I asked Dr. Jones about another issue with my toes. She looked at them and asked if I was busy. I said no and she said she would take care of them right away. I was glad not to have to make another trip! She went above and beyond!

I was accepted in a timely manner and was treated with respect and care.

The office was dirty and not stalked very well with paper towels. Most of the paper towels was below half and that was in the morning. The waiting room needed vacuumed and the room that I was in looked like it wasn't mopped for over a week.

Reid in general completely sucks all they are interested in is $$$$$$$$$$ NO YOUR HEALTH .

The provider and staff very easy to communicate with and did things in a very timely manner

We had went to several different doctors to try and see what was wrong with my feet and was referred to this doctor and that doctor for a year. It was Dr. Jones who finally diagnosed the problem and after a year of searching for answers she has done surgery and I'm feeling so much better. She takes her time to listen and is very nice and personable. Reid should be proud to have her as a doctor on staff.

Did not get what my problem solved

I was not prepared for once I got home . Lucky I have health care training. I was able to have someone with me and we walked through what and how to change me , roll me and my other needs. I feel in no way could a person who has never had health care be able to safely ensure patient care and health was in good hands. I was asked before surgery do I have any questions and I said no , my fault as well, but until it actually happened I would not know what I should have asked . Other than that everyone was great . And are still .
