Very friendly
I was taken care of by nurses . They explained things to me very well
Friendly
Wait was a bit long, but Dr Amro came in to see me quickly after going back to the room. He was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. Willingly listened, answered questions, and understood my concerns. Looking forward to him finding and fixing my health issues.
Very good visit.
Quick and complete visit. Appreciated the doctor's and staff's provision of care.
The front desk person was very nice and explained all the forms that I had to complete. The nurse that brought us back the room was nice also. However, when the doctor came in he was very short and condescending with myself and my wife. The first word he said to us 'why are you here. You're not showing symptoms'. He obviously did read my chart to know that my brother had just passed away at 42 with heart problems (3 blockage at 90%) and he showed no symptoms. Also I have a parent that had a heart attack young. My primary care practitioner had us do a CT heart scan that came back with high score and then a stress test that came back abnormal. Why wouldn't we be there with these things. I understand that I am fairly young and pretty good health but my practitioner referred us for a reason. There was no reason that we should have been treated with such blatant disregard. I've never been treated so poorly by a doctor that is supposed to be helpful. After the doctor left the discharge nurse had no clue want was going on. I found out from her that the doctor was putting me on another medication. He never once said anything about that. When we asked about getting a copy of the blood work orders she had to leave and come back with them. Overall this experience was unacceptable. I really hope my next experience is better. At this time we thinking about calling to see if another cardiologist can do the cauterization that the doctor finally at the end agreed needed to be done.
I was impressed on how fast the service was.
He was great
Very pleasant everyone very professional and knowledgeable.
They did a great job
Provider very nice and nurses oo
Just met Dr Amro today and he seems to be a knowledgeable young man. Looking forward being treated by him and his staff.
Very friendly and blunt. Gave me the information I needed.
My first appointment with Reid Cardiologist. I waited over an hour to see the doctor. Not pleased with the time taken for my care. Seemed to be in a rush. After waiting, I would think my appointment would not be rushed.
The front desk was completely rude and even call me a liar. I had my appointment moved the first time due to having COVID. Which was understandable. I then had my appointment move back again because the provider was sick. Again understandable. So I came in for my appointment that was rescheduled and I had filled out the questionnaire and was truthful about the COVID that was already known about. The receptionist then was completely rude and told me that I needed to leave and I couldn't be there. I tried to explain that I had already spoken to a couple different people and they were aware of the situation. She said that I was lying. At that time they physician came out and took me to a room.
Great care great hospital
I must apologize. I didn't get an opportunity to tell him about my hearing difficulties. The younger generation talks too quickly for someone with hearing aides. This fact, along with his accent, made me concerned that I missed or misunderstood something he was telling me. I hope not, but it is worrying me. Also the fact of having to repeat almost everything can make people angry in a hurry. I'm so sorry.
This provider seemed as though he knew the plan for my care before he walked in the room. I had to interrupt him to explain that his EKG was just a snapshot of what is going on. Thankfully I have the knowledge and resources that I could stop him and explain that my illness doesn't mean my HR is constantly elevated. It just happened to be WNL while the EKG was being done. I will be requesting one of the Cardiologists I know and trust for my next appointment. Luckily, I see them when I work on a regular basis if I have concerns that I feel need listened to.
Very professional. It is obvious that he cares about his patients.
I was a new patient for the doctor. He was very caring and wanted to find out what was causing my problem. I was very pleased.
Dr Amro was very easy to talk too and he took time to listen. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
I was to have other Procedures done within two hours after my visit they are really cold and got him set up that was fast
Dr Was very informative about my future health care!
Only problem I had was I waited in the room for 50 minutes after the doctor had already been in but visit was very nice
He was dismissive.
I'm di swollen I can't walk have gained 40 pounds in 3 weeks can't breath and he said talk a pill I could have done that myself
This was my first visit with Dr. Amro and Reid cardiology. I was very pleased with the suggestions that Dr. Amro made look forward to my next visit with him.
It seemed like Dr.Amro, came in, introduced himself, looked at the scar, listened to my heart and exited. It was a short, kind of in and out visit. When we left, we asked ourselves, "What just happened?"
ALL WAS VERY HELPFUL.
