I was very satisfied with my visit. I was only in there for about 10 minutes.

Excellent experience~ I was treated very kindly and respectfully. Every member of the staff was patient and really listened to me. The NP I saw even gave me a thermometer for free because I mentioned I didn't have one of my own at home.

Everyone was super nice and respectful. Super clean lobby and parking. Still don't know my results. Think I had strep throat and they told me it was negative and will call back after being sent off 1-2 days and it's been a week and a day and still haven't heard. Took half of my last medicine feeling a lot better. Only complaint but other than that all the staff were great and respectful.

I was impressed with the quickness they responded to my visit. I had labs~ xray~ and face to face encounter and from arrival time to discharge I was only there one hour. Received the answers to my illness I was looking for.

Great visit and wonderful staff.

We're not from the area~ we were traveling home with our kids and our 4 year old had a uti. Everyone was very kind and helped us get her tested and antibiotics started.

The NP Andrea has seen me before during UC visits. She is always professional~ listens to and answers concerns accordingly. I feel as though she cares about my needs when I am there. I am always pleased to know when she will be the one who's care I am in.In addition~ the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.Lastly~ I have to also extend my gratitude to the nurse~ Camille. She was so kind and made me feel very comfortable~ especially during these unprecedented times and added precautions that we have to take.Thank you~ team @ UC!!!
