I was satisfied this was a new doctor I hadn't seen before She seemed pleasant and she know what she was talking about I have another appointment in 4 months with her

I am not sure if this is a requisite to staying employed at Reid Health (and if it is, it should be used at other facilities in the state/local locales), but EVERYONE is extremely courteous, helpful and seems concerned about the well being of patients and even visitors or those helping patients, ie family members, etc. Thank you for such a positive environment!!

I am pleased with my care givers at Reid. No problems at all .........

There is NO signage in the hall, waiting room or even on the smocks that list Hematology. I went looking for the office since all the signage said only Oncology. This has both logistical and emotional impact that is thoughtless and inconvenient.

A Lemma was more knowledgeable than many of the doctors I have had since my original diagnosis years ago. She and Dr Sulfi are assets to the Cancer Dept.

New patient. Felt welcoming and everyone was kind. Made process of registering easy and like the small family atmosphere.

Dr Lemma takes time to talk to you and ans. your questions. she is a very pleasent dr.

I would highly recommend Dr. Lemma. I think she's caring, takes her time and doesn't make you feel rushed and I feel confident in her knowledge. I very much appreciate her!

Dr. Sulfi is a wealth of knowledge, and he takes time to make sure you understand your treatment and the rationale for your treatment. He is kind and compassionate and he expresses concern for my overall well-being, not just the concerns related to my cancer. I am blessed to have him for a doctor. The oncology services team is amazing - a group of great people!

She was wonderful!!! She listened to what we were trying to achieve within the immediate big picture and because it was possible worked with us to make it happen but did not forget the long term needs...we could not have asked for more in medical care....she seemed very knowledgeable, concerned and skilled....we look forward to working with her in the future

This was my first interaction with Azeb Lemma. I thought she was wonderful! I really liked her! She made me feel at ease and I felt she took her time assessing my situation and addressing my questions. Her staff was very nice as well.
