only did they all provide thorough care~ they helped keep him entertained in the brief times we had to wait.

Felt like he was not as personable as I am use to. Would have liked him to take a little more time. Felt he was in and out and just wasn't reassured about my throat

Yes when I went in for my visit it was a follow up for a scope I had done. When the doctor came in he refered to a swallow exam I had taken and din't even read his notes before he came in my room. he then preceided to tell me he was going to do a scope which I all ready had done. When I told him this he had to leave the room and go back and look at his notes which he should have done before he even came in and looked at me.

When appt was made and Reid ENT called me - no mention was made of being there 30 minutes early for paperwork until a couple of days before the appt. I had to specifically arrange my sched. to be there on time for the appt NOT 30 min early. I should have been told that when the appt was made. They also did NOT have the CT scan that was done a week prior to the appt and had to use the coy of the summary that I brought. Then the Dr proceeded to say that CT scans don't show everything. On the plus side - everyone was very nice.

I have been sick for 2 months. I was hoping for some answers and got none. I was told to wait another 3 weeks and I would be fine. The last specialist told me 4 to eight weeks. So what am I to think? Seems like kicking a diagnosis down the road is a real money maker. I doubt if I told the doctor after looking at his car to wait 3 months and it will be fine~ he would be very happy with me. Then tell him that will be $500.00. for that diagnosis. Then if its not better in 3 more months we will try something else and bill you again. I am sorry I feel like I got the shaft.

The staff from reception to provider were great. In my case~ I was a walk-in and needed treatment to correct a sudden hearing loss due to an ear infection. This sudden loss would have put me in jeopardy while I work. Dr. Peers was able to provide care quickly and efficiently~ thus allowing me to immediately return to work within an hour of walking in.

Dr Peers and his staff were wonderful. They were able to get us in quickly to be seen~ and schedule us quickly for my daughter's tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. They were very friendly. I have already recommended Dr Peers to a friend who had a horrible experience with Riley with her daughter who had the same issues as my daughter. She is going to be talking with their pediatrician soon.

the person I called on phone needs instrution to answer the phone when some one calls or at least return the call the same day in stead of not returning the call at all! he / she has a problem when doctor is not in office!!!

The appointment was 10 a.m. The doctor walked into the room at 11 a.m. We do not falt the doctor but the scheduling of the appointment needs to be more considerate of the patient.

Testing was ordered but was not explained to me what it was~ what it measured~ how it would be performed~ etc. Left googling what words they said.

Waiting room was very clean~ however it was very hot that day. I assume because of the windows and a sunny day. Otherwise the appointment went very well. Kind and friendly staff.

Dr.Peers does not have a warm personality. He was professional. But not a person I felt totally comfortable with. On a side note~ the patient care plan I received is lame. It said the following issues were addressed dysfunction of left Eustachian tube and deviated septum. He brought up the Valsalva maneuver. That was not on patient plan. What if I forgot? More info is needed.

I probably didn't really need to go to this doctor ....the staff was very helpful ...especially the nurse who spoke with me.
