The doctor and her assistant engaged me to really learn what hearing issues that I have and the environment that I will have to work in to understand what needs to be done. Then they explained all of my options. Very kind and patient.
The door wouldn't open and i had to walk through a long hallway. the price nearly doubled since March. Typically they will clean both my hearing aides. I paid twice as much for half the service. I don't really know if i saw an audiologist or the tech but they were not happy with me being there and them having to walk the length of the building.

I was charged $65.00 for the visit and my son has 2 insurance and not one was billed. I called the billing department and still have not heard anything else if they are going to bill my sons insurance and refund my money.
Very professional and conscientious
When I made the initial call, asking for assistance, the person who answered the phone told me no one could help me with what I needed. Dr Ulrich then called me personally, apologized for the way I'd been treated and worked with me immediately to resolve my problem. I was devastated with the way I was treated initially.

Was told by Dr jetmore that i could try hearing aids in office today to see if i might like them before ordering them. That wasn't the case. I would have been unhappy paying to see the hearing aid Dr for this visit if I was unsure about getting hearing aids. No trying on to feel what they would be like. Or if they will actually work. Just talking about what they might do for me. Not what was described by original Dr.

There were two providers. The doctor was fine. The person who cleaned hearing aids was nice but one aid did not work after cleaning.
The receptionist, doctor, assistant are very professional, polite,knowledgeable and always an enjoyable visit.
This was a visit to give the audiologist my hearing aids to go to factory for warranty work before warranty runs out. I was there less than 5 minutes. The previous questions really have nothing to do with my visit. Everyone I me was very friendly.

It was felt at our 10:00 appt that our daughter's issue was resolved.... by 11:30 it was back. I called and got a 2;00 appt to come back. Shortly after that, the doctor called and invited us to come back whenever convenient. We were back by 12:30 and determined the problem was in the hearing aid. I appreciated her call back!
