I received and abnormal lab result. I called the office an left a message on the nurses line asking about my labs I then get an email that I had a message in my chart. I called to ask about my labs because I wanted to speak with someone not because I wanted to chat on my chart. I feel like this was a waisted visit ab I dnt feel any better.
I was extremely disappointed in my care n treatment during this visit! I was put off by the NP because I was questioning what my primary care provider had ordered ! She wanted to dismisss my concerns so that she was not going against the other NP s treatment plan, despite the fact that I was not feeling well . I can't understand y a patient can't get care despite the fact the regular practitioner is on vacation, eventually I did get a test that was needed !
The clinicians are clearly overworked and pressed for time. Even though the NP I saw was kind and respectful, the appointment was somewhat rushed and we never addressed one of the biggest health issues I'm currently experiencing (a flare of hidradenitis) and my need for wound care. Additionally none of the providers I've seen throughout Reid - including Reid Pain Management - have been "able" to take over prescribing of my pain medication which leaves me having to travel to Greenwood on a monthly basis to go to American Pain Consortium/Center for Pain Management instead of having my healthcare "under one roof" with a single chart and clinicians that are able to easily communicate a care plan with one another, which leaves me with uncoordinated and discombobulated care and I'm certain that much falls between the cracks instead of being properly addressed. I wish I could say that I 100% trust my healthcare to Reid but I cannot say that because I do not trust Reid with it but have no choice as all of the clinicians in the area that I can access are all under Reid's umbrella.
Dr. Lisa Hork is one best Dr. I ever had
Quite a different approach then previously experienced.
Always seems like she's in a hurry
Angela was not Pts normal NP. Angela stated she was not familiar with the Pt and her history. Did not know why Pts normal NP could not see Pt. Pt had just come home from Rehab for a complete knee replacement. Angela did not ask to see Pt or the wound during this follow up home video call visit for discharge from Rehab. Angela stated her camera wasn't not working so Pt and POA could not see her, but Angela stated she could see POA. Stated she would put all medicines back the way they were before the surgery and regular NP could follow up later with Pt. Shortest doctor visit ever and POA did not even get to tell her Pt had fallen at Rehab. Angela seemed in a hurry to be done with the call and seemed irritated that she even had to make this call.
She didn't remember me as her patient. Did not look at me in the eye when speaking. I am just not feeling comfortable with this provider. I plan to ask for a new care provider.
Very happy with my service.
Good service
As is the norm for Reid, the doctor was overbooked. I had a 40 minute before the doctor entered the room. No one mentioned the doctor was running behind, and/or gave me an option to cancel/reschedule. The constant delay, without offering possible alternatives, is one of the primary reasons I try to seek medical attention from other more reliable and responsible providers in other locations.
It's awesome
Joyful experience. Angela is personable. Very charming and easy to talk with. The staff were exceptional perfectionists and they were very courteous. Great job everyone in reflecting and representing our Reid Memorial Hospital
Good provider.
I was very pleased with the professional friendly staff and Health Care provider She listened to my concerns and ordered testing that was much needed.
I appreciate the care I receive from Angela Hornack
Saw A. Hornak for medical complaint. She was professional, courteous and listened to my concerns. Resolved the problem.
My NP, Angela Hornak , has been very understanding about the problems I have been dealing with and has tried to help me resolve them . I feel like I can talk with her about the situation , and that in itself is a big help.
Very professional
Angie and crew are great!
Angie Hornak is a wonderful provider. She was my caregiver for years. I was told at a visit by the front desk that she was retiring and she gave me an appt with another PN. I just came in for a cut and that PA was busy and the said I could see Angie Hornak. I told Angie I that I was told she was retiring and she was dumbfounded. I had my appt and went to the front desk and requested them to put Angie as my primary. She said I have to have a new patient appt . That's totally stupid.
Very thorough. Worked to relieve my pain. Attending Healthcare giver was c. Addington and she was very good ?
Angie is such a wonderful provider. She listens to your concerns, cares about you as a patient, and tries to get to the root cause of your symptoms. I feel truly blessed to have her as my pcp.
She is very professional...staff is great...
This office visit went well. Angie listened to my concerns and was willing to change some meds to hopefully help my issues.
Highly satisfied. Good job!
Angie is always efficient. Love same day access.
She was very thorough when I asked questions.
Wen having a fon contact, provider was sarcastic claiming the weather conditions weren't as I reported but she went ahead & ordered one of the three meds I asked for. She denied ever ordering specific med & pain med. The pain med got ordered the next day but was 2 expensive so I had 2 buy OTCs. I considered finding another provider but her husband is my cardiologist! I hope this situation won't be affected.
Angie is a great NP to be able to see and talk to !
Jess at the front desk is awesome!! She's always so friendly and helpful I appreciate her smiling face
Nurse Sherri was very kind and understanding. She made me feel like she really understood what I was feeling.
I was in a lot of pain and am so thankful they could get me in quickly. Everything about my care was fast and efficient.
Nice to be back with Angie Hornak after a 2 year hiatus!
good job
Always professional
I appreciate Angela's thoroughness and clear communication.
