Friendly and courteous staff.

I usually only see Dr. Amro once a year, but he is always friendly, kind and listens to what I have to say and answers my questions.

I very much appreciate that Dr Amro took the time and had the patience to listen to my concerns and explain to me, in great detail, why the treatment he had recommended was the best choice for me.

Every time I go it's a positive experience

Dr is always in hurry., don't think I ever been seen in his office for 10 minutes. This test he ordered for me wasn't explained very well.

Dr does not spend enough time with me (patient). Always seems to be in a hurry.

Very upset with cath lab. Worst department in the hospital. Want me there 1 1/2 hours ahead of procedure then run 1 1/2 hours late. Everyone kept asking about medication I don't take. Making me think, do they have the right patient!! Everybody that came in after me, I could have wrote their name down and what procedure they were having. Doors on every room and not one ever shut. No post op follow up appt. Given to me. I cancelled all other tests and appointments . Way to go Reid...

As I was explaining my condition to Dr. Amro, I told him about my AFIB I experienced over a year ago. He said, "I do not have that listed in here." I was shocked! I told him, "That's why I'm here! That's why I have been coming to Reid Cardiology seeing Dr Haist for the past year! He said OK, and I continued to describe my current issues. How could he not have the information for the primary and most critical reason I have been coming there?

We had problems hooking up with telehealth. We thought it was something on my end but I was able to FaceTime with someone else immediately after. Perhaps there's a glitch on your end?

Thee staff & Dr Amro answered all our questions. There are two appointments that need to be completed. One stress test & an echocardiogram. Then hopefully we will know what further steps are needed to take.

The doctor was great. But the wait time was a little ridiculous. I was taken back to the room 30 minutes past my appointment time. Waited there for 15 minutes, and the doctor was with me for 2 - 3 minutes.
