Ali Wolfe-Moon was professional, knowledgeable, answered my questions, and thoroughly described treatment. It was a very busy morning, but I did not feel my time was rushed.

It was great because i was able to go after work and not needing an appointment was very important because when you have to schedule an appointment with a dr office its so long before you can get in therefore your in pain and discomfort longer. This was perfect. I will definitely tell people about you all.

I was listened to by both the intake person as well as the practitioner. After explaining the available options for treatment we agreed to try an approach that I felt most comfortable with. I appreciate that she allowed me to view the X-rays to illustrate why I was experiencing discomfort. She was professional as well as compassionate.

Ms. Wolfe-Moon was extremely helpful and caring, listening to my problem and recommending further care with a Reid orthopedist. I will request her when I visit them e clinic!

My injury occured at home. No need to ask about my health. The PA was caring and thourough.

I was a walk in and I saw a provider within 15 minutes. The nurse and doctor listened to my concerns and provided a solution that was acceptable to me.

Provider took their time and listened. Issues could have been caught earlier if other Providers would have taken their time and looked or checked out all my concerns and where I was pin pointing my pain. I was there to get some relief and Provider prescribed meds for me to get relief. I appreciate the Provider sharing information about my options for treatment. Provider has sent referral. All staff were nice and pleasant to speak with. I am definitely Glad there is a walk in clinic.

Staff still has not taken care of my knee brace as promised and it's been over a week and was told would be the next day ... Was told to call Dasko for a personal delivery to me vs. the original plan to pick up at office the day or two post visit - Dasko has no order & no return calls ...

I always love my appointments with Angie H. and Dr. Elbash! I can add Ms. Wolfe-Moon to that list now. She was awesome with fantastic bedside manners. She was very patient with me and explained all the issues in detail.

A great experience.

Recommended treatment plan without physical exam. Actually the first sentence was a recommendation for PT upon entering. Eventually performed weak physical exam after I raised questions and concerns. Did no common special tests to assess for shoulder pathology. She localized my AC joint that was my chief complaint and noted a lack of tenderness. She placed her hand on my scapula and non-specifically asked me to move it before telling me it "moved funny." Difficult to quantify subjectively, but seemed to stare at me in a condescending or confused manner when I attempted to raise concerns. Eventually went to ask a physician for assistance which ended in a recommendation of an expensive and possibly unnecessary MRI. Later read of X-ray seemed to reaffirm my concern of AC pathology. As a physician I came to a specialist office for a higher level of care. My primary care physician could have done a much better job. Overall seemed like a waste of a visit that missed the mark.

Just felt like they weren't really listening WHERE my pain was. I'm a very non confrontational person so I was already nervous to speak up but once I did I felt she made me feel dumb every time she responded. Like I didn't know what I was talking about with MY pain.

My care provider was professional and one of the best injectors I have ever had. Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised at this experience. I was in and out in 75 minutes. Ali was just great. She spent time with me as if she had all the time in the world. She reviewed my x-ray with me and explained it thoroughly. I really felt that she listened to me. The other team members were great too. I'm glad I didn't go to the ER or Urgent Care, as I would have just been given an Ortho referral and had to wait to get definitive treatment. Great service. I will recommend it to others.

Saw very promptly

This was the first experience I've had in the department and it was run so smoothly, had no wait times, received exam, imaging and care plan and questions all answered ! The check in, clinical staff and NP Wolfe-Moon were friendly and took care of all my concerns.

I have not been to Reid since well into the last century. Only kidney stone. So I had no history for them to know and my doctor died years ago.

Thankful for the walk in care

I love the quick in and out and always have gotten a solution to the problem. I Got a steroid injection in my elbow yesterday and I'm pain free today
