I did not feel my provider was thorough~ I felt he just wanted to get through the visit and didn't seem to value my concerns.
Signs when entering were for Urgent Care. Reid Medical Assoc. signage was not apparent. I did not know which counter I should approach. It ended up that the nursing staff called my name to come back to exam room and I did not deal with intake counter staff at all. Office staff not on duty at the end of my visit so I was not able to pay my co-pay before or after my office visit.
Dr. Antonini and Dr Ryman were both informative and very professional. I really liked both physicians for the reasons I visited both.
All staff were very respectful.
I am a relatively new patient~ so I do not have enough experience to give to this survey. I know that PCPs are really busy and are constrained by insurance reimbursement. I appreciate when physicians take some time to really get to know their patients. I was disappointed with my first visit with my new PCP; the recent telehealth call went fine. As a mental health counselor~ I sometimes wish there was more integration of the physical with mental~ spiritual~ vocational~ etc. Gathering a thorough history in all categories might help a physician avoid making statements about mental health medication that are unhelpful.
Dr. Antonini is one of the most caring doctors I have ever had. His staff are very caring~ and polite. I will be a patient for life.
After the NP left the room~ she told me to go to the check out and to schedule an appointment for three months return. I went directly to the window and everyone had left for the day! If there is a patient still in a room~ then the check in personnel should've stayed until I was finished~ even if it was 5 minutes after they closed. There was no one left in the area when I left. No one has called to follow up.
We love love love Dr. Antonini and his staff. He is the most caring and smartest doctor we've ever had. He doesn't stop untill he finds out whats wrong with his patients. The one on with him is a 10 out of 10. He explains everything so you can understand. I just can't explaing how good Dr. Antonini is. Best in the business!
I saw Dr. Antonini for a 6 month visit. He always appears to have my best health as the issue. He is knowledgeable~ answers questions in an understandable way~ is professional and sincere.
I think Dr. Antonini is a good doctor and gives good medical advice.
My only concern was that I wasn't given prescriptions for my medication. I'll call to rectify this situation.
you make me wait 14 weeks for the surgery ~ just to postpone it 3 different times in one day~ the day of my surgery....is that normal???
Very dismissive. Won't treat minor things like ear flushing. Wants to refer to a specialist for wax buildup. Wouldn't call in a script for a cold sore. I had to call web md who did it no problem. Walk in medical flushed my ear. Sad I had to do that when I have a family dr. I've also asked for a routine hormone check as I'm pre-menopausal and he refused that as well.
Being a new patient and having relocated to this area I came fully prepared with medical history and dates of tests. I provided my medications and at least FOUR times stated why I was on the Brand name med for my thyroid. Yet without discussion with me a generic was called in~ I also am extremely unhappy that I'm being referred to another doctor for my ant-anxiety medication that I've been taking for at least 30 years. I had to ask that bloodwork for cholesterol be included with bloodwork ordered. This definitely is not the same type of care I was received in Florida with my PCP
Appointment was 7:30~ arrived at 7:12 and doors were locked. A gentleman let me in out of cold. Nobody in check in area at all and was never checked in. Nurse got me at 7:40.
My Dr Antonini is awesome! Always caring and concerned. The MA I seen~ I felt like I got in her nerves. I'm just very active in my care.
All of the medical staff are beautiful~ intelligent and amazing people. <3 Please keep up the good work and I will keep coming back. All of my best and thanks. :-)
Dr. Antonini is GREAT
The Wellness nurse was awesome....friendly~ informative~ and good listener. The Dr. listened...however~ .....
The transition from Dr. J. Hester to Dr. Antonini left a lot to be desired.Specifically~ getting my perscriptions renewed. It was a struggle to get perscriptions renewed. Thought the transition process would be a lot smoother but it was not and Reid Medical Associates did not understand or care about what was needed. I was finally told that I would need a new appointment before some meds were renewed. Furthermore~ my annual wellness check was challenged by heath care technician. Health car technician~ was unable to answer my questions regarding wellness check. was able to give my prescription and number of refills but had doubts that this was communicated effectively. Dr. Antoninin requested a three month visit without explanation. Unable to effectively communicate with Dr Antoninin about my blood tests or other issues. I am unable to work with staff of Reid Medical Associates. I have made arrangements to seek health care from another provider.
The girl at the front desk was so so kind. The doctor was professional but doesn't spendenough time with me. .
Good visit; good Dr.
I think these surveys are a waste of time.
