When the re-scheduled appointment was confirmed~ I knew the blood work from the previous date would need to be redone~ as it would have been more than a year since it was originally scheduled. I made this clear to the person I spoke to - as well as mentioning I had blood work for my PCP that would also be in the system~ and I wanted to make sure all necessary tests were accomplished in one blood draw. I was assured not only would he make sure my urologist blood order was in~ but the order from my PCP was also in the system~ and was still good. The Reid lab desk told me neither order was "in" to use (they could see but not use??). I had to wait while they called to get one they could use. I have spoken to my PCP office about this~ and they stated their original order is still in and active~ and don't understand. I assume the lab spoke to urology to get something the lab could use. I would suggest something was not being read correctly at the lab~ but I was still made to wait an hour.
Yes I was prescribed Generic Flonase and I started taking the prescription two days in a row I was up to unrated 6or 7 times through the night with no sleep!!!!
Absolutely everyone in office is exceptional with excellent teamwork. I think the medical assistant was very very courteous and helpful. I think Dr Johnson is a highly skilled and respectful provider helping in sensitive situations regarding my mental health/wellness in conjunction with listening to my voice and other healthcare providers to receive future treatments if necessary. Thank You.
Very professional and helpful.
It was frustrating that both my consult and procedure were rescheduled and pushed out two months and one month respectively. I understand my procedure was elective and others take priority but it was still very frustrating to be pushed back twice. Everything bug scheduling was superb. Thank you Dr Johnson.
I always have the best care at Reid.
The office staff do not return calls in a reasonable timeframe. Did not relay info to doctor and was sent to ER instead after waiting all day to hear back. Very hard to get thru to nurse and to get any response back.
Need closed captioning on the TV
Dr. Johnson and all the staff at Reid Urological are very courteous and helpful~ and they all make sure we hear and understand what is happening or being said and they always answer any questions clearly and make sure we understand whatever the subject is. If I could give your whole office an "" 11 out of 10 "" - I would.
I was very pleased and satisfied with the Dr I saw at my last visit....He was very pleasant~ professional~ and made me feel comfortable and at ease while I was there...Very good experience.....
The only Issue I had was I waited in the exam room with my legs up in stirrups for 15-20 minutes. That is to long for people with issues to be left like that. I got there early so they took me back early. If they weren't ready for me yet they should have waited until they were.
Very good care. Would recommend to everyone.
Too much paperwork to fill out. Im already a patient so why all the signatures needed. Don't feel a nurse needs to ask for payment. Reid over charges me regardless. Quite being so money hungry. Doctor rescheduled me because said I was not on time for appointment. I've waited on him over 45 minutes before because he was in surgery. After speaking with doctor I believe it was the nurse who made me reschedule. Ridiculous. I welcome a phone call.
Everyone in the place is great and best doctoring around!
Question: When I checked out I was given notice for my next annual appointment 4/16/j2019 and it was marked to get a PSA 7-10 days prior! However~ I did not realize until I got home that I was not given an "order" for the PSA test. Should I have been given one at the time I checked out or should I call next year prior to the test for an order? Thank you.
Dr Johnson saved my life and I couldn't be more grateful.
All personnel were friendly~ respectful~ & knowledgeable.
I had an "8:30 A.M." appointment with Dr. Johnson - a Medical Assistant called me in and weighed me BEFORE 8:30 and took me to an exam room and Dr. Johnson came into the exam room at 8:32 A.M. by my watch - I don't much room for improvement. : ) : ) : )
I prefer to see the specialist not the assistant. I pay for a specialist visit~
Dr Johnson sent me for ultrasound because i was experiencing pain. He never called with the results.
They need to hire another doctor as they are too busy!
all excellent great communications and everyone is fine
Suggest looking at other alternatives to treat patients other than prescribing medications.
Unfortunately~ I have been to see Dr's alot in the past 6 months. Dr Johnson is~ by far~ one of.the most thorough~ caring~ and empathetic that I have seen. He even called me personally after my visit to follow up. I fully intend him to be my Urologist for life. I only wish some of my other Dr's and staff~ at other facilities~ were on this level.
I was early but the woman at the desk let me give my sample while I was waiting
I find Dr. Aaron Johnson to be very competent and caring. I am very happy with him.
very pleased i have a friend making a appointment today
My last visit was the first time I have actually got to see a doctor I always seen th PA but she was very nice and very helpful
Thanks for the great service.
The care there is outstanding any neutral answers are because they do not apply or was it unnecessary
Everyone was nice~ informative~ and very helpful and compassionate.
I was impressed with the politeness and concern of all staff I interacted with.
Good dr with exceptional good nurse. Thanks
The seats in the waiting room appear to be sunken in the middle. I am not sure if this is by design or not due to the nature of the office~ but they were not very comfortable.
I have been frustrated with long times between visits and scheduling of procedures. Calls to Richmond rarely returned same day. I'm exploring alternate practices for treatment due to above. I like Dr. Johnson.
Dr. Johnson is very good. He hears my concerns and questions and answers them very clearly.
Our first appointment with with Tim Siegel MD~ he bascially did not have a personality; we asked if we could be switched to Aaron Johnson MD; best decision we ever made. Dr. Siegel needs to work on his person skills~ very easy to tell that he is ex military~ but his patients are not in the military so we prefer not to be treated like we are. Dr. Johnson is great~ make sure you keep him happy so he stays with you.
My visit as always was very satisfying. Dr. Johnson was thorough and answered my questions . Office staff are knowledgeable and courteous. Many thanks to Heather B. Who checked us out....thanks guys..
Dr Johnson was thorough~ explained everything. Was upbeat. shared. Made patient feel at ease. made things happen. took me seriously whether I knew what I was talking about or not. He drew pics to help describe.
dr johnson and staff are absolutely great dr johnson is one of the best doctors ive ever been to a true professional
The office girls were polite and friendly~ the nurse weighing me and taking my vitals was professional and happy and Dr Johnson was efficient and reassuring. Even drew a diagram of what was going on so that it was easily understandable even I wasn't in healthcare. These are types of people we want here with us. Improves patient care~ comfort~ compliance and confidence. Thanks
Everyone at urological care center was wonderful and friendly
I could not have been treated any better than I was from Dr. Johnson~ the nursing staff~ all the support staff as well. Everyone at the Reid Hospital were always willing to help and did it with a smile. Even the staff we passed in the halls and cafeteria gave us a smile. We felt welcomed. I could not have been treated better.
Best medical experience I have ever experienced. Plus~ dr Johnson saved my life.
Dr Johnson is very down to earth and easy to talk to. Talks in laymen s terms for a delicate situation.
The only person that saw me at this appointment was a medical assistant. My urine was tested but I never found out why I have blood in my urine. I did not see a doctor or nurse practitioner
Dr. Johnson's assistant was too abrupt~ detached and unfriendly. Her actions made the removal of cathether unsettling. Also no offer of drape cover. Had to get one from cabinet ourself.
Dr. Johnson is easy to talk to~ and he does a good job in answering questions.
I believe that my next appointment in February is just an excuse to bill my medical provider since I have an appointment 2 days later with Dr. Hughes that did my radiation procedure in Dayton and was told to meet every other time with Dr. Johnson and Hughes.
