The woman with check-in doesn't look very happy in her job. She never smiles. Never welcome. My insurance statement says that I should only have paid five dollars with my part, but I've been billed our charge $50 at the desk upon leaving each time

I wish they would find something where we could do the biweekly payment like they use to let you add it to bills if you were an employee. Really miss that option

This is the 2nd time I have been seen by this provider and I am very pleased. I returned here for the second time because I was so pleased with the care I received the first time.

All of staff members ate great

I waited for 30 minutes in the exam room after being checked in by the nurse. I could hear talking and a lot of walking outside the door. After 30 minutes I walked to reception to ask how much longer it would be since my appointment was 30 minutes ago. The PA then responded from behind me, moving towards me that she's right there. Apparently there was something unexpected that delayed my being seen in a timely manner, it would have been nice to have been informed of that. I'm going back for a follow-up meerly because I don't want to put off my current situation any longer. And once I was seen by the PA I felt comfortable. I was so irritated by the long wait without anyone informing me as to why.

I recently had breast revision augmentation surgery done. Dr. Shawn Greathouse and Ashley Helmer did an amazing job on me. I couldn't be more pleased with my results! Dr. Greathouse really put his effort into me, giving me the exact look I described to him. Dr. Helmer whom I see for my post op visits is such a caring Dr. also. I can tell it's her real passion in life as well helping her clients achieve better looks making them feel more confident. Thanks to them I now have the look I've always wanted! I highly recommend them for any of your cosmetic needs! I always feel welcomed by the Nurses and staff. For all my future cosmetic concerns I will be staying their client. You won't regret them.

I have had previous experience with this office before with my husband. They are extremely knowledgeable and efficient at what they do. I would only go here for my Dermatology concerns. They are extremely caring and kind. I was personally shown this today with my visit. Thank you.
