They were able to see me & take care of my problem. Today I'm feeling much better ?

It was one of the best experiences I have ever had when having to deal with an injury or illness. The staff was all very kind, respectful, quick and helpful. The provider was prompt and explained in detail the injury I have. She took the time to answer all my questions and did not make me feel rushed at all. I was in and out of there within an hour. Which included an X-ray and getting assistive devices I need to recover. ??????????

Ali and Brooke were absolutely amazing. They took time to listen, actually cared about how I was feeling, did everything they could to make me comfortable. They had even called me on my way to my appointment and set up a care plan ahead of time. That's how patients should be treated. I cannot say enough amazing things about how wonderful they were to me.

Very nice staff, NP was very nice. Very smart girl , was surprised she was only 29yrs old.

I'm glad this service was available (walk in for ortho) and although I did not see the spine specialist, they made an appt. for me to see him in 1 week. Shortly after I got home, I got a message that I could get an appt. in 3 days! I signed up for that.

Took multiple phone calls to get orders faxed to imaging center and to get prescriptions taken care of. Unacceptable.

The whole visit took less than an hour and I felt a lot better about myself when I left. Everyone was excellent

At the walk in clinic, not much they can do except to you refer you to another doctor. They can not do anything to help as far as prescribing 1 any medication that is obviously needed to cover you a specialist which takes a while and in the meantime you are left to suffer unnecessarily. I understand the ridiculous rules that are put in place but it should be on a case by Case study especially when the patient has all the evidence in hand that supports his or her claims from other tests that conclude the authenticity of the Injuriy or injuries. With that being said the providers were very nice and understood my fustration.

Nurse Bryanna and the NP were incredible! Because of them they are getting my son on the right track! I'm so grateful for everyone there that helped.

This is such a wonderful option to allow people the convenience of needing specialized care and out of the ER. My daughter experienced a sports injury and were able to get the treatment she needed.should consider expanding orthopedic specialists in other areas!

Very professional. She seemed to genuinely want to help me not to hurt so much. I was treated respectfully. I was moving slow. The lady that walked me to X-ray walked slow and didn't make me feel like she was inconvenienced by it. I really appreciate the respect and consideration.

I have always been treated exceptionally.

Walked in and got an X-ray the same day and an MRI was scheduled as well. This helped because I didn't have to take more time off work. Staff was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.

I had an xray of my foot. Considering I have quite a few problems and some known abnormalities, I was not completely confident with the interpretation of the xrays. There was nothing acute observed, however there was no mention of obvious chronic details or comparison to a previous study. This could've better explained my pain. I typically carefully consider seeking medical attention to avoid unnecessary costs, so when I do need to be checked out, I want a full picture about what's going on. I have improved quite a bit. I do appreciate the ortho walk in & convenience it provides to my family and others.

The only thing was I had and still have a very bad bruise from the shot

Ali Wolfe was absolutely awesome. I will ask for her every time I need a shot. She was so kind and very professional as was everyone I saw starting with the front desk registration to the nurse that took my vitals the when Ali saw me and when I checked out at the front desk. Everyone was awesome.

This particular provider is knowledgeable, efficient, and wonderfully hospitable. Just outstanding...

I so appreciate the convenience of the walk-in clinic for minor ortho concerns. It was so comforting to know that Ali remembered me from a visit almost a year ago. At both visits, she treated my condition well and my knee is significantly better. Thank you Ali!

I learned additional information when I read notes about my visit that I didn't remember NP saying. Would've appreciated a follow up call to see if I was doing exercises correctly.

The check in process was very nice. I did arrive @7:50am, for a walk in appointment. I was visiting with my sister and had never been to the ortho clinic. She highly recommended it to me

The staff except for the one person who I spoke with first was very kind and courteous. I explained that I had a fall and that one hospital said one thing and then Reid emergency dept said something totally different. She then tells me you do realize that this is owned by Reid and they probably won't do anything differently. I was ready to cry and throw my hands up but I couldn't I was in to much pain. Her name tag said xxx And she sat at the very end when you walked in on the right. I was nervous about coming in myself but her saying it just made me very uncomfortable. I was already anxious. I almost left. But I'm glad I didn't leave., I felt I received answers I needed.

I wish they would utilize the check in stations in the walk in ortho area and keep it separate from the other providers to expedite the check in time and waiting in line for the walk in patients. Otherwise excellent experience and great team members!

Registration was delightful. But I left without knowing if I should ice, heat, or really not even a medical explanation of my injury. Provider was not over informative or helpful.

The entire staff, including the front office staff were kind and friend. The Xray tech was personable and kind. The MA and provider listen to each one of my concerns. Highly recommend this office to all my friends and family.

Alexandra the provider is fantastic, he bedside manner is professional, kind and inviting. Wanda the nurse was wonderful and did an amazing job of administering an injection. Betsy the tech from imaging was so sweet and personable. All 3 ladies and the other receptionist in the back made my visit a pleasure despite the pain I was in during it.

I had to wait between 15 and 20 minutes to be checked into the orthopedic walk in clinic because there was only one person at the desk. She was a relatively new employee (3 months) without backup.

She was on her Game when it came to My medication's. She made sure that the meds she were planning on giving me would'nt cause me any problems because of my allergies to medication's.

Was very impressed with Mrs. Wolfe. She was so knowledgeable and I could tell she had gone through my medical records so that I receive the right medication without damaging my kidneys.

Could not answer yes, definitely to knowing my medical history as this was a walk in....I would not expect provider to know my history. All those helping me asked all the right questions and got me all fixed up!

Got there day after Level2 weather at 5:30. We were told there was a 1 1/2 hour wait. We were out the door before the 1 1/2 hour passed. Great service. Very thorough.

Aly was the best! She was so kind, professional, informative, and wise . Made me feel at ease and told me everything I needed to know to deal with my broken ankle. I was in tears , and she made me feel like she truly cared. Can't say enough good things about her.

Trey from Reid athletic center referred us over and went above and beyond to help us get into ortho. Our ortho dr was also great I loved how they worked together and made our visit easy and super fast. Phenomenal job by both clinics today. Everyone from the nurse to receptionists to the X-ray techs were extremely nice and made for a wonderful visit.

I was told when I arrived that the waiting time would be 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours within 1/2 hour I was taken back to see the doctor had xrays treated and done within a 1/2 hour I was very happy with how fast they were thank you very much

Bandage to tight when first time .walk in clinic found my problem..

Not only made myself comfortable for my daughter's care, but my daughter was comfortable enough to actually speak for herself and not need my encouragement to speak on how she felt after her injury. Went over all testing results for my daughter's concussion and made sure to cover all bases for my daughter to be cleared to return to play sports. Wolfe had taken the time to fully read my daughter's chart to ensure she was providing the right care for her. Absolutely enjoyed our appointment with her. She does a fantastic job!

I had a nice experience today at my appointment but I am really upset that you lost Dr. Nuttall. He did my prior knee surgery and did a fantastic job. My joints are complexed and he was able to replace and fix my knee. Going in with my first knee, we discussed both needed replaced. Now I'm not so sure the doctors will be able to do my second knee due to it being complicated. Dr. Nuttall was confident he could fix them both. I am waiting to hear if I will need to be referred to Muncie. It's a shame you couldn't keep him and now your other doctors are overloaded.
