The people in this office were very nice and I received great care. However, I was ill yesterday, there were no appointments available, so I tried Ready Care but there was a 2 hour wait. I tried Urgent care but there was a 3 hour wait. So I missed another day of work because I couldnt get seen anywhere. Again, the people in this office were wonderful. But it seems there should be more resources put to being able to see patients throughout the area.

Thanks to the fast response from the entire staff. I am already feeling the recovery effects kicking in. The diagnosis of covid was absolutely correct.

This was a phone call and she was on less than 5 minutes. Just said she would call something in for sore throat. Nothing about cough that I had.

Dr. Hornak was very informative as she was the first to tell me about a mass on my liver that was found in 2007 and was found to be benign, but was never explained to me or even brought to my attention.

Angie is always wonderful! She listens, she shows compassion...many providers don't.

This office is a mess..no one stays..they have told me about having panic attacks on their way to work..you know I have been using this office for years..I don't the Doctor in charge..I have not seen a real Dr. For years..I have been seeing the same NP for years..she use to be good..now I am less than a number..REID seems to have that effect on their staff....

Very well organized and new what to do in explaining what I need to do to fight the problem.

This was a very helpful class with very knowledgeable instructors and I have already recommended it to a friend who has signed up for it. I am glad this sort of thing is available in Richmond.

The most frustrating part of attempting to talk with my provider is the ability to have calls returned in a timely manner! Nearly impossible!!!!!! The call system is definitely NOT geared to assist the patient in a timely manner Needs to be corrected!++++!++++

She didn't seem to care how I felt and really didn't want to listen to my symptoms. Just said she couldn't help me since she wasn't my regular doctor

Was only in Reid for an injection. Nurse spoke with someone about rather to give it to me or not as my bp was strangely low. Felt safe knowing she cared for my health and safety.

Im satisfied this time they found out that diffuse fatty liver cause health problems for while I'm hopeful they provide me good medicine for cure. I have good experience with Angela Hornak.

Total Waste of time, money and energy. Provider did not touch patient, listen to heart or lungs or examine the injured area.

I am concerned about the lack of Covid vaccine available to the Reid family and also there is no RSV vaccine available at Reid or at their Dr's office. They have them at CVS but Reid employees can't get them because the Reid insurance will not pay for them unless they are gotten at Reid or at our Dr's office. Reid should be the leader in these vaccines over CVS.

Dr. Hornak is awesome to work with, but I have to say that my symptoms haven't improved after being on my antibiotic and cough suppressants. I'm just not sure how to get ahold of her and ask for more advice on this cough.

I would like her to ask if I have any questions before rushing out the door.

Angie was great! Have been seeing her for many years. I was seen before my appointment time, only waited a few minutes in the exam room prior to seeing the provider. I have a very busy schedule so I appreciate the provider's timeliness. Her MA was wonderful, so friendly and nice. Overall, excellent visit!

I had a 7:45 am appointment for a female wellness visit. The nurse tells me to wait about 10 minutes before I remove my clothes because the doctor wasn't even in the office yet. She finally appeared in my room around 8:15. She did not adequately go over my lab results which had a few abnormal results. She literally spent less than 7 minutes completing the pap smear, which consisted of her inserting the speculum and taking one swab. No palpatating of my groin area, no asking if I had any issues, no breast exam. Then she proceeds to prescribe me a vitamin D with the instructions to take once a week for 2 months. But I picked up a 3 month supply with 4 refills so I have no idea how long I should be taking this. She also told me I should discuss my form of birth control with whomever prescribes it and was shocked when I pointed out that SHE was the prescriber!! Her response was to tell me to remind her in a year that I need to choose a new form of birth control. After looking at her notes in MyChart I can assure you that neither her or her nurse asked me any of the questions that had responses noted. I left the office in tears and now have 2 doctors through Reid that I feel uncomfortable seeing because I don't feel like my issues recieve the time and attention needed.

This was a get acquainted appointment. I haven't had a doctor in many years. I liked this doctor.

Angie has always been very good at treating me for all illnesses and injuries. She is very good about whatever your issue is. She is always courteous and knowledgeable. Angie has been my provider for many years and I would never change anything.

My only complaint is that my prescriptions weren't renewed when I was told they would be. I went to MyChart and requested them to be refilled. Called Reid pharmacy within a few days and the pharmacy told me they were not able to refill them. Called the doctors office and they said they had been refilled. Called Reid pharmacy again and they still said no. But then decided to double check and sure enough they had been. Im not sure what happened but it was very frustrating.

Went there for a tetanus shot found out that they didn't have any lost half a day of work and an hour driving I would like to know before my visit if they are out of the tetanus would of been nice to know because that was the only reason I was there. Found out from a friend that CVS offers this for free, I think my NP should of told me this , but I guess they get to charge me an office call for nothing

I would have liked to spend more time talking, but she was clearly in a hurry to get out of the room to the next patient. She's always very nice, but I wish she would take more time listening to me.

She goes beyond with her patients You can tell that she really cares. I feel like she really watches out for her patients care.

I felt more like a number than a patient. Always wanting to schedule more appointments rather than taking care of everything in one so they can charge more money for another visit. Was told they were not "set up" to do a pap smear today after the NP showed up 30 minutes late to the first appointment of the day. Wanted me to schedule another appointment or go to GYN to have it done. What is the point of having a family doctor? Spent 3 minutes to check my heart and lungs. I'm sure I'll be paying $200+ when the bill comes through.

Angie Hornak and I get along very well. I've been known to say that only Angie and my wife care more about my health than I do. Most reassuring.

Great doctor always very caring to me

I have never seen Angie Hornak before but I did feel she has ordered the appropriate tests for my condition and I was seen in a timely manner. I am NEVER able to see my actual physician, which is unfortunate. So I did appreciate her.

She was like I had been going to her for years. It was my first interaction. With her.

The lpn did not take my temp and she was very rude. Then the nurse practitioner was rude. I am a doctorate RN did not appreciate the undertones. "My staff bent over backwards to help you". Of course they did and I appreciated that but she was rude. NP did not evaluate all of labs and made me feel like a fool. I am a doctorate PRACTICING RN. There was no real outcome and the visit was a waste of money and time. It seems Reid could do better..... I have always loved Reid.

Good experience. Angie did exactly what needed to be done until I can see my Primary Physician. I was pleased with the visit. Now to see if it works?

A very pleasant experience, from the front desk to the nurse taking my vitals and Dr Hornak everyone was extremely friendly. It was like a visit with family or old friends. I felt trust in the knowledge the nurse and Dr Hornak had in my treatment because of the conversations we had about my health. I was feeling apprehensive when I arrived because I actually hadn't been to the Doctor in many many many years. They made me feel like I was important and helped me to see how important my health is and how important the annual well check appointments are. I will be making those appointments and and I will be referring Dr Hornak and this team to everyone. Much gratitude

Same day appt just before holiday weekend was so comforting because waiting can make me nervous and I received treatment before my illness worsened!
