Each staff member were very accommodating and professional. I think the Ortho clinic is one of the BEST services Reid offers!!!

My experience was good, friendly and informative.

My pain is at top area of my left hip. Area discussed was my spine. After leaving I wasn't sure what she felt my problem was. Meds she prescribed seem to be helping I could have received an explanation of why she felt I need therapy. Medical personnel need to remember their patience don't have their medical knowledge and what they take for granted we may not know or understand

I had to wait 3 hours- however I understand they were extremely busy. Everyone that I came into contact with was very friendly, kind and helpful. Crystal was fantastic! She was very thorough and took her time and listened. If I had to go back I would insist on seeing her. I would recommend her and give her a 20 out of 10!

I was impressed with the quality of care and the kindness of all staff members.

My provider was sincere and thoughtful but I just didn't feel she was confident in her understanding of my condition or treatment. I will be seeking a second opinion.

I came in because of pain in my left leg. The problem was either muscles or circulation. Yet they put me through an x-ray, which only shows bone and there was nothing that indicated there was any issues with my bone. It seemed like a totally unnecessary procedure, and only served to increase my bill (i.e. your revenue). I would not recommend anyone else going there unless they're willing to over pay for the services.

The provider I saw was great, staff was great. My biggest complaint was the 1 hour 45 min wait to see her. I was told at the front office it would be 45 min to hour and I chose to wait, but then waited almost two hours
