It seemed like I was wasting her time. Originally I was seen,given an x ray, told I had a fracture in my big toe, today she came in saying she generally didn't see it? The bruising swelling had went down in 2 weeks, but I didn't make this 2nd appt. I just felt like they were looking at my ankle more that my toes, maybe it was because they were real busy??

I was originally scheduled incorrectly and not scheduled to see a provider. The staff went out of their way to squeeze me in with a provider to address my concern since I was already there instead of making me reschedule. Everyone was kind, and even came back in to apologize for my wait and check on me/let me know where the bathroom was in case I needed it. Excellent experience and excellent staff

Took an incredibly long time to get an appointment. I was being seen to have a corn treated on both of my feet. The doctor told me that she had a more aggressive treatment she could do in the office but that would require a one week appointment and she didn't have any appointments available in one week so she wanted me to use over-the-counter options to treat it at home and try that for four weeks. I could've been doing this the entire time I was waiting for the appointment had I known I wasn't going to get treated that day. That was a little frustrating.

Dr Jones is knowledgeable and thorough.

I paid a $60 co-pay, and all she did was identify the issue. She said she couldn't do a treatment today because she needs me to come back in 1 week but she is booked next week. So, I will have to again pay the $60 co-pay two more times. Total $180. HOWEVER, had she started the treatment today and did the follow-up next week, I would have saved $60. She said she only couldn't start the two-step treatment today because she was booked for next week. That $60 is a lot of money for me.

We are lucky to have this dr. She had worked with a problem with my health in the past.
