This is the first time seeing Dr Galindo and I was extremely impressed. She took the time to go through my meds with me and a plan of action to add some and delete others. She seems to be concerned about my all over health. I appreciate that

In the almost two years of going to this location we have been very well taken care of. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. We have received great care here.

The staff was friendly. This was my first visit and all went well. Two lab tests were done and results given before I left. My husband was also a new patient and we were finished in 70 minutes and given an appointment to return in 6 mos. Thank you for being here for us!

Dr. Galindo's MA was very nice and was amazing with my daughter, who's 6. She's was so nervous about her visits and getting shots and he was so patient with her and accommodating. Dr. Galindo was also very patient and took her time with my daughter. We didn't feel rushed at all and she was very thorough with her.

I made a mistake when scheduling my appointment before going out of state and needed my prescriptions filled. The front desk admin was extremely helpful and was able to get me in before my trip. There was some drama in the waiting area... when I was called back for my visit, the staff was handling everything with professionalism and apologized to me. ( they had nothing to apologize for, it was not the staff's fault) I feel confident with my primary care provider and with Reid Health overall.

The girl who checked me in evidently didn't do something right or the system glitched. I sat in the waiting room for 1-1/2 hours before I got to see the doctor. They didn't know I was in the waiting room. The doctor and nurse were very apologetic and explained what happened. They did everything to make my visit go as smooth as possible after that. I will definitely continue with Dr. Galindo though. She is a very good doctor in my opinion and I trust her and her staff with my medical care.
