I have difficulty know what and when to pay you. Once~ my account was turned over to a collection agency for a $20 unpaid amount. And I just received a refund check from you for $63 I over paid.
Dr. Bhandari is focused on me as a patient during each appt. She listens and offers clear~ effective~ nurturing advice and has been solely responsible for getting me to do things I never have done to benefit my health. She just prods gently until I acquiesce..
Dr Bhandari & her whole staff are the best ever!!!
Reid Health is far more interested in their money than they are their patients~ I feel. I have insurance with a co-pay. Almost every Reid office requires that co-pay be paid up front~ even before seeing any of the providers. What's even worse is when the invoice(s) come they do not appear to give me credit for the co-pay amounts I have paid at the time of the visit. I have spoken to the Reid financial people about this matter multiple times. Each time a detailed billing is offered~ however~ I am yet to understand or see where amounts paid are reflected. At my most recent visit I refused to pay the co-pay for this reason. The invoices are extremely confusing and incomplete. The doctor's name or reason for the visit is not even shown on the invoice~ making it difficult or impossible to track and understand.
When is my perscription ready?
Friendly & helpful.
I did not make the appointment. Another Doctor's office made it. I did not see that as an option in the answers.
I have recommended Dr Bhandari to several of my friends. She is an outstanding physician-personal and friendly and whip-smart.
It does seem the medical assistant does not get things right the first time. Ultrasound was ordered of head and neck..should have been abdomen. In past prescriptions had to be reissued.
I am very happy with my service from Dr Bhandari andher team and i have already referred family members and friends and will continue to do so
Dr Bhandari and her staff have always been exceptional. I feel as though her MA's are courteous and polite in all forms~ Dr Bhandari herself is AMAZING~ I couldn't have asked for a better PCP.
Wait time was really long. My appointment was schedule for 9:15am and I sat in the waiting room until 9:50. Please stop overbooking my provider.
She just wasn't being a very compassionate provider she seemed distracted and adgitated
Dr. Bhandari is absolutely the best!!!
I really like my Dr. You can tell she is here for the people and not the money.
Personally I thought everything that was done at the periopertative clinic could have been handle in my doctor's office. To me this was just another way to get more money out of patients!!! The staff was nice and helpful.
Was very impressed with the knowledge she had and feel that I am in excellent hands with this doctor. She actually listened to my concerns and addressed them one by one.
My Doctor is so good and very nice. The staff are so nice as well. My only concern is the bill. It's too expensive compared to other hospital.
All is good
All of the staff was fantastic. Dr Bhandari always makes me feel better about my health when I leave her office. She educates me on the medications she is putting me on
The staff & Dr B are all super!!!! In all they do!!
She is awesome -- smart~ creative~ thorough~ kind~ a good sense of humor.
When ever i go see any Doctor..They all have treated me very well.
Your staff is very professional and that is hard to find! I appreciate smiling staff~ if they are happy!
Please at least have some magazines or background music in the waiting room
Great staff and doctor
When I checked in the receptionist was on the phone. There were 4 other staff members in the office~ one of which who was on her cell phone. The receptions asked a few times if someone could help me and Sue (I believe) who does check outs did come to the window. I wasn't asked for my ID~ insurance card and I didn't sign any forms. While I wasn't upset about NOT doing so~ I feel like that can be inconsistent. I wasn't asked for a co-pay at the end of my visit either~ which is fine~ I can pay that later...but I knew I should have paid one so I asked check out to double check. I did feel rushed through the check in/check out process since I was an add-on for the day.
Dr. Bhandari has a wonderful bedside manner and has always taken the necessary time with me to answer questions or concerns that I have.
I was very unhappy with my wait time. I waited for almost an hour to be called back and once back it took an additional 15 minutes to see the doctor. Once the doctor was present~ I felt as though her examination was not adequate and felt rushed. Then at the end~ I asked for them to switch where my prescription would be called in. The nurse assured me she would and it was not done. I was not able to get my mediation until 9 pm. Then a few days later I called back to have them switch my medication and I never heard back if that was done or not. Based on this visit~ I will be finding a new doctor.
