The staff member that drew my blood was wonderful. I have tiny veins and she got it first try! I didn't even have any bruising. Test results were done quickly and they called the very next day with my results. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

My only complaint is that I was out of town not feeling good and tried to make appointment for the next week when I would be home and they said I had to call the day I wanted the appointment to get in. I called the day I wanted my appointment and they didn't have any openings. I did get in because they had a cancellation.
