I am waiting for follow up at Reid in Richmond. I must wait for medicare to approve a shoulder injection. My shoulder is still painful and when I get over there I want to talk about new back pain procedures that your new doctor might beable to do. Thankyou.

Ariel was super information and made the injection painless.

The staff and NP was all attentive and was concerned about keeping me comfortable since I was in a lot of pain.

I feel that at least from my point of view that patients may feel more comfortable dealing with an actual doctor vs a PA or a NP. The PA that I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional and I greatly appreciated her efforts to assist me. Thanks to your entire staff for always being so professional and accommodating.

Ariel the PA who cared for my daughter was thorough. She was very kind when talking to myself and my daughter. She let the kids ask her questions and explained everything she was doing. My grandson has been to Reid Ortho several times with sports injuries. On each visit he has received excellent care.

While I feel the provider gave me enough information, the follow through is strongly missing. It's been a week and the referral for physical therapy has not made it to the place I requested. I have even called to request it to be sent again. When you have back pain time is extremely important. I'm sure Reid doesn't care since I selected someone out of their circle.

The service was quick and friendly. The staff was knowledgeable and caring realizing how much pain I was having. The PA that treated me was very good at listening to my symptoms and explained everything especially the X-ray. The nurse fitted me with a knee brace and it helped. Only wish they could've had an MRI machine to see better what extent of damage was done, however I feel confident that the PA treating me knew what was wrong and what I should do to make it better. Thank you.

First time in facility, was impressed with sign in, very curitious (Friendly), medical staff was excellent. Did not see Doc, but a practitioner she was brief yet to the point. Excellent over all care.

The Walk in Clinic is great. We were greeted and checked in promptly, x-ray, diagnosis and treatment in less than an hour. Follow up appointment made in case we need it.

took longer than I wanted but as a walk in I expect that. preventing injury was not required, it is just an age and arthritis problem. the pa explained things well and I appreciate her time and honest assessment.

I don't think i should have to jump through hoops to get an mri by having to go to pt waste my time and money,really ridiculous imo.

I received the best care ever! Ariel Zeiler explained everything so clearly and took time to review the X-rays with me. I'm so impressed with her! You have a real gem! Brittany fixed my knee and foot brace. When I went to ER they had just basically slapped it on. No adjustments. She is amazing too!

Checked in at 555 pm was first seen at 720 pm to get an xray and seen by provider at 750 pm.

I've had experience with them in the past. Over a trigger finger fix, not remotely remembering his name Tim. I think was on duty in the walk in for my boo boo. I was sceptical about it being permanently gone but it is on my R/ Thumb. Lol now my L/ Thumb has it. That's not the reason I was in today. R/wrist painful, there was a touch of carpal tunnel - which I now have a brace to wear at night and something else that was treated with Steroid shot ( can't remember the name started with an R) and the shot, will kick in a few days to a week, fingers crossed, the shot hurt, but so did the one for my Thumb last time.

I was very pleased with how kind and polite the staff was. Very friendly and seemed to care about my condition. Thank you for that.

I hurt my ankle while while in Ohio, on the way back to Indiana I stopped at Reid Ortho. Ariel and staff were great. Received exceptional care. Sent me over for a cat scan and called me within 1 hour to give results. I ended up with a fractured ankle...again excellent care!

I had been putting off getting my shots in my knees. I had finally made the decision to get them after another flare up late week. When I called to set up appt, I was told my doctor did not have any openings for a few weeks. She mentioned the Walk In service would be available. I was hesitant at first, but decided to try. I am so glad you have this available. I received very quick service. I was very impressed and confident with Ariel the PA. She definitely has a very good bed side manner and I am confident she is very knowledgeable and I feel that I will definitely use the walk in again should I need to before my next annual appt with the doctor. THANK YOU SO MUCH ! xxx

It was a very long time for a xrays almost 3 hours.i was in pretty much pain.guess I just wasn't expecting the wait time.probly should have gone to Reid er

check in person, MA and PA took decent time to answer my questions and not just get me done

I was very impressed with her. She came in the room fully aware of my medical history which was alot. Listened very carefully to me. Checked me. Told me her findings and thoughts. We discussed what I was doing on my own and she gave me instructions to help me. She genuinely seemed to care about my problem. She didn't rush me. I definitely would recommend her.