Dr. Bandhari takes time to discuss my concerns. She is thorough and really smart. I'm happy to have her as my GP
Dr Bhandari and her staff work very well together and it feels like a pretty seamless machine. Dr bhandari herself is very thorough in her history and management and prudent in her diagnostic approach.
Dr. Bhandari is the best doctor I have ever had. I moved a lot and have had cancer~ so have seen a about 3 dozen that I can recall.I was however disappointed with the scheduling system late last year. I had to reschedule an appointment so used the Health Chart website to cancel and reschedule. When I showed up to appointment in late December I was informed that Dr. Bhandari was not in the office. When they checked the computer I was told that someone had called my number to let me know~ there was not answer.1) My number is a cell phone that has been contacted many times by Reid Health.2) They should have been able to leave a message.3) There was an alternate number on file which was not attempted.4) Shouldn't they have at least tried again another time?I suspect they dialed a wrong number. They were polite and I believe apologized.
I was very pleased with Dr Bhandari. She was thorough and took my issue with anesthesia very seriously. She did an appropriate follow up with me. I sent a message through MyChart and she responded quickly. She was very kind and explained the purpose of the clinic.
Dr. Bhandari is the BEST!
Dr. Bhandari and her staff are awesome. I recommend her to everyone I know looking for a primary physician. You can tell she truly cares about each of her patients and takes time to really review their medical history.
Dr Bhandari and staff were great. It did take me nearly 3 weeks to get in for an illness tho.
Dr Bhandari has been professional and compassionate about relaying information that is hard to hear. She has been prompt with follow-up to tests and exams. She was thorough in her explanation of next steps.
Dr. Bhandari is a great doctor~ she listens to my concerns and spends time explaining things to me. I appreciate her very much.
Amanda MA and Dr. Bhandari are always great when I have my appointments. I appreciate the way I am treated by them when I am there.
Had lab tests done. They will cost over $1700 out of pocket (not covered under my insurance). My husband called and asked how much labs are with no insurance and was quoted $350. So having insurance is counterproductive at Reid if it is a noncovered service. I am disappointed options other than the Reid lab were not discussed. If it were a private practitioner other than a Reid physician~ I believe I would have been given options. I feel like this is a conflict of interest.
My provider seemed to think this was a routine visit and not my annul physical and so seemed unusually rushed~ She read me my test results but did not ask about my overall wellbeing or give advice on how to cope with my medical conditions or ask if I needed refills on my current meds things I expect at an annul. She is very knowledgeable but seemed disinterested. To help this perception she could point her computer where is she is looking at patient and not screen~ her staff should put a stand in room so she doesn't put it on the sink which makes her face towards the wall
I have visited my new provider on two occasions and I am very happy to have joined her (Dr. Bandhari) patient list. She interacts with me in a clear~ concise manner. She also listens to and responds to any questions and concerns I have.
Check out Staff~ as to ask me my name~ could have a better hand-off from the Clinical Staff
I could not make an appointment as a new patient unless I returned the completed paperwork first~ which I did. But the staff did nothing with it...I had to wait while the nurse entered my medications. No previous records had been requested even though that was one of the forms~ so I have to wait for that as well. I understand the first visit is faster if the paperwork is done in advance~ but at least have a record for me and enter my medication list so that you can review it with me at the first visit.
I've been with Dr Bhandari~ since 8/2015~ she is such a great Dr! She called me personally when my husband passed away~ she was his Dr too! She is very smart & knows what she's doing & does it~ I tell family & friends all the time how wonderful she is!
This was my first visit with Dr. Bhandari and I just love her! I hope she stays in Richmond for a very long time. She's great!!!
Dr. Bandari is the best physician I've ever had. She very kind and always answers my questions. I have recommended her to everyone. Please don't let her leave!!!!
