I can't say enough good about Dr. Peers
I did not learn why my right nostril feels somewhat obstructed~ or how I could deal with that symptom..
I really liked Dr. Peers
i have had a couple issues with my daughters tubes. and a few question at our follow up. the doctor came in checked her tubes told me they were placed good and walked out. never answered a question. didn't even acknowledge me. i really feel as if when being referred to an ent with a young child you should be referred to a children's hospital. i was very annoyed that none of my questions were answered. i never even got a chance to say anything he was already out the door before i could open my mouth.
The reason for the long wait time was due to the pandemic issues and not due to the staff fault.

I was very pleased with my visit. Everyone was very helpful and made it easy.
My wife is blind~ they treated her with utmost care. we will be returning!!!
I was very impressed with Dr. Peers and felt his exam was thorough and his recommendations going forward were good. I appreciate his knowledge~ his apparent care and respect for his patients.
Past patient of Waters. Yearly we would check hearing and tweak my hearing aids. This visit was a waist of my time and money. I had the audiology test but need a different appointment to tweak my hearing aids if I feel like they need tweaking. Not sure why I even needed ent based off of this visit. Hearing can change and you become used to the subtle changes and Beth always could make things better even when I wasn't totally aware there was a change. I can only imagine the fees incurred with this visit and if I had them adjusted which would be an additional appointment visit. Things need to be better explained when scheduling appointment. Nothing against the staff or doctor it is more of the Reid process.
Im sorry for the delay in this But my internet is bad. I walked in as soon as they opened~ with a bleeding tongue and one of the ladys that work there gave up her appt for me. I hate that I dont have her name. It was so very kind. Everyone there was great I had to call and come back and they saw me right away. I tell everyone how great they are. Thank you

I didn't understand the audiology test and didn't know what to ask.
Dr and staff were all very courteous and are very friendly. I will continue wit them for all my current needs and any future.
The nurse Jackie. And Dr Peers were both favorable
The provider was brief only looked in my ears for outer problems but my regular doctor did that. Then my throat was so constricted hard to swallow so he looked down it just like doctor could. I found him very unhelpful and didn't do any real test he could have done in office to make sure what is going on so left in same way I came.
I was frustrated with the doctor. After patiently and politely explaining the situation I felt there was little concern on his part. I did not know if he had poor communication skills or just did not care.
I loved the staff. Everyone was great. My son was scared of the exam due to recent ulcers all over his tongue. Dr Peers was short with him. Instead of letting me try to calm him down and explain it was just a looksee~ he told me "You dont want to waste this visit." He had me hold his hands so he could jam the tongue depressor in his mouth. We spent more time with Jackie~ than we did him. I would hate to see if we did "waste" the visit. If it wasnt for the surgery~ he wouldnt see him again.

The medical assistant and the RN who was shadowing her were exceptional. They deserve GEMS?
The doctor seemed to respond like I was annoying and almost stupid when I asked questions. He only said about two sentences to me and just charged out of the room without a "thank you"~ or "have a great day" and not even a smile. It was obvious he was there because he had to be and not because he cares about the patient. If I have to return to this office I will be asking to be seen by another doctor.
Gentleman that brought me back and completed my vitals~ was very nice and personable. Nurse was very caring and nice.
All of my caregivers where awesome today ready to go and no time wasted they where great ????? my face hurts but my nose is straight under this lil cast ??
I have zero complaints with the service I received~ the total interaction was as it should be.
Your entire team is great. They are nice~ professional~ and friendly - a GREAT experience.

The audiologists was trying to sell other tests. I have a 4 year that has hearing improvements and has ADHD. One cannot expect a child to set still long. Try to sell me something to make more money for Reid is not necessary. I prefer to go to a pediatric audiologists.
I was beyond impressed with reception and the nursing staff. My experience with Dr Peers was okay. Not impressed~ but not terribly disappointing. He referred me to Dr Bauer. The staff was awesome about getting me a quick appointment since I am flying out of town in a few days. Dr Bauer's nurse was phenomenal during my visit~ however I was beyond disappointed with Dr Bauer. My concerns were completely dismissed. There was zero empathy. I will not be seen by Reid ENT~ and to be honest~ this may be the final straw that leads me to transfer my family to Henry County Hospital for medical care.
This was my first appointment and significant procedures are still in the future.Don't take some of my responses to this survey too seriously. I haven't had enough experience with Reid ENT yet to have intelligent opinions in relation to some of the questions.
The technologist was very courteous and knowledgeable. Took time to explain the results of the test
Dr. Peers will perform surgery on my tongue next week No oral surgeon would see me because I don't have dental insurance anymore. He was kind~ compassionate and easy to talk to. Home for the best after this - I'm so nervous~ but your staff has been kind and helpful.
The front desk staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful and seemed to care about my sons issues . However the medical assistant and the physician we were very displeased . They didn't seem caring at all. I would ask questions and simply be ignored. I felt like they just wanted to get us out of there quickly. My sons exact words were he felt hopeless and like they didn't care at all about his extreme pain. We will not see that doctor again
I don't feel the provider did any test basically did something that regular position could have done. I'm still having problems and now I'm stuck at the same point with no other option due to the fact that he could have done at least a little bit of testing looking through my nasal passages and sinuses but he decided not to. Even though I told him I was having problems swallowing to which I'm still having I'm very disappointed that I waited so long to try to get help and then he came in and told me he didn't know anything about what to do. He could have done test in the office and he chose not to only to do the minimum.
I am confident and feel I can trust the while team with care.
Everyone in the office was wonderful to my husband and I they answered our questions without hesitation
Dr. Peers was extremely rude to my 4 year son. He did well and answered all of my questions but I was there because of my son. He had never acted that way before. Hopefully doc was having a bad day.
Dr. Peers was very professional~ courteous and explained the procedure in detail. Very concerned with about pain. I liked that!!!
I was late in arriving and yet worked in in just a few minutes for the test that I required and the consultation with the doctor afterward always excellent I like the Reid health system in general everyone and everything is excellent and I'm very happy with it.
Wonderful staff~ easy in~easy out! I highly recommend them!