I was able to get some quick diagnosis and determine my next steps for possible treatments. Things should move forward a lot quicker than going to my family physician !

I was very impressed and happy with how they were on top of taking care of my daughter. She went in a lot of pain and they didn't mess around figuring out the problem and getting her sent where she needs to go for further treatment.

Seen very quickly in the walk in ortho the NP listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions really left feeling I was getting some answers and knew we were making progress to find out exactly what I needed

If I and/or my insurance are going to be charged a physician's fee then I should see a physician NOT a PA.

Everyone I met during my visit was very nice and helpful.

Was surprised for the amount of burning, stinging pain from my neck down I am in, that arthritis is what's causing it without doing a MRI. But I am going to try physical therapy as recommended and go from there. My physician explained what she saw and was very patient with me.

Ariel is a wonderful PA. I truly appreciated her going through my X-ray with me and showing me all the areas that not only looked bad but also look good. She took her time with me, was gentle, and made me a part of my care. A lot of times I feel rushed and a passive participant in the process with medical professionals; I did not feel this way with Ariel. Thank you!

I was a walk-in and feel I was seen fairly quickly for not having an appointment. Was a bit confused as to whether I am to contact a Dr for the next step or if I would be contacted. Was told both ways. I believe I am to be contacted.

Reid I trust for my wife's and my health.

I waited no longer than 10 minutes before I was taken to a patient room, and then after vs were done, immediately was taken to radiology. After returning to room, was seen in a matter of minutes. Great experience!!

They done what I asked and that is all that mattered to me.

I had almost an hour wait to see the PA.

Spent 15 min or more in waiting room, called back to room about 3:50 pm waited, waited and waited. Had to go to the bathroom, as soon as I opened the door I hear this not so pleasant female voice say "May I help you" I said I need to go to the rest room, she directed me. I get back to room, then provider (the not so pleasant female voice) came in room shortly after by this point it was almost 5 pm didn't get out of there till about 5:10 pm. So I was there about an hour and a half. I have never ever experienced this, been there many times.

Friendly care from the beginning to the end of visit.

The nurse and the doctor were very friendly and helpful. The x-ray technician was very kind and helped me even though I was in a lot of pain during the x-rays. The injection that they give me in my knee was helpful. They sent me up with a bone specialist and set the appointment for me. I love the walk-and clinic.

Very positive health care and wellness visit?? I live out of the area and feel I can travel while staying well after advice and prescribed medication for inflammation. Thank you very much??

She was very patient and polite! Did a very thorough assessment and was very compassionate!

It would have been nice to know that I was seeing a PA before I went into my appointment. She stated right at the beginning that she did not feel comfortable giving me an injection which is what I NEED. Instead I was given a boot to wear at night that is supposed to get me through my 14 DAY Cruise. Everything that was said to me from the PA was read right from the computer from my previous podiatrist appointment from my first visit. I mentioned MANY times that nothing worked. Guess I should of went to the ED or another hospital instead. Things come up, people get injured or reinjured. Reid needs to do better about leaving appts open or simply a provider could of came across the hall and gave me an injection in the amount of time that it took to find someone to go find a boot that I am sure will be added to my does not help list. Very unsatisfied.

Overall good just didn't have answer for me because of the injury I needed to see orthopedic doctor and it's taking almost two weeks to get in to see him and I'm in terrible pain

They made me feel comfortable... they where amazing... I trusted them ?

Everyone was empathetic toward me, as I was in pain due to a fracture. No other Orthopedic clinic could see me that day. Glad Reid health was there for me.

I was able to share my concerns. I was given the time I needed. Further treatment and play was give.

Think that Reid Ortho is the best Dr office in Richmond

She was knowledgeable enough to send me for MRI that would define the problem and what Dr to see for treatment.

Quick and professional

We still haven't been seen. Still sitting in a room after 2 hours. And we have to be somewhere at 7:30 so this was a wasted trip. Took over a half hour before we were even checked in at the front desk and then the check-in time was about 10-15 minutes. Very unprofessional staff. We actually arrived here at 4:30.
