Always have a good experience in this facility

I changed Podiatrist because the one I had did not listen to me. I had told him where the pain in my foot was located and asked for an injection at the pain site. He proceeded to tell me he thought the pain was coming from another area and proceeded to inject my foot in the area he CHOSE! Needless to say in was ineffective and I never returned to him. He was a total jerk. Thankfully Dr Baker did listen to my complaints of long standing plantar fasitis in both feet and proceeded to give me the injections in the proper area. I can already tell a difference in my pain level. I have made a future appointment with Dr Baker as I have faith in him and he LISTENS to the patient not his ego! I have now found a new podiatrist and will refer others to him. Thank you Dr Baker.

He's not a very hands on type of doctor, when he left the room left my paper work and walked out never told me if a nurse would be in or anything so I went out looking for a nurse she had to find out if he was done. He needs to learn manners with his patients.

Dr Baker is the best podiatrist I have ever seen. He is knowledgeable and personable! I was very afraid I wouldn't get to keep his services when Reid stopped talking many insurers!

Dr. Baker was very attentive, compassionate, easy going, knowledgeable , answered all my questions. Tried to get Doppler ultrasound ordered at hospital as I have DVT in a leg. However; have not heard from Reid. DVT is a serious issue folks. I changed my Medicare advantage plan to accommodate Reid as a provider since they are so picky and limited to insurance companies. Now beginning to wonder if I made the right choice. I have Humana til January. I hope Reid is not putting this order off to be done after 1st of year so Anthem will pay them more for the procedure. patients=$.....?

Was not told how long to keep foot wrapped up.Or how long to keep ice on it or if I need to schedule another visit

I receive way too many survey requests so I rarely complete them. In this instance I was so happy that I decided to complete this. I was expecting that I'd have to go to Urgent Care to get someone to look at my issue. I got an appointment within a few hours and Dr Baker got me worked in. I really appreciated him and his staff getting me taken care of.

The entire staff that I encountered fron the time I walked in the door were helpful, considerate, and reacted to my needs.

Dr. Bakers asst. Became very loud and talked over me . She asked me if I was there for a diabetic check. When I tried to tell her that was not what I was there for. She same as said well are you saying they are wrong. When I tried to tell her I was there because I thought I had a in grown toenail and infection inmy leg. She got mad and started talking very loud and talking over me. She left the room. The Dr. Came in and assumed I was in the wrong. He did finally listen. He got a other asst. To come in and she was kind and considerate. I have less than 20 50 vision because of wet and dry macular degeneration. So can't cut my own toenails because I can't see them. Dr. Fid not even check my toenail. He left the room. Came back and said see me in a year. It is your heart. He just pushed me out thinking I was in the wrong not the first asst. I feel slighted. Excuse my spelling it is hard to see while using my phone. The first asst. Was having a bad day or something. I won't go back

Need better scheduling

I was having a bad leg day and the ladies were so nice they helped me in they also helped me out this place is the greatest and very caring and thank you so much

The providers were very kind and careful not to hurt you when they're working I appreciate that especially when they had a solution in the connections already in my arm the solution going in with hurting me and I said something she came around and worked on it right away so very kind sweet care for the patience while being I thank you and I would recommend the nurses that worked on me to work on anybody else thanks again

I trust Dr Baker 100% with my care, he knows my history. He knew what was wrong as soon as he seen me.

All staff worked well with my grown grandson on the autism spectrum to get his ingrown toenail taken care of kindly and efficiently.

I felt he was rude and didn't want to waste his time with me. He said all people will have nail fungus at sometime in their life. (Like it was no big deal). I assumed a podiatrist would be the one to see.
