After reading my after visit and the doctor notes. Some things in his notes were incorrect The instructions he wrote in his notes weren't told to me. Reference to exercises for my planter fasciitis . He stated that I handle the treatment well, but I didn't handle it well at all. The nurse had to help hold my leg down because after a few needle went in a few different place It made me jump several a times. The pain was unbearable in a few spots he move the needle into the heel. The pain could have came from the bone fragments or something else. I have had treatments of injection into my knees and it very uncomfortable for a brief moment, then it's over. My foot was hurting and throbbing all night long.

I had to wait an additional 2 hours because I was told my appointment was at 1 pm but got there and was told it was at 2:45 pm. I wasn't notified of the time change and it's a bit upsetting. That's the only real issue I have. Very nice staff and Dr. Baker is a pleasant young man. Looking forward to working with him in the future.

We don't have all the answers to my problem, but the Doctor is helping to find the answers. This would be why I answered, why mostly. I was very satisfied with my appointment, the staff and especially with the Doctor and Shelley (hopefully, the correct spelling). I'm new to your facility and am satisfied with it, so far. The only thing I wish I had known, is about all of the detours. I do realize that maybe living in this area it might be common knowledge the bridge has been out, but not for me, as I don't have a need to be in that area and don't read the paper or have social media. With all the delays, it made me 13 minutes late to the appointment and I'm grateful that I was still accepted!! Thank you! ?

I have had a few Drs in my life and Dr Baker is one of the best. He always listens to my concerns and addresses them appropriately. When I leave I feel confident in his knowledge and I know I can reach out at any time and he will respond.

Dr. Baker is kind, informative, and had a great sense of humor. His MA Shannon is always was kind, knowledgeable, and again, had a great sense of humor. We enjoyed talking with them.

Care takers were very good and helpful during my procedure

1. The notice for this appt didn't say at which Reid location it would be. When I looked up the meaning of DPM, I also looked up the care provider and found he worked at Reid Orthopedic. 2. You need more choices for answers! Did he seem to know my medical history? I answered "No," but my real answer is "I don't know." The appt was a follow-up on a foot injury, and my medical history didn't come up. 3. Did he talk about how to prevent illness or injury? I said No, but the answer could have been N/A. The original 6-day steroid treatment took care of the initial problem. 4. I was totally impressed with the foot doctor, and the appt was informative and helpful, but the chances of recommending him to my family and friends are near zero. I said 2 (out of 10), not because of the doctor (I would rate his care as 10) , but because such topics don't come up. "Hey, do you know a great podiatrist in town?" is not likely to be asked of me, ever.
