I have not had a bad experience at All! Everyone is always kind and thorough!
Dr Bhandari is back to being amazing again~ not soo rushed~ has the time to take good care of me!
All these questions are the same and I believe they should be different based on the various areas.
the telvisit I do not care for I want to see my Dr. you don't get the same care as u do when you see her it's ok for something simple also do not care for my Dr staff at all
There was a technical problem with the audio of the telehealth visit. I could see Dr Bhandari but couldn't hear her. She ended up calling me on the phone~ which worked just fine.
Dr Bhandari & her staff are always very nice & take great care of me!!
Toward the end the provider voice was being robotic and going in and out. Maybe connectivity issues?
It took a very long time for the last med professional to come to the exam room~ although she apologized.
Everyone in the office is extremely nice. They did call me several days prior to reschedule from in-person visit to a virtual visit. This was a follow visit for HTN. Seemed like a waste of time and money because they could not even check my BP. Also~ since they moved up my visit my labs had not been completed so therefore could not discuss the results. The video would not connect so we ended up having to do a phone call instead. Also~ when asked if this type of visit would be covered by insurance nobody was able to answer that question. I said I"I hope I do not get stuck with the entire bill" and their response was "Yeah~ I hope you wouldn't". I feel like if you are changing from in person to virtual visit those types of questions should be able to be answered by the staff.
I was very reluctant to do a video call (my first one) but everyone was so nice about it and it went awesome. I appreciate the ability to do this with my doctor. Thanks!
Dr Bhandari is always compassionate and caring during visits and this Telehealth visit was no exception. She is the BEST!
The video option for the visit did not work. Phone is ok. Video is nicer.
Under present conditions we can not expect the treatment that we have had in the past.
I absolutely love Dr. Bhandari~ she is so caring and professional.
I had to go to ER due to my medical situation. Made 2 follow up calls to have the scopes completed with a promise that I would get a call back. Thankfully~ my family doctor was on top of my status and made a call to the ER to have them contact me and have me come in right due to my situation being critical. I feel like the hospital let me down based on my medical situation. Respectively~
Dr Bhandari is amazing~ all was great~ she takes a little more time with me again~ after it was brought to her attention~ esp how I felt!!! All the gals were awesome too!!
The doctor did a very good job of going through and understanding my medical history.
There was no order at the lab for my bloodwork. Therefore~ I had to wait quite a while for orders from my provider. The lab had to contact my provider.
I have such confidence in Dr Bhandari . She is so knowledgeable and thorough in reviewing my symptoms and lab results. I feel like she truly knows me as a person. I am lucky she is my physician.
Everyone has excellent focus on me as a patient - I feel seen and heard - a big deal/verybig deal
I had insulin order changed to prefilled syringes which was e scripted no syringe tips were ordered. Glad I had some insulin at home with syringes that I could administer. Requested prior authorization for diabetic test strips provided number that I was given from insurance and have not heard anything. Any issues are NOT the physician she is great.
It is sometimes difficult to get in to see Dr. Bhandari. I adore her~ but sometimes~ I have to go to Urgent/Ready Care in order to be seen. Considering changing PCPs because of difficulty getting in when needed. The lack of coverage on Fridays as well as no option to see an NP working with Dr. Bhandari are considerations for possible changing PCPs.
let the medical professional who is doing the surgery~ determine what care is needed before and after surgery.
Quit asking doctors to assume others' duties. I had to wait 5 weeks to get in to see my provider because she was covering for someone else.
I appreciate that is is very easy to have a conversation with Dr. Bhandari. I tend to jump to worst possible scenarios. She puts my mind at ease. I appreciate how her and entire staff use the patient portal and get back with you over non emergency issues.
I realize there are sometimes things that happen~ but it seems I'm always waiting at least an hour past the appt time I have to be seen. This is annoying.
The wait time at this office is always ridiculous. If you can't stick to the appointment times~ then take less appointments overall so you can stay on time. I have to miss work to be there and the longer I wait passed my appointment time is more money I'm missing on my paycheck because they are never on time for appointments. I feel it's disrespectful of your patients time to always be so far behind. For a 9:30 appointment~ you wouldn't think they'd be so far behind - but they always are. Waiting room area was FREEZING COLD.
Need to hear pros and cons of treatment options rather than authoritarianism.
Dr. Bhandari is caring~ knowledgeable~ and will take the time to explain things and answer any questions you have. She's the best!
Dr. Bhandari and her staff are amazing. They are always helpful and kind. I have recommended Dr. B to many people.
not enough handicap parking spaces and parking lot seemed full for the amount of patients in the building.
Dr Bhandari is the greatest!!!
Since the 3rd Doctor left & (hasn't been replaced) the care has went from super greatest ever to leave feeling not finished completed at all!!! Just here this week I'm having a medical issue~ the staff is overworked & Dr Bhandari too~ I guess because I called Thurs am on 9/19/19~ left a very important message for Dr B~ & no answer!!! The girls used to get back with me in 2 - 3 hrs!! It's now 12:40 Fri 9/20/19~ still no answer from girls or Dr B~ I messaged Dr B this AM too & still nothing!!!! I have been her patient since 8/11/15~ & my care has always been a 15 on a 1-10 scale 10 being perfect care~ I am about to leave & find a new PCP !!!
My doctor was ok. I was surprised I had interactions with 5 people before I left. A lot can get lost in translation. With all doctors at Reid I feel like we are filtered through the process. Instead of the doctor talking with me about my issues~ someone took all my info~ dr read it so very little actual contact with doctor. I would like doctor to hear me instead of nurse or CNA.
Dr. Bhandari and her staff are great~ very helpful and explain everything well. Very happy with this staff and office
I think most of us~ as patients~ would like more than the 3 to 5 minutes that are "allowed" now. I like my doctor~ but I timed my visit with her last time. I saw her for 3 min. and 42 secs.!
I loved Dr. Bhandari but I had to wait over an hour in the exam room. I know it happens~ but I'm really busy and so it's hard for me to wait.
Brittany C is great!!
Dr. Bhandari is focused on me as a patient during each appt. She listens and offers clear~ effective~ nurturing advice and has been solely responsible for getting me to do things I never have done to benefit my health. She just prods gently until I acquiesce..
Dr Bhandari & her whole staff are the best ever!!!
