Since I was a walk-in I could not expect to be seen quickly, but the wait time was reasonable.

Very good explanation and experience

I have to say "WOW " ! The ladies here at the Greenville location, walk in Wednesday, were just over the top wonderful folks. They took wonderful care of both of us ,me & my wife . I am a terrible patient but these ladies made it so easy for me to get my knees all fixed up. You can be and should be very proud and thankful for the great folks here.

Everyone from the receptionist, the x-ray technician, and the doctor were fantastic. I really felt like they knew what they were doing and it gave me a piece of mind. Thank you

Convenient and quick

The care was great except for I went in because of foot and hip pain I was walking with a cane to help support left side. So when time to go for xray I walked and walked , I could have used a wheelchair. Just saying . And if I need to return , I will ask for one. At least offer......

Does this clinic give after visit summaries as i did not get this. And would instructions be on there for some sort of MyChart so I could view for later. I did however receive therapy exercises and dexpak instructions.

I was a walkin and was told the approximate wait time. I was seen within that wait time. The people working at the main desk were very polite and helpful even as busy as they were.

The wait time was long, front desk advised me it would be. Once I was in the exam room there was no wait. Everyone was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful.

I am satisfied with my care. The only thing I would have changed was a bit of information on the cubital tunnel she had mentioned. She gave me info on lateral epicondylitis. I have gotten the braces she recommended for my elbow and am able to rest my arm without the pressure bothering me, but the pain still comes at times when moving my arm in various ways.

I think Reed is a very good place to be seen as I think thier care and ability to listen to you and explain what is going on with your problems they are nothing like the doctors you see in Greenville Ohio the doctors in Greenville Ohio just want to get you in and out as fast as possible I think Reed is better than anything you find in Greenville Ohio or Darke County Ohio.

I am waiting for follow up at Reid in Richmond. I must wait for medicare to approve a shoulder injection. My shoulder is still painful and when I get over there I want to talk about new back pain procedures that your new doctor might beable to do. Thankyou.

My grandson has been to Reid Ortho several times with sports injuries. On each visit he has received excellent care.

While I feel the provider gave me enough information, the follow through is strongly missing. It's been a week and the referral for physical therapy has not made it to the place I requested. I have even called to request it to be sent again. When you have back pain time is extremely important. I'm sure Reid doesn't care since I selected someone out of their circle.

The service was quick and friendly. The staff was knowledgeable and caring realizing how much pain I was having. The PA that treated me was very good at listening to my symptoms and explained everything especially the X-ray. The nurse fitted me with a knee brace and it helped. Only wish they could've had an MRI machine to see better what extent of damage was done, however I feel confident that the PA treating me knew what was wrong and what I should do to make it better. Thank you.

First time in facility, was impressed with sign in, very curitious (Friendly), medical staff was excellent. Did not see Doc, but a practitioner she was brief yet to the point. Excellent over all care.

The Walk in Clinic is great. We were greeted and checked in promptly, x-ray, diagnosis and treatment in less than an hour. Follow up appointment made in case we need it.

took longer than I wanted but as a walk in I expect that. preventing injury was not required, it is just an age and arthritis problem. the pa explained things well and I appreciate her time and honest assessment.

I don't think i should have to jump through hoops to get an mri by having to go to pt waste my time and money,really ridiculous imo.

I received the best care ever! Ariel Zeiler explained everything so clearly and took time to review the X-rays with me. I'm so impressed with her! You have a real gem! Brittany fixed my knee and foot brace. When I went to ER they had just basically slapped it on. No adjustments. She is amazing too!

I've had experience with them in the past. Over a trigger finger fix, not remotely remembering his name Tim. I think was on duty in the walk in for my boo boo. I was sceptical about it being permanently gone but it is on my R/ Thumb. Lol now my L/ Thumb has it. That's not the reason I was in today. R/wrist painful, there was a touch of carpal tunnel - which I now have a brace to wear at night and something else that was treated with Steroid shot ( can't remember the name started with an R) and the shot, will kick in a few days to a week, fingers crossed, the shot hurt, but so did the one for my Thumb last time.

I was very pleased with how kind and polite the staff was. Very friendly and seemed to care about my condition. Thank you for that.

I hurt my ankle while while in Ohio, on the way back to Indiana I stopped at Reid Ortho. Ariel and staff were great. Received exceptional care. Sent me over for a cat scan and called me within 1 hour to give results. I ended up with a fractured ankle...again excellent care!

I had been putting off getting my shots in my knees. I had finally made the decision to get them after another flare up late week. When I called to set up appt, I was told my doctor did not have any openings for a few weeks. She mentioned the Walk In service would be available. I was hesitant at first, but decided to try. I am so glad you have this available. I received very quick service. I was very impressed and confident with Ariel the PA. She definitely has a very good bed side manner and I am confident she is very knowledgeable and I feel that I will definitely use the walk in again should I need to before my next annual appt with the doctor. THANK YOU SO MUCH ! xxx

It was a very long time for a xrays almost 3 hours.i was in pretty much pain.guess I just wasn't expecting the wait time.probly should have gone to Reid er

check in person, MA and PA took decent time to answer my questions and not just get me done

I was very impressed with her. She came in the room fully aware of my medical history which was alot. Listened very carefully to me. Checked me. Told me her findings and thoughts. We discussed what I was doing on my own and she gave me instructions to help me. She genuinely seemed to care about my problem. She didn't rush me. I definitely would recommend her.

I was able to get some quick diagnosis and determine my next steps for possible treatments. Things should move forward a lot quicker than going to my family physician !

I was very impressed and happy with how they were on top of taking care of my daughter. She went in a lot of pain and they didn't mess around figuring out the problem and getting her sent where she needs to go for further treatment.

Seen very quickly in the walk in ortho the NP listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions really left feeling I was getting some answers and knew we were making progress to find out exactly what I needed

If I and/or my insurance are going to be charged a physician's fee then I should see a physician NOT a PA.

Was surprised for the amount of burning, stinging pain from my neck down I am in, that arthritis is what's causing it without doing a MRI. But I am going to try physical therapy as recommended and go from there. My physician explained what she saw and was very patient with me.
