Dr Crowell is always pleasant and explains things as she goes. She's very popular and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

My Doctor is great at what she does thanks ?

I was wondering if they could bring back getting the steroid shot for arthritis back to being a walk in. I' done a walk in for this previously but I couldn't do a walk in this time. Had to make an appointment. Was wondering when that changed?

Only issue was the wait time. Want you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment only to wait 50 minutes to be seen. That is the frustrating part. Everything else is fantastic.

Dr. Crowell has been one of the best podiatrists I've ever seen. I felt heard. She took the time to actually figure out what was really going on with my feet. Time that 4 years with so many doctors, doing so many things to my feet; passing me around to other doctors. My very first visit and she nailed it! Her staff is fabulous as well. Professional cheerful and welcoming

Dr. Crowell is so sweet. She has great energy and a wonderful bedside manner. She was sensitive to my issue explained in great detail my diagnosis and why I was feeling the pain. She showed me my x-ray and explained it to me. She offered a couple of treatment plans, gave her personal recommendation and then let me decide. I decided to do the injection. She was very detailed in her explanation of what would happen, how it would feel and what the following few days would look like. She demonstrated the stretches she wanted me to do (which was awesome as I had been doing them incorrectly). She recommended Reid Podiatry inserts for my shoes. I have been wearing them for 2 weeks now, doing the stretches and wearing the shoes she recommended when I am at home, Oofos. They were delivered 7/29/25 and they are amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Crowell to friends and family. Thank you, Dr. Crowell!

I left Dr. Crowell's feeling like a king! Her, and Shannon, MA, are very courteous, they smile, they anticipate any of my questions and concerns, and always make sure I have a good understanding of what the plan of care is.

The person checking me in didn't check me in completely. I waited for almost 45 minutes. I went up to ask. The lady checked. She said I hadn't been checked in and apparently Dr. McKeller had already left because he didn't think he had anymore patients. Dr. Crowell saw me. She was great!!!

I say this each time I'm seen by Dr Crowell...she is an amazing person and such a caring doctor! Her assistant, Shannon is the best! Both Dr Crowell and Shannon have such kind personalities! I actually enjoy coming to the office to see them! The staff is the same...great all the way around!
