I was impressed with the staff and the service was excellent. The PA was so wonderful and patient with me I got the cortisone shot and it didn't hurt at all. Feeling much better today. Thanks to all.

I would like to extend my distaste that the insurance company is determining my care. The insurance company(Anthem) will only pay for certain services. I was never told what a doctor would recommend for my treatment. I might be interested in paying cash for the proper care that would fix my issue in a timely manner rather than drawing it out with all of the insurance requirements. Perhaps if the doctor discussed the treatment with me I would feel better. But I was contacted and told that the insurance will only cover this, so that is what we are referring you to.

The entire staff is amazing!!

The entire staff was extremely professional and helpful. The concern and knowledge of my overall prognosis was explained thoroughly. Recommendations were also provided for short and long term solutions. I felt like everyone I spoke to really listened and their overall concerns for my well being were sincere. It was quite refreshing after such a negative experience with the other orthopedic office that I had visited. Thank you for restoring my faith in the healthcare/orthopedic system. Reid Health is definitely excellent in all areas of their medical services!

I have always had good service with Reid

I just don't think the providers are doing much; bare minimum actually. Little to no feedback re: follow-up. Maybe my expectations are too high. Maybe my issues aren't "severe." But none of the experiences I've had at the walk in clinic have been real good. I think from now on I'll try the urgent care services.

The staff all were very friendly and courteous and very helpful. Nurse Practitioner was very sympathetic and encouraging. First time I've been there and was treated in a timely manner.

My experience was great, except for the reason I was there.

Both the department receptionist and the nurse doing the procedure were outstanding, knowledgeable and courageous.

The lady that checked me in was an absolute joy! Also from the time I got in my room from the time I walked out everyone was very nice and accommodating! I appreciated each and every one of them! I didn't know that they are there every Wednesday for walk ins, I don't know what I would have done because I couldn't get in anywhere else & I could hardly walk. They were a life saver!

There is no radiologist on staff. The physicians assistance read the x-rays, but they don't have any training. It's bad when the patient has to tell the provider that something's not right and be the one to point out a fracture. I was told that I should be fine and to just take some Tylenol I requested a boot and went to a different provider for a second opinion, and it is indeed fractured. Staff were nice. The x-ray techs were amazing. However, you could tell that the provider that saw me did not know what she was talking about.

I always go to Reid for all my Medical needs

My husband was seen as a walk in patient through the orthopedic clinic. The NP was very kind and knowledgeable, she addressed his back issue and gave him several options. All the staff was professional , including the front desk and the xray technician. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant visit.

I love the option of walk ins. The MA was wonderful, she mentioned she was a float. My only irritation is being forced to pay copay or not being able to see provider. This is the only department that does that. I've paid multiple times there (copay) that once submitted, I didn't owe. So then I have to spend time and money sending proof in, in hopes of getting reimbursed months later. I questioned that at the desk and was told "then maybe your insurance shouldn't put it on your card". I feel it makes more sense to bill insurance and THEN pay what the insurance states is owed. I'm actually loosing money the way it's done at ortho. There should be an option (which I was told by another department that there is!) to have the copay billed once insurance pays their part. The other dept also told me no one can refuse me seeing a doc by not paying the copay upfront.

Recommended by HIIT BOXING Coach xxx because of my pain from doing too much heavy yard work. Reid staff and Dr Zeiler were great getting right to my problem with x-rays and discussion. I was given script for prednisone type med and exercise instructions. Also, good advice on future follow-up care. All this was accomplished in one hour. Fantastic!

Everyone was very nice and answered my questions. I felt confident that they had accurately pinpointed the diagnosis when I left. I appreciated the way that the doctor went over my xrays to assure me that my knee replacement was fine. That did a lot for my peace of mind!

I was having pain in my left shoulder that I had a reverse orthoplasty replacement 4 yrs ago, xray was taken as a walk in, found replacement was still as it should be. Given a steroid to help with pain, not for sure why having pain maybe a strained muscle?

It was nice to "walk in" and have a concern addressed about my foot injury from a week ago. My provider was very patient and really listened to me. She gave several options for treating the pain & swelling. I feel so much better 10 hrs later! And have been able to walk comfortably! Wonderful clinic!!

They got me right in without an appointment. The nurse was thorough and worked very quick to ease my pain and get me on my way to a better recovery

All the staff was extremely nice.

It was my first time going to the orthopedic hospital. I'm glad that my knee didn't get broken. I'm also glad that a doctor got to use an X-ray for my knee. It didn't even take long for me to get treated. I'll do whatever it takes to make my knee feel better. Thank you very much orthodontists.

I appreciate the speed of the walk in clinic. I had to wait a little bit to be seen but once I was in it was a quick visit and I was out the door with what I needed. Much appreciated when you find yourself on a work trip with an injury

I have used Ortho Walk-in clinic twice, and found both experiences to be positive. The staff addressed my needs in a timely manner. The community is fortunate that Reid offers this wonderful service.

Clinical documentation reviewed after visit did not appear to match up accurately with visit. Was informed that top of shoulder pain/popping was likely caused by bicep strain.

I was shocked at how quickly but yet without chaos every thing happen. I was in and out. Every staff member was on their a game. Very friendly. And most of all every single person from check in to check out made eye contact with me the entire time we was speaking. Nobody looked away to look at a computer. They paid attention and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. I am not a fan of reid hospital. But Ortho definitely has my vote.

This walk in clinic is great. It moves along in areal timely fashion. Each stage was quick. Even when you have wait until the Doctor comes in, it's only a couple of minutes. The Doctor spent time with me and in no rush get me out of there. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

On a late Friday evening, I was able to speak with NP and she was able to address some concerns before heading into the weekend. I was able to have some pain relief and much needed sleep because she was able to send in medications for me.

I was very impressed with her

I was in a lot of pain due to injuring my knee. After Xrays I saw the doctor and she gave me the right combination to prevent other ocurrences and a perscription for arthritis meds. And a brace. By that afternoon I was much better and able to walk around very well. I highly recommend walk in Wednesdays at Reid.

Spent 40 minutes or longer waiting on the person to see me after the x-rays were taken. .

Got in in a timely manner and after a few questions about medical history then off to the x-ray rm and a few minutes later a plan for treatment. Was in and out in about a hour and I couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you.
