Amy Mullin was so warm and kind in explaining where I was in my current place in treatment. I'm not one to speak up, but she made me feel safe to ask questions, so I did, and I learned. She took her time, and I left with a much better understanding of what I needed to do for best results going forward. I had forgotten which PA I was about to see, but when she opened the door I just lit up. I trust her, and enjoy spending time talking to her. She is as close to perfect as anyone could hope for!

The provider was diligent in their attempts to help and educate me. Unfortunately my current insurance will not cover the medical devices prescribed so I have chosen to discontinue them as my provider. The provider was awesome, my insurance just sucks.

When I scheduled my appointment I was under the impression I was coming in to talk about my thyroid, much to my surprise I was scheduled for a weight management appointment. I've been experiencing pressure in my throat and that was kind of ignored. The NP I saw was very kind, I really just prefer to see my normal NP.

I was disappointed that I was notified 30 minutes before my appointment that I would have to do telemedicine visit. Not against them, just the timing. I am aware appointment was at 7:00, so the change was not communicated earlier. I was on my way out the door to arrive on time due to weather. No one at fault

Amy was very much informed on my condition and what I had gone thru in the past. She explained the change in medication so that it was easily understandable. I appreciated the time she spent with me explaining my questions.

Amy is phenomenal! She takes time to really go over what her patients need to know and even helped me, a fellow provider (PCP), better understand how to treat my diabetic patients while I wait to get them into her hands for that expertise care!!! Everyone in this clinic is top notch. I sent my son to them because I wanted him in to see the best for his T1D.
