Good experience for me at the Ortho walk in clinic! They were running this clinic with 4 staff. Checked in, X-rays, nurse and provider was wonderful care. All my questions answered and treatment was phenomenal. This department was right on point and very organized. I'm an employee at Reid and this was by far one of the best experiences I've had in 15 years.

I had to wait 1 1/2 hours to make initial contact. After that all proceeded in a timely manor.

Really was in & out - received treatment I asked for & needed - in a very timely manner! I was totally impressed by all the staff / friendly, helpful, polite, and more nice words .

She was approved for 6 visits but they only scheduled 5 I don't understand why . And they were supposed to be 45 minute Sessions and they were only 25 to 30 minutes.

1st time using "walk in". Was xrayed & treated in 1 hour.

I was anxious about getting the injection, but Krystal and Grace (I believe was her name) were both absolutely phenomenal. They took it at my pace, chatted with me to keep me occupied, and kept up with my terrible jokes! Absolutely amazing experience.

From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed warmly and attentively. The wait was not terribly lengthy and the care I was given was excellent. I had an issue that the attending physician knew that there was someone better for me to see; that other physician was perfect as was the original person. Great experience!

She showed a caring attitude and I was really in a lot of pain. Also another lady from the xray room was kind enough to get a cup of water so I could take some Tylenol. Crystal did say that she felt I needed to be seen by the spine dept and they would call and set up an appointment with me.

Dr Crystal was great excellent communication and in explaining everything about my condition thank u for everything

She was really good at listening and I would see her again without reservation! My only suggestion would be to instruct what exactly to do on an ongoing basis after the visit.

My son still couldn't walk even in a boot leaving. He still can't walk and needs to use crutches that weren't provided to us.

I was the only one there after 5:30. Everyone was very helpful and informative. It took a little longer than expected to read view analyze to X-rays. Other than that, all was very appropriate and timely.

Diagnosis was made right away. The provider was just awesome and the MA checking me in was so sympathetic and caring along with the radiologist.

Crystal was so kind, a very good listener, and was very thorough in explaining to me exactly what was going on with my knee. She also explained my options for treatment very thoroughly. Then she very ably administered the steroid injection. I am extremely satisfied with her performance and ability to relate to me in ways I clearly understood!

she checked my condition thoroughly, had x-rays made. Made recommendations for treatment. also wrote prescription for me. very helpful.
