My appointment with Dr Amit Bansal was at 1:00. I was told by the staff that he was on call and got called away to care for someone. I said I'd wait for 1/2 hour to see if he got back. At 1:30, I was told he was not yet available. Since my visit was not an emergency, I said I would just reschedule. Dr. Bansal has been wonderful to me. I hope he stays with Reid. I look forward to rescheduling my appointment with him.

He didn't talk about preventing illness or injury because it did not pertain to that particular appointment. The focus was the result of the PET scan and next steps. He was easy to talk with and took time to explain answers to my questions.
