I was extremely satisfied with the I received from Dr. Bhandari. She was exceptionally caring, took the time to listen attentively without making me feel rushed. She was extremely thorough in her explanations, ensuring I fully understood and allowed for shared decision making in my care. Her compassionate approach, coupled with her medical expertise, made me feel valued and confident in my healthcare decisions. I highly recommend Dr. Bhandari!

I "enjoy" my visits because I prefer not sugar coating things. She is sympathetic but also straight to the point. She listens to my questions, answers them with expertise, and truly cares about my well being and getting to the bottom of things going on.

Dr. Bhandari is AMAZING as always!! My only complaint is when I went to checkout I was told to go to the front window. When I went to front window the office staff at window seemed annoyed. Front office staff stated the check out person was behind her.

Dr. Bhandari is wonderful! She always listens to me, takes the time to understand any issues, and offer solutions. She even caught a new issue in my chart before I told her about it.

Appts. Should be spaced out better in-between each other. I got there 10 minutes early to my time didn't get back to room till 10 minutes past my appointment then didn't see Dr. till an hr later.

I had a fairly early appointment so was surprised when the office was that far behind already at 8:20 wasn't seen by physician until at least 9:00.

Dr Bhandari is incredible, she deeply cares about me as a person. She is willing to share the hard stuff and it is so helpful because I always know she has my best interest in mind. I am so thankful for her and her care!

Being able to ask a few questions would be nice

The staff worked hard to fit me in. Dr Bhandari is such a blessing to her patients. I can't say enough about her.

My only complaint is that I had to sit in the exam room for 1 hour before the doctor came in. This has happened on my last 2 appointments. Love my doctor, but I believe too many patients are scheduled too close together & 15 or 20 minutes is not enough time some times.

Dr Bhandari is the only physician i have ever had that truly listens to you and respects your opinion and is able to explain why you need certain things to improve your health and why it's important. She also makes you feel like she really cares about you. When I get done seeing her I go out of the office feeling good about myself even if there's a problem with my health because of her explaining things and treating me like a person.

It's ridiculous to limit my annual conversation with my doctor to previous concerns and not address new or emerging issues without added fees. I understand it's not my doctor's choice but billing and insurance. Ridiculous and counter productive to maintaining one's health.

Checked in and waited for an hour. There was some sort of goof up. Eventually I was seen. Provider and care team were awesome. Always are. I understand mistakes happen so it wasn't a big deal to me, but I could tell that the provider expected better out of her staff.

Dr. Bhandari is one of the BEST providers that Reid Health has!

Dr. Bhandari is very patient and kind. She listens and takes time to analyze the situation which helps to define problems. I appreciate her caring ways. Though I have a tiny bit of medical related training, it all goes out the door when I visit a Dr. (White coat syndrome), so I very much appreciate her explanations and summaries, not to mention the printed sheets following the appointment!

Had a virtual visit. In my chart it didn't tell me to have labs done and to have vitals taken myself and entered. The physician was running an hour late. I was working so had to keep phone on to not miss the call and work around other meetings. Won't use virtual visit again. Dr didn't understand why I didn't have my lab work done. I explained I didn't remember from 6 months ago and it should be on my chart or there should be a reminder.

Dr. Bhandari makes me feel that she cares about me and my health. She is fantastic.

Every experience at Reid has been a good one. Nurses are amazing. Doctors take the time to listen and answer questions. Techs seem to know exactly what they are doing. Lab people are great especially considering how busy they get. They have a great system getting people through. Unfortunately I am visiting at least twice weekly with oncology care and lab work. So I can speak with confidence about this hospital. Everybody is so good. Even Reid folks you see in the hallway. They smile. They say hello. They ask if you need help.
