New medication has helped with pain alot. Just wonder why had to wait so long to get it?

Kendra was very helpful to answer my question s. Staff got me in even though I had no appointment.

Getting the biopsy was the low point, but everything else was good except the wait to get in. Schedules for 11:15a and didn't get into the procedure room until 11:45a

Visits are mostly good but phone contacts are not good. Ordering prescriptions problems. Orders for testing outside of office or Reid location not working. If this is not correct, I am considering going to a another provider.

Originally I had Dr Seigel and now I have Dr Johnson. Both providers were extremely good. The staff at Urology is excellent.

The entire visit and procedure were quite efficient and hospitable.

I think they have too many patients to be able to give proper care. They didnt know that I had a history of bladder stones, when I had two surgeries there at Reid hospital. It made me lose confidence in Reid.

I don't understand the flow test I would naturally have a good strong flow after having driven 40 minutes on a full bladder. What would they expect? The other test were fine however I was not told how to eliminate my current urination problems with sometimes not getting a good stream or giving a good stream Split to where half of it is going in the toilet and half of it is making a puddle on my bathroom floor this is what I wanted to eliminate in the first place and they did not even address those issues

When numbing a biopsy site, provide more time the numbing injections to take hold. 50% of biopsy sites were taken before numbing became effective.

Dr. Johnson and the staff member who assisted him were fantastic to deal with, addressing any concerns that I might have had (before, during and after the procedure). They also made sure to provide information and advice about issues and concerns that could come up in the days immediately after the procedure.
