Check in went a tad better this time. I was asked for a copay again and I explained (as I've had to do every visit since May) how I have met my max out of pocket for the year and no longer owe copays for the rest of the year. Check in lady told me that max out of pocket and co pays are two different things (in theory I suppose so. But every co pay adds up to count TOWARDS the max out of pocket. Then once that's met, everything is covered 100% for the remainder of the year INCLUDING the copay....otherwise there'd be no reason to have a max if you had to keep paying copays. Particularly since that's the insurance I have...copays only). I had to tell her how other Reid offices do in order to check to make sure that I didn't owe it and where to look on her computer. I also had printed proof from mychart, my insurance, as well as communications from my insurance telling me to not pay even if I'm asked for it...with me in case she'd need to scan it in. She began typing into her computer. After a few moments of that she stopped so I asked if that was all I needed to do and she said yes and told me where in the waiting room I'd be called back from. I'm thankful she didn't push further and insist like all the previous times. I had a very hard time getting some of my copays returned to me and keeping track where they were since on mychart we can't see if there's any credit/if we've over paid/or what money of ours that Reid had that hasn't yet been applied anywhere. I'm also thankful that this time I wasn't threatened with not being allowed to keep the scheduled appt if I didn't pay a copay ;that I didn't even owe) because in the past, that's very embarrassing in front of a room packed of patients. I'm glad she found a way around that screen this visit without taking further payment since I was told prior that they couldn't bypass the screen and the computer doesn't allow them to go any further until money is collected. So this time it did seem to be done correctly. Thank you.

Dr. Usmani always listens like you were the only person in the world. He takes the time to verify things in your health record. Great doctor!

Been going there for 5 years, ive had 9 surgeries at Reid orthopedics and this place seams to be going down hill.

Doctor did poor job with explanation. Seemed uninterested in me. I did not feel like I actually mattered to him. There is no trust. The nurse was much more personable and helpful.

I feel very comfortable that my back issue will be taken care of properly.

I believe the rehab they scheduled for me will work beautifully if after I'm finished I continue with what they've scheduled. I believe it definitely helps.

I was confused because I thought the dr had read all my test results such as mri and other images. But when he ask if I had them done it confused me. I am praying this procedure is processed quickly because my pain is unbearable and I can't function. We adopted a little girl that is now 5 yrs old and was told by Dr. Vein I would be able to tell a big difference within a week from the procedure. I'm praying this is true.

Was not seen in office it was over phone. Still felt answers was correct.

I didn't care for Dr Ursami. I thought I was there to get my results from my Mylegram and CT Scan and he told me nothing. He wants to send me to someone else for me to get a device installed. He doesn't want to see me only as PRN. I have swelling in my leg and foot and he tells me to get a water pill didn't look at it. I've been very bothered by the visit. I have since gotten an appointment with Dr Baker for the swelling. I would like the test results explained to me by someone!

I highly respect Dr. Usmani. He is always kind, professional, knowledgeable, informative, and listens well. Very happy and glad I have him as one of my physicians.

My experience with pain management and these shots are that they don't last long enough to do any real good. Before I can get another one when I need it there always seem to be a 2-4 month gap where I end up take an ungodly amount of Ibuprofen just to be able to function. Think it is about time to contemplate surgery.

Long appointment wait . Called early November and could not get an appointment until end of January.

I was very nervous about switching providers due to Dr. Williamson leaving. After meeting Dr. Usmani, via Telehealth, I feel much more confident and comfortable about him preforming my Medial Branch Blocks.

I am hoping within the next 3 to 5 months my health will improve and that I am back to being healthy again.
