Dr Peers was very knowledgeable about my condition, very friendly and willing to listen thoroughly.
will he gave me good advice on everything i went there for and sense my visit iv done done it and it worked he told me to put board or something under my mattress to raise my head help my throat to open up and it worked im able to go to sleep faster, and after years of my throat giving me problems and im taking my med's for it morning and evening b4 bed all helps, thank u dr peers, and for your friendliness, and caring i will pass your name on,

Dr. Peers was great. I wish I could call his office when I start having war trouble. I always have to go through my regular dr. By the time I get to Peers my ear is in a mess. I have ear trouble a couple times a year. He always gets it to heal.
I didn't feel as if he cared about my issues he was rude and blew me off would not see him again
I appreciate being able to be seen and cared for especially during the pandemic.
ENT doctor was very brief and cursory in approach. Spent more time lecturing about solutions that don't work than listening or addressing concerns.
I liked very much the check in process, I felt comfortable that everything had been sanitized. Dr. Peers and his assistant were very kind and attentive. Thank you for a great experience.
Was a great experience. He was so nice and my daughter loved him. She has some anxiety with drs because of her health issues. He made her feel very comfortable.
Weather was really cold but I did not have to wait in my car but a short time for my appointment.

My provider and associated staff were great. The Reid billing has a lot to be desired. The provider the billing is for is not even shown on the bill. Often my bill may have charges from multiple providers. To exacerbate the issue~ payments I do make are not always applied to the provider where I am making the payment. These two facts combined makes it absolutely impossible to know what is really owed and to whom. A very poor system indeed.

PHYSICIAN HAD WRONG REASON i WAS THERE INITIALLY i TOLD HIM AND EXAM WAS PERFECT FOR DIAGNOSIS
Basically was told to do that which I was already doing with little effect. Then to schedule in a month if not better? Felt as if I was waisting my time.
Still left the office with no more answers than when I came.
Everyone was courteous and helpful and knowledgeable in the service they were providing.
Dr Peers was fantastic in explaining everything. The male student audiologist was very professional~ knowledgeable~ and did explain everything so i understood. The nurse (wish i could remember her name) was amazing!
Since my husband came in with a problem~ I was surprised he was not scheduled for a follow up appointment.
I did not like the doctor at all~ he spent a total of two minutes in the room and said there was nothing wrong with my ears. Granted~ I am not asking for medications or anything~ but I have had reoccurring ear infections for three years and he said the only thing he could do for them was use white vinegar. He also stated that if I had another infection to come back and he would maybe try to figure something out for it. I felt like he did not take me seriously because I did not have an infection the day I came in~ but I did a month ago when I called and made the appointment.
Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to talk to my son. They were amazing and helpful the entire visit. It really puts a parent at ease when the entire office shows that your child is important and they want to help however they can.
