The most caring and concerned person that I have dealt with in more than 5 years. Autumn Galindo definitely cares about her patients and takes the time to listen. I think that I have finally found a competent doctor. Ever doctor should be like Autumn.

Welcome feeling the minute I walked in. Felt great my appointment wasn't rushed.

I tried to call the office after my appointment, but no answer. I left a detailed message. I have to assume my Doctor got it OK. I was simply following up on a referral.

The girl who checked me in evidently didn't do something right or the system glitched. I sat in the waiting room for 1-1/2 hours before I got to see the doctor. They didn't know I was in the waiting room. The doctor and nurse were very apologetic and explained what happened. They did everything to make my visit go as smooth as possible after that. I will definitely continue with Dr. Galindo though. She is a very good doctor in my opinion and I trust her and her staff with my medical care.

She seemed to not be very knowledgeable about my medical situation. She didn't even know that I needed a prior authorization which messed up my medication at the pharmacy. She then wasn't able to and wouldn't correct it the way it should have been. Makes me feel nervous putting my life in Dr. Autumn's hands.
