I really dislike the fact that money drives every encounter, allowing for more patients in the day, with less time to interact with my doctor. I believe that he would have addressed any concerns I would have brought up, but it still felt very rushed.

They still did not remove the ear wax in my right ear which needed to be done.

Was worked in to be seen after car accident concerns. Dr. explained what was happening and why- relieved. Wrote RX for 10 days- helping. All staff courteous and was seen quickly. Thank you.

My issue with visit was I was told to go to hospital for stat CT but I was not told I was getting blood work much less that its had to be before ct.. I went to get ct. They called while on way home said looked good and that they were waiting on blood and urine results. I said no one told me I was to do. I went back to hospital to lab and they told me because I had the ct with contrast I now had to wait 48 hr. It was very frustrating

Well, I'm just happy with my visits when I come and he answers every question and asked me. Is there any problems I have and gives me advice on what test I need to take whether be a PSA or a colonoscopy

He listened to my complaint, developed a possible cause for the pain that I was experiencing and then delivered treatment which at this moment appears to have been helping. Great doctor and support staff. It was not fun and it was painful, but that was required for the appointment and appropriate. The doctor took his time to allow the numbing medicine to take effect, minimizing pain. He talked with me cordially and professionally throughout and it was a great experience otherwise. I never like going to the doctor, but it makes me feel better when I can trust my provider!
