Amanda MA and Dr. Bhandari are always great when I have my appointments. I appreciate the way I am treated by them when I am there.
Had lab tests done. They will cost over $1700 out of pocket (not covered under my insurance). My husband called and asked how much labs are with no insurance and was quoted $350. So having insurance is counterproductive at Reid if it is a noncovered service. I am disappointed options other than the Reid lab were not discussed. If it were a private practitioner other than a Reid physician~ I believe I would have been given options. I feel like this is a conflict of interest.
My provider seemed to think this was a routine visit and not my annul physical and so seemed unusually rushed~ She read me my test results but did not ask about my overall wellbeing or give advice on how to cope with my medical conditions or ask if I needed refills on my current meds things I expect at an annul. She is very knowledgeable but seemed disinterested. To help this perception she could point her computer where is she is looking at patient and not screen~ her staff should put a stand in room so she doesn't put it on the sink which makes her face towards the wall
I have visited my new provider on two occasions and I am very happy to have joined her (Dr. Bandhari) patient list. She interacts with me in a clear~ concise manner. She also listens to and responds to any questions and concerns I have.
Check out Staff~ as to ask me my name~ could have a better hand-off from the Clinical Staff
I could not make an appointment as a new patient unless I returned the completed paperwork first~ which I did. But the staff did nothing with it...I had to wait while the nurse entered my medications. No previous records had been requested even though that was one of the forms~ so I have to wait for that as well. I understand the first visit is faster if the paperwork is done in advance~ but at least have a record for me and enter my medication list so that you can review it with me at the first visit.
I've been with Dr Bhandari~ since 8/2015~ she is such a great Dr! She called me personally when my husband passed away~ she was his Dr too! She is very smart & knows what she's doing & does it~ I tell family & friends all the time how wonderful she is!
This was my first visit with Dr. Bhandari and I just love her! I hope she stays in Richmond for a very long time. She's great!!!
Dr. Bandari is the best physician I've ever had. She very kind and always answers my questions. I have recommended her to everyone. Please don't let her leave!!!!
I called for medicine and was told doctor would be out for 10 days. In the meantime.....?
Mandatory Flu vaccines is a terrible idea.
Dr. Bhandari always takes the time to explain things thoroughly and answer all my questions. I get extremely anxious at medical appointments and she is always very kind and reassuring.
Dr. Bhandari is very kind and more than willing to explain things for treatment no matter how big or small the adjustments may be. She answers all of my questions before she leaves the room and I am never left without knowing the complete plan of care we have decided on. The MA’s are also very kind and helpful as well.
Dr. Bhandari was AMAZING and super helpful. The staff there was pleasant and friendly!
Docter Bhandri was wonderful. I recently called the switch docters. I was seeing Dr Antonini. I was not happy with him. Dr. Bhandri really took the time to get to know me as a patient. Listened to me. Set me up with the things I needed. It was much appreciated. Dr. Antonini did not seem to care about me.I felt pushed to the side by him.
Delays due to new software were outrageous. I didnt leave my 10:30 appt until 1 pm and I had no health issues~ just routine visit. In waiting room over 1 1/2 hours. When you are that far behind patients waiting should be told and not left clueless. Amazing nurse and doctor kept their composure.
I met one of my health goals for this visit~ and improved but did not meet another. Dr. Bhandari was encouraging about the former. Rather than ask about/encourage further use of tools that allowed me to meet my goal~ I was warned about possible consequences of not meeting the second goal (which I agree with) but felt pressured about getting medication at a future visit if adequate progress has not been made rather than presentation/encouragement of lifestyle interventions.
Dr. Bhandari is always so pleasant. She is very knowledgeable~ takes the time to explain things~ and doesn't mind you asking questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
I think Dr Bhandari is one of the best and love her helpers
I LOVE DR. BHANDARI~ SHE IS THE BEST AND I HAVE COME A LONG WAY FROM WHERE I WAS WHEN I FIRST CAME TO HER. SHE ALWAYS HAS MY BEST INTEREST AT HEART AND SHE HAS GIVEN TOUGH LOVE WITH AN ASSIST FROM MY MOTHER WHEN NEEDED BECAUSE I AM VERY HARD HEADED. SHE IS VERY CARING AND I APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT SHE DOESN'T JUDGE ME DUE TO MY WEIGHT AND WALKING ABILITY OR LACK OF.
I really like Dr.Bhandari~she is so pleasant
Dr. Bhandari is wonderful! When we moved here 3 years ago I was concerned about finding a doctor but she continues to exceed my expectations. She is a true gem in the world of health care and has provided my wife and I excellent health care. Reid is very fortunate to have her on their team!
I have a great team her both in knowledge and kindness. Totally happy!????Thank you!!!