Hornak she professional doctor and she tell you all you need and that make sure you understand
Great Very helpful

Very efficient. Fortunately I was able to get an appointment same day. Excellent visit.
Dr Hornak was very knowledgeable and very caring. I would recommend her to anyone that has been looking for a new doctor. She explained everything to me about my condition and did it in a very professional manner. Her personality was extremely supportive. Also her assistant was so very kind and supportive. xxx
My experiences with Reid Are always good!
Angie is very professional and thorough
Angie Hornak FNP is the best
Great experience
The nurse and doctor were very nice and patient answering all our questions. Thank you
Knowledgeable courteous
Everything was good, but did notice somethings were a little in accurate in my note from the provider.
Everything went well with my check up. Angie was very thorough , very pleasant , and I did not feel rushed through my time . I'm very pleased with her advice and knowledge of the medications I am taking .
Angie Hornak is very very good!
Dr. Angie Hornak really cares about her wrong patients and listens very carefully. I feel very comfortable putting my health in her care.
It was fine
She wanted to do a needed test, but I couldn't go downstairs to the FORMER lab and get it. I miss that lab! Who wants to sit in Reid's germy lab now and wait?
Love Angie, she's always so thorough and caring.
Upset about the procedure to obtain Prednisone when I need it to treat my asthma. Previously I had no trouble with other doctors.
I was in for a yearly check up and they did nothing because they said I needed labs, which they should have told me prior to coming in.
Very happy with my service!
My staff who checked me in was very friendly, helping to make us feel comfortable.
This provider and office was very very professional personal and extremely friendly. I highly recommend this office and health care provider to friends and family. Clean and happy atmosphere!! Love love love it
My NP A. Hornak is always extremely knowledgeable and professional.
Thank you!
I tried to be seen by my provider the same day I called to get in for an appointment as she said if she could usually fit me in that day if I am sick, but the scheduling people always say otherwise and I couldn't get in to see my provider. They said they had to get me in at a later date with a different provider that is not familiar with my health issues. The visit did not go well and I didn't get the care outcome I needed because of this. The provider they set me up with didn't have time to let me explain the health issues that my normal provider is familiar with. It is almost impossible to be seen by my provider soon if I am sick because the scheduling people say she is booked full for weeks to months. I need to find a doctor's office that I can get in if I am sick.
I was able to get an appointment on short notice and I really appreciate that type of flexible scheduling
It was my first visit so she was just getting my background but she also helped with with some ongoing issues.
Good visit
Very careing nurses and a very clean place. I will give a 10 +
I look forward to my meetings with Angie as I consider her to be both a medical professional and my friend. I like to joke that she and my wife are the only two people who care more about my health than I do. I especially like that she listens and never tells me what I have to do. She recommends what she believes to be the best course of action after reviewing all the options with me, and then lets me decide what I want to do. She's smart, keeps up to date on the latest medical advances and recommendations, and I trust her 100% to take good care of me. xxx
The nurse was wonderful both before and after the "examination".
Excellent provider, empathetic and compassionate
Good service plus very friendly staff
I like her very knowledgeable about me and her job. I greatly appreciate her Angie Hornak.
My provider was exceptional ! She took time out to listen and allowed me to give my input. She is very thorough which I love
She was nice lady Sean to care about me
The medical assistant that brought me back and took my vitals had a very unprofessional attitude. She was very short in how she responded while we talked about the reason for my visit. Once she took my blood pressure I was getting ready to pull my arm out of my sleeve as the jacket I was wearing was very thick. She told me I didn't need to take it off in which I explained my jacket is thick, I just wanted to take an arm out so the reading would be accurate. She argued that "We can hear through anything pretty much except an Arctic jacket." I found with her delivery of that comment coupled with the body language to be very unprofessional. She then ripped the blood pressure cuff off with an attitude as well. While I was waiting for the NP, I read a sign that said My Health My Way My Reid. That employee definitely did not reflect upon Reid's "standards" today. Unfortunately, her name tag was also hidden so I was unable to get her name.
My experience was great and my doctor was spectacular and I would recommend her to anyone that's looking for a great doctor.
My provider spends 4-5 mins, says a few words & leaves
I was very pleased that she could work me in today.
Its nice to have a doctor that is caring and provides great treatment. Being able to trust her opinions is great!
Didn't send my meds into the pharmacy so now I have to wait all weekend with out meds
Angie is very informative and very thorough.
Dr Hornak seemed disoriented, sweaty and unkempt. She put a stethoscope on my chest and back and sent me on my way. All because I needed my blood pressure medicine, that I had been without for over a month. Seems kind of reckless and problematic. And to have to pay for this visit is even crazier. There should be a better way. A healthier way. What if I would have had a stroke or heart attack without my medicine? Sure glad I didn't
It was a pleasant experience.
I spent a long time in the room waiting. Then the provider only spent a few minutes with me and seemed rushed and preoccupied.
My primary caregiver wasn't available today and the people I met with were and recommended I come in for an electrocardiogram. Super staff...
My wait for the blood testing at the hospital was very short. I had expected it to be a lengthy line.
