Provider tends to not listen. I have superficial thrombus. My recent labs showed high platelets. During that time I had a thrombus appear that was very painful. I showed her the picture I took on my phone. The provider said that was not a thrombus. "You hit your shin on something." She kept insisting I hit my shin in which I did not. My AVS states she discussed the importance of dietary changes and the potential need for statin therapy. She did not educate me on statin medication and for dietary education she stated "you got your cholesterol down once before, you can do it again."

My doctor is the best

Dr. Bhandari always finds a good answer to all my medical issues, whether it involves prescriptions or referrals to Reid specialists. i always leave the office confident in her advice and outlook. She is also quite personable and has a ready sense of humor, which is always good medicine. The practice's support staff are also first rate.

She was so encouraging and helpful. I appreciate her level of focus and time. It is evident in her interactions she genuinely cares which I know is exhausting in her role.

Had an appt at 11:20 am and was rhere on time paid my co pay waited to be call back to exam room when i did pre exam by nurse and vitals taken and she ask if any changes after that i was wait to be seen but when an i had been there an hour and not seen by doctor i told them i had to leave and go back to work due to being on my lunch. I understand waiting but not an hour

I thought this training was spot on...for anyone that has not or have had surgery ,I think this program will be very instrumental in the preparation for surgery and recovery..I have been a frequent flyer sense 2016, I am a three time cancer survivor, and Reid hospital has had a large part in saving my life, I always have been treated with the up most care and professional wisdom..personally I think that Reid hospital is one of the best in the nation...happy holidays. xxx

One suggestion: Put an automatic door at the entrance. It was very hard to manage my mom's wheelchair while trying to hold the door. If it weren't for other patients helping, we would still be in that hallway.
